    @JioCare The grievance and all relevant details have been shared through multiple channels, including DM, yet there has been no resolution for over two days. Since the issue remains unresolved, share the process to discontinue the connection at the earliest.

    @JioCare As per our yesterdays conversation. The representative told me that she will call me by 7 pm. AS she said that the escalation will be resolved by 7 pm. But till now my problem is not resolved and I haven't recieved the call. Pls call me on num i pinged in inbox. Urgent

    @JioCare Part 1/2 @JioCare Still no SIM delivered. Booked on 11 Apr 2026 with a 48-hour delivery promise. Multiple complaints raised, and Jio picked up the complaint 5 days ago, but still no update or resolution.
