    @JioCare i am not getting good network speed and when i am calling your CC she is saying it will take approximately 1 month to resolve this issue. I didn't accept this type of service from jio.

    @reliancejio Refer attached photo, Jiofiber is closing my request ticket without fixing wire cut & asking me to take Airtel/ACT connection. Will you fix wire cut? Or refund the subscription amount for current & next month that I paid since I am without internet for past 1 week?
