    @reliancejio and if I'm going for port option the Coustmr care will again cl me and assure they will resolve the issue but non had done tht I had lost total faith on @reliancejio @JioCare hope atleast now u can resolve this issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team, I'm facing network issues I.e call's are getting freeze within 2-3 minutes while on the call. Coming to Data speeds, it's a nightmare to download any content from Internet through Jio. Kindly don't send me Copy Paste templates as resolution.

    @JioCare here in Gajuwaka Visakhapatnam Jio signal is very very poor. Please rectify it in 2 days otherwise I will replace all my sims to Airtel.

    I urge people not to use @reliancejio @JioCare as they are failed to provide signals even in prime centre of the Smart Cities of India. They are not in a position to assure by when they can rectify the issue. And no compensation is provided for lost of Money because of recharge

    @reliancejio I was looking for a broadband conn basically migrating from Airtel. Booked a req as well ., But since then I am following with service guys and no update so far. With wait another day and and go back to my Airtel connection

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, how long does it take to assign a single engineer? My JioFiber has been down with a red light since June 28. Ticket SR000039OSWD has seen zero progress for 5 days now. Absolute worst-in-class service support. Resolve this immediately #JioFiberDown

    Absolutely pathetic customer service. @reliancejio has made it nearly impossible to speak to a human customer care executive by forcing customers through an AI agent, even for simple queries. I only wanted information about porting out my number, but there was no way to reach a real person. The irony? The moment I generated a port-out request, I was bombarded with retention calls. So, there are plenty of human agents available when Jio fears losing a customer, but none when a customer genuinely needs support. I currently have two Jio mobile connections and one JioFiber connection. After this experience, I'm seriously considering disconnecting all three. A company that values customers only when they are leaving doesn't deserve their loyalty. If this is Jio's idea of customer service, it has failed completely. Stop hiding behind AI and start providing real human support. Customer retention starts with good service not desperate calls after customers decide to leave.
