  @JioCare There is no resolution for jio fiber SR*****BWLBO from last 3 days. Called many time customer care, only response is service engineer will come this time. Really frustrated now, have paid all bills in advance though it's postpaid plan & facing such pathetic service.

  @JioCare such a shame that your stb doesn’t support Dolby Digital 5.1 surround..so if we have a good home theatre system then we are forced to listed to stereo sound like normal speakers…this is truly not acceptable given that the content on OTT is mostly 5.1

  @JioCare INTERNET is not working from 2 days . Service engineer did not visit. False promises done by jio .Jio is doing mental harrasment of the customers. We are not able to do our work.#JioFiber .@TRAI ,no one from jio customer support contacted me .

  @JioCare have jio fibre connection. Product is world class but when service is required then this is the worst company. Jio made world class product but service is very poor. got 10 msgs of engineer visit schedule but neither his visit nor call. Service request no. SR99991BW4J3.
