    @JioCare Sukhmeet i appreciate your kind words & help from your team. It's past 2+ months today still haven't received full refund yet & the reason 4 disconnection of fiber due to medical emergency didn't helped me but caused financial stress. I am hoping outcome in 1-2 days.

    @JioCare I’m assured the issue will be resolved in a few days, and then the complaint is closed without any improvement on the ground. This is not an isolated issue affecting only my number. The entire locality has been facing the same network problem for months. (2/3)
