When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Called your 18008969999 at least 15 times and only time slot keeps changing. It was supposed to be fixed today and service engineer assigned was Atul Dixit - mobile 80——-474 who was supposed to fix it before 8:00pm. He called just now to say he cannot come and shall TRY to come tomorrow. With this pathetic customer service, pls cancel my Jio connection
