As per the instructions waited and retried many times and checked and still same issue. Then I changed my RMN from @reliancejio to @BSNL_KL number and started getting the OTPs. Issue resolved, thanks

@JioCare Because of your extreme customer service , i moved to @Airtel_Presence , @reliancejio appellate customer representative behaviour to customer " if you want stay, or go to hell. Beyond this you can't even complain to CEO". Finally moved out from @reliancejio #happy.

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Though I've complaint a multiple times but I don't think you people do anything to improve it. From past 8-9 months I'm having the same problem of slow internet connection, sometimes I had to even struggle to whatsapp a text message..
