    @reliancejio my airfiber connection was due yesterday but today I was informed that they had an OTP issue with the previous order and now they are stuck and can't install. I don't understand this. Is this the normal then I must say it is pathetic. Order number N00001DEWN3M

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Extremely poor network in Meerpur Karma, mahrajganj (PIN: 273161). No 4G speed and 0 5G coverage inside or outside my house. Repeated complaints are being ignored.

    @JioCare I contacted they said that the appointment is on 19th, this has created a situation of confusion, Jio office suggested that keep calling the technician that registered you,This kind of costumer service is utterly disappointing. Kindly resolve the matter ASAP

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber SR00002L3K26 raised for technician visit by 10 AM. Not getting any response. No option for connecting customer care, not getting call back on request. Jio fibre takes advance payment for postpaid account?? ???

    @reliancejio The Jiofiber at my home is not working since 6 th may. First service engineer was assigned for 13 th may which was postponed to 14 and now 18th.For how long shall we stay without internet and other services.Please let me know at once.

    Repeated @JioCare fiber issues again within 3 days of closure. Multiple complaints & visits done, but no permanent fix. Assigned person says he isn’t belongs to the team. Poor coordination & recurring downtime. I wouldn’t recommend going for Jio Fiber. @reliancejio @TRAI #down
