    @JioCare I shifted from @airtelindia to you for better service of jio fiber at my home. Within first 20 days of installation the system became non-functional 4 days ago. But nobody has come to resolve. Only rescheduling!!! #patheticjio #shamelessservice

    @JioCare Enough is enough! Your network has been terrible for months in and around PIN codes 174507 & 174305. Calls keep dropping, mobile data barely works, yet customers pay full price. Contact me immediately and fix this issue permanently. #Jio #JioCare #PoorNetwork

    Internet down since morning in my area. @JioCare wifi not working since 10 in the morning. Issue was to be resolved by 2:30pm but still the problem persists.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio jiofiber is all about advertising but no support at the ground level their customer care num is crap,it is only for telling you that we are facing some prbm right now..I'm facing prbm in my Netflix but nobody knws how to fix it. City: Jhansi

    @JioCare @reliancejio I filed a complaint for this exact same issue last time. Your technician came to inspect it, and it worked fine for a few days, but now it’s back to the same old state. What did they even do? Was it just a waste of time?

    @JioCare Jio Fiber connection is down again, was offered to select engg visit slot, chose today, and jio schedules it for 21-Jul-2026. Why offer choice of engg visit slot when you can't honour it???Service Request number SR00002MPBSU.
