    @JioCare Day 3 and still no engineer visit for complaint SR00003BT665. The request keeps being put on hold again and again instead of being resolved. This is extremely disappointing customer service. Please stop delaying and arrange an engineer visit immediately. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @JioCare why the hell there is no resolution for connection number +911131525982 raised multiple complaints stating I haven’t received STB and suspended the account inspite of that the new bill have been generated. What ******** is going on!

    @JioCare Its been a week now and no resolution is provided till date, the service is pathetic and you keep on charging even when the service is disconnected from your end. The internet is still not working.

    Such a pathetic service from the start. I wanted to get Jioair fiber service, I logged the request yesterday, no one contacted me till now , basically no worried about new customer. It's been more than a day, nothing from Jio. This scares me more now @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, my newly purchased #JioBharat V4 has developed a swollen battery within days. Email support asked me to call customer care, customer care asked me to visit the service centre, and the service centre says the battery is unavailable with no timeline. 1/2

    @JioCare @ArunkumarJagad3 Nelson seriously? Jio velocity is reliance app not third party app and I don't think so that wifi ki speed device to device per depend hoti hai. Distence role play kar sakte hai. So please esi uska problem solve karo na ki tweet tweet khelo.
