@JioCare @reliancejio The company which claims to be best network in the country can't even provide proper coverage in a sheduled commercial bank. What a shame. Maybe they should switch to Airtel...

@JioCare Hi thank you for the reply . I have received a NOC from HR team stating I need to physically submit the letter to nearby JIO outlet to transfer the service to self paid. Due to lockdown all the stores are shut .
