    @reliancejio The worst network in our area. Network speed is pathetic. Especially during night hours. Complained a lot, but of no use. Simply wasting money by recharging. Compelling me to port the number or escalate the complaint to TRAI.

    @JioCare Already sent the brief description last week itself... Please check the DM from my side. Issue is that I need to restart the JIO STB frequently to keep viewing channels... If we don't restart frequently, it will go back to home screen in between.. totally irritating

    @JioCare For a new connection your engineers makes superfast visit. When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Such a pathetic service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's quite sad that after 3 years when you are you fibre router stops working intermittently your so called engineers are unable to fix it and closing the tickets one after the other. With much disappointment. I am now moving to Airtel @Airtel_Presence
