  @JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

  @JioCare Waiting for a year now. But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

  @reliancejio Again i am warning to JIO customers that JIO is a fraud company who makes money by cheating customers. Never go with JIO. Rather opt for any other provider. if you are on JIO , plan to switch as you never know when you will be cheated .

  Pathetic service of jio fiber installation. Registration done two times but no one came for installation. No one will listen your complain. My neighbour is also facing same issues. But u will get updates "rescheduled as per your request" without info. @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima
