    @JioCare @reliancejio The company which claims to be best network in the country can't even provide proper coverage in a sheduled commercial bank. What a shame. Maybe they should switch to Airtel...

    @Airtel_Presence Definitely I will switch to Airtel or any other service provider. Because @JioCare @reliancejio support is clearly saying that they can't resolve this issue. And suggests openly to switch to other service provider.

    @JioCare @JioCare Re-opening request is not a resolution. Please share exact installation date & time and confirm ODU availability. This issue is already delayed for 10+ days due to your stock problem. Kindly escalate to senior team and ensure installation is completed within 24–48 hours.

    @JioCare 1 engineer told that fiber box need to be replaced I visited the store but no help. @_MukeshAmbani look how your company is functioning. One of the pathetic service I have come across.

    @JioCare #TRAI Ongoing issue with JioAirFiber for 10–12 days. 30 Mbps plan but actual speed only 4–5 Mbps. Frequent buffering. Multiple complaints raised Severl email sent but no resolution. If not fixed immediately, will escalate to consumer forum. #JioAirFiber #PoorService

    @SmileSg123 That’s frustrating, when you just expect basic SMS service abroad. My brother had the same issue managing packs for OTPs was a hassle. I suggested him to opt for @reliancejio on his next trip as they offer VoWiFi with no extra charges on incoming SMS and he thanks me for that🤪

    @JioCare I am continuously getting interruptions with my jio fiber and so far the engineer visited twice and could resolve the issue and I dropped 2 emails last week and no reply from jio care. Are you guys still taking customer query or shut down ?
