    @airtel broadband is worst and irritating. Lots of problems and interruptions. Looking for @reliancejio Fibre. But unfortunately it is not available in the area. Better to go for @APFiberNet, which is cheap and best among these private ones.

    @reliancejio huge disappointed with jiofiber on recent engineer visit.. and if I try to call customer care also it was disconnected.. pls ask someone to visit my home or else remove my device I'll switch with some other network 9618500119

    @JioCare Since from 1 year the same reply iam getting from your team We are suffering with internet connection issues with other isp that is the reason we are requesting for a jio fiber installation

    @JioCare @reliancejio : Dear Team we are using ILL of 1GBps and accepted by your team we got dual input but whenever one link is down whole internet is down. I think your ppl don’t know the meeting of dual input.

    @JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Waiting for a year now. But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

    @JioCare Visited jio store at dabagarden..as instructed over phone by Customer care executive..I shared the coupon code..but they started asking for further documents..I have given them original voter I'd also but they are hesitant in accepting.. please resolve

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have paid 1500 rupees on 8th Sep for the installation of jio fiber for my home. The jio executive said 'installation will be done in 3-4 hours' but still we are waiting for installation team from 4 days. The execution team response is bad. Return my money

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber! Charged full 30-day bill but service was frequently unavailable throughout the month. Took 2-3 days every time to fix issues. This is unfair billing for poor service. Request immediate investigation.

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer visited, said that wire connection outside the house is going to a non-working Jio switch box on neighbor's house. He has to rewire the connection to another switch box which works and for that, he asked me to raise Relocation request. Why? Fix it with same SR.

    @JioCare Its the matter of trust and never expected this sort of delay for installation even you promised 24 hrs and your competitors doing this 1-4 hrs. Please expedite and give definite time for installation rather than giving diplomatic answers
