@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Jio fiber is down frm last 3-4 hours in Lajpat ngr, ND. No success in registering comp on WhatsApp, Myjio app and the cust care support. Looks like everything is down in Jio. Pls look into the same on priority.

@JioCare worst service u have . I am trying to get complaint for non working jio fibre internet bt not getting posible due to continously cut my call bydefault from your side . 3rd class jio.apna dabba apne ghar hi lgayo .much more better Excitel than urs 3rd class low services

@JioCare Your customer service is pathetic, i am trying to report internet issues on app, all it tells me to do is restart the router, toll free number just cuts the call once i request for a customer care representative. Is this how one should solve issues ? Please address it
