When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Amarnath (@AmAmarnath) reported@JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Complaint registered on May 6 (SR000035B69F) for Voice Calling issue. Without resolution, it was marked 'Resolved'. Reopened on May 9, but now put 'ON HOLD' without any site visit. Resolve it ASAP!
