    @JioCare @reliancejio The company which claims to be best network in the country can't even provide proper coverage in a sheduled commercial bank. What a shame. Maybe they should switch to Airtel...

    @TRAI Daily I'm facing issue I use jio @JioCare @reliancejio , the daily told me that today it will fix tomorrow it will fix but that day never comes there internet is so slow it's only right 5G but don't give a speed of 5G even not even 4G.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have Jio connection at my café, office, and villa. Since installation, I have been facing continuous network issues & have raised multiple complaints. Every visit by representatives has resulted in temporary assurances but no permanent resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups the problem persists and is affecting my business as well as daily operations. Requesting urgent intervention from the concerned team to resolve this matter permanently. Complaint history available on request I HAVE DONE COMPLAINT FOR THIS ISSUE IN JUNE… it’s still PENDING.

    @reliancejio Pathetic service you are providing and didnt reply to your customers. Also you dont have any platfrom to do a call regarding teh issues.

    Don’t charge customers for a service you’re not delivering. If @airtelindia is charging me for a 100 Mbps plan, I should get 100 Mbps. And if your network/Wi-Fi issues mean you’ve effectively been providing me only ~40 Mbps for the last 3 months, then why am I being charged for 100 Mbps? Charge me according to the speed you’re actually providing. If you can’t deliver 100 Mbps, either refund the difference for those 3 months or adjust it in my upcoming bills. And one more thing, @reliancejio can you provide me a 100 Mbps connection at the same location? I’ve already shared my state and PIN code with you via DM. Please confirm if Jio Fiber/AirFiber is available here.

    @TRAI 4G services are vary pathetic now. we don't get full network connection of @reliancejio even at prime areas of New Delhi.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Raised a relocation request on 14th Aug, paid ₹1,200, & router collected—yet NO installation at my new place! To make matters worse, I was logged out of MyJio app today and can't log back in to track anything. Urgent fix needed!
