    Dear @RelianceDigital, @reliancejio I purchased a brand-new Samsung 55Q7F QLED TV from Reliance Digital. Within days of installation, the TV developed a vertical line on the display, indicating a defect in a virtually new product. Despite repeated emails, calls, and follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution from Reliance Digital. As the seller of this product, Reliance Digital is responsible for ensuring that customers receive a defect-free product. I purchased a new premium television, not one that requires repair immediately after purchase. I request Reliance Digital's senior management to intervene and arrange the replacement of my defective TV without any further delay.     @JioCare Please give a deadline. Also, how do I completely cancel my jiofiber connection, if the issue stands unresolved by today evening. 5 days is no joke! You all need to compensate also for these days.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst service ever Have been complaining about my internet speed for days By was given fake surety of improvement Once the customer care said have arranged a engineer visit but on the next call it was said nothing was scheduled

    Very poor experience with @JioCare @reliancejio. My JioAirFiber has been down for 6 out of the last 9 days. Every complaint takes 2–3 days to resolve, making the service completely unreliable. Latest SR: SR00002MKGYA. Please provide a permanent solution. #PoorService @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @Prince_Singh_27 @JioCare i requested for your connection yesterday and the technician who visited yesterday said he will come back after 20 mins and has no returned and not answering mu call he also asked me extra money for the installation and when i asked him for the bill he refused. Pls help

    @JioCare I contacted google they said @JioCare will solve it, what is this ?? I don’t know who will solve it ?? Asked google they say Jio will solve , Asking Jio they says Google will fix it. I kind of circus is it ?? Now it hurts my self esteem

    @reliancejio @JioCare After this, the sales representative and technician stopped responding to my calls and messages. I repeatedly contacted customer care, but no one took ownership of the issue.
