@reliancejio @JioCare It's very disappointing to know that customer care is not able to resolve the queries due to technical issues. List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

As per the instructions waited and retried many times and checked and still same issue. Then I changed my RMN from @reliancejio to @BSNL_KL number and started getting the OTPs. Issue resolved, thanks

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

@JioCare Because of your extreme customer service , i moved to @Airtel_Presence , @reliancejio appellate customer representative behaviour to customer " if you want stay, or go to hell. Beyond this you can't even complain to CEO". Finally moved out from @reliancejio #happy.

@reliancejio is the worst but @airtelindia are too stubborn to do the things that matter and instead like to focus on useless stuff like 5G expansion. Airtel fiber connection demand is low because jio offer free TV over internet for less money, even though Jiofiber is unreliable.
