When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modem—which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.
