@reliancejio @JioCare It's very disappointing to know that customer care is not able to resolve the queries due to technical issues. List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

@JioCare Already sent the brief description last week itself... Please check the DM from my side. Issue is that I need to restart the JIO STB frequently to keep viewing channels... If we don't restart frequently, it will go back to home screen in between.. totally irritating

@JioCare Jio set top box gets hang and need to restart it. It will stop several times even after restarting the set top box. Issue is repeatedly happening. Informd customer care several times but they instruct to clear data, cache and then restart. Kindly give permanent solution

@JioCare There is still no resolution...4 customer service on one case..telling me same what customer service emailed me..IVR too does not provide option to speak to customer service..You need to show a sense of accountability and urgency to resolve such matters of misleading customers.
