List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

Tried contacting the helpline multiple times but in vain. the resolution time from yesterday 9PM has now been pushed twice to tomorrow 12PM. Losing out on business-critical stuff due to this. Bad.
