    @JioCare I paid ₹3,000 for a new Jio connection. Ground technician Sonu (9231422752) and senior manager (9263702401) have completely abandoned the installation, yet the system falsely shows the status as "Installed."Customer care is not resolving this. This is financial fraud.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia Jio services suck. My Jio broadband is down 2-3 days every month. Yet I pay the entire month bill. Its down from sat 1800h to now Monday 0900hrs. This feel so stupid and cheated ! .. Switching to airtel ASAP Non sense

    Very poor response from @reliancejio regarding JioAirFiber installation. I registered my mobile number for a new connection, but no one has contacted me for eKYC or installation yet. No proper update or follow-up from the team.

    @reliancejio @JioCare NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

    @reliancejio @JioHotstar @JioCare Just 10 days back I gave a complaint about bad network. Some jockers from reliance came. Fiddled with my router and its OK and left. Till date I am having trouble. What a harassment. Shameless ND spine less fools.
