    @JioCare @reliancejio The company which claims to be best network in the country can't even provide proper coverage in a sheduled commercial bank. What a shame. Maybe they should switch to Airtel...

    @JioCare Worst service from Reliance Jio. I’ve been following up for 10 days for an unstable internet connection, and every time your team gives false assurances of fixing it within 4–24 hours. Still unresolved. This is unacceptable—your team even refuses to raise ticket no.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Why there is no option to connect with a human agent via chat or call, please disconnect my broadband services for next 20 days since I'll be out of town. I've been trying to reach customer service for last two days but couldn't because of your boy response.

    @JioCare 🙏🙏 My issue will not solve since 3months how can I still continue in JIO FIBER.waste network. Service is tooo bad.

    @JioCare Since I was unable to make calls properly on my mobile, I contacted Jio Care; however, ever since then, my phone has completely stopped receiving any network signal. Should I port my number to Airtel?

    @reliancejio @JioCare don't say ur the TRUE 5G service you providing... it's fake 5G service what's this ...Same location in Chennai Airtel giving me good 5G service...why can't you ?
