When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Such a pathetic service.

Your engineer already visited, identified a damaged fiber line, pushed AirFiber instead of repairing it, left without restoring the connection, and is now unreachable. Why is SR00002LMA5G on hold instead of being repaired?

All three have given assurances to get the installation done asap but all three failed miserably since 31st May 2026. Its our 6th leave from office.
