    @JioCare has the worst customer care service. Been days since internet is down, ticket raised, but no update, no engineer alloted or reached out, customer care online and through phone offers no help. @airtelindia I'm interested in half yearly broadband connection..time to switch

    @JioCare Give me the codebase access, so that you don't have to do excess work. Atleast, acknowledge the mistake and create a ticket. That's the best you can do. How would clearing the data in my STB help me activate yt premium when in my jio its showing active
