    In my previous society I had @reliancejio broadband, it was far simpler and would get all ott without unnecessary complications. here even the dedicated customer service guy for this society doesn’t show up if u need help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber Account Number 2235583087. There is always outage of services twice every week for long hours. Not sure what is the issue. We havent paid so much to face such frequent outages. If this continues, we will have to discontinue JioFiber really..

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to make voice calls. Has complained several times but issue still persists. Customer care is proving very disappointing and useless. I am feeling cheated. I will go to consumer court if issue not resolved in three days.
