When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. But in just 10 years, things have begun falling apart and the whole system is crumbling under its own weight Mobile network is patchy, home internet is slow and intermittent, support is almost non existent - you keep breaking your head with a useless bot without getting a resolution. Is this how big brands are made? Sorry but this does not meet our expectations.
