    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I can’t explain how pathetic is ur service. I raised a request for my jio fiber relocation nd even after 10days I didn’t get any support to do so. Don’t how his company functions. I think it’s time to switch to a new vendor.

    @JioCare I have been trying to get in support via WhatsApp and Chat but no luck for the last 2 days. Just dropped an email, no confirmation on the same. I am currently not in India and hence unable to reach the helpline. Request your support here.

    everytime they toldme please sir giveme 48 hours afterthe timeline my problem remains same theydon't reach any conclusion I want a discontinue jioservice please refund my recharge money and mysecurity deposit regarding fiber router.And takeaway fiber router.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare When the service isn't taken care of and completed,how can it be closed and re opened by itself?No proper solution provided. How many months does a team take to solve a simple concern? I would visit a consumer court for the same in a few days .@JioCare
