    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with your service. My JioFiber connection has been down for the last 4 days, and despite repeated complaints, there has been no resolution or proper response from your support team. I am paying for a service that I haven't been able to use.

    I raised a complaint 12 hours ago, but no engineer has been assigned yet. Now, when I call customer care to speak to someone, the call gets disconnected with the message that my complaint is already registered. #JioFiber #PatheticService @JioCare

    Super the worst service in India. I am using prepaid no of jio but now I am going to port to another telecom. I am using jio but the speed is like 2G. Disgusting services. Neither their customer care response nor their local Jio office employees. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Customer, we regret to inform you that installation of your JioFiber connection with Order No. NO0001EGDPN4 is delayed due to technical reasons. This was masg from tue still no action. Request to extend support to resolves. Amravati, Maharashtra
