@JioCare Thanks for your prompt response sir, because of Airtel poor signal I’m using Jio Fibre since 2020 and I’m very much happy with that. Let me give a last chance to @airtelindia to respond if not I’ll start porting myself, my family members & entire area to JIO

@JioCare @reliancejio 3/4 For a NEW connection, Jio can make 100s of calls explaining offers. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Are you now pushing me to switch my broadband too?

@JioCare @reliancejio What a spectacular display of zero accountability. Engineer arrives with no clue, leaves saying someone else will come. 2 hours later—still nobody. I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable.
