    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare The jiofiber is not working since yesterday evening 8 pm and the my Jio app is not allowing to raise a service request for the same please get the service restored asap. Currently it shows 8:44 pm today for resolving the issue which is more than 24hours

    I have raised the ticket yesterday, Service Ticket no: SR00003F6YRB. Without attending the call they updated in the system " door lock". Worst service. I suggest not to take Jio fiber. Their service is not good. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare @jio_fiber My JioFiber has been disconnecting 7–8+ times daily for 10–15 days. Multiple complaints raised, but no proper engineer visit or permanent solution. Please escalate this to the senior technical team and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare never every take jio fibre ,i had issue with wi fi in jio router,raised complain after multiple attempt,engineer was assigned for today morning 11am, ny 11 i gets sms that problem is resolved remotely, though issue is same. they are fooling the customers @jio

    @JioCare you guys are pathetic and so unprofessional. Your team is saying they are resolving the issue from last 3 days. Engineer yesterday said it's had been solved in 3to4 hr. Now it's been more than 24 hour still the issue remains.
