    @JioCare @reliancejio in my area the tower is there by but the 5G is not installed even in 2026. I called your customer care through Myjio app , they gave vague answer. If we are doing those True 5g recharges why we are not getting the services. Is this a joke or what?

    @JioCare @reliancejio but the moment I recharge, the network becomes useless again. Customers need real solutions, not automated repeated messages. If you cannot provide proper service, then refund my recharge amount immediately. Please stop sending scripted SMS replies and take genuine action. #Jio
