@JioCare Jio setup box sounds issue . it's not working. we have to maximize our TV sound on full volume to see any content. Your call center guy pick the call and put on hold for 20 minutes and then call cut.

4 days ago my jio fiber cable got damaged due to snowfall. And since then I am continuously registering my complaints with customer support. But no one has come up to fix the connection. This is a very pathetic and errant behavior from @reliancejio @JioCare
