    @JioCare Thanks for replying but the customer care department is of no use so i am really pissed off.. rather resolving my issue they are okay to take the cancellation request!! This is really not expected by a brand like Jio.. I am now thinking to go to some other isp for my service!!!

    @JioCare give me a reason to not to leave jio. It's been three days and we can barely use our internet we are getting only one bar at the network we can't make calls what you guys are doing to be honest @airtelindia is better than you Location:-. Basni belima, Nagaur, rajasthan

    @JioCare Really disappointed with the procedures. I have been trying to place a relocation request since 2 days. Request gets cancelled with no notification. The service lead time is ridiculous - atleast 24 hrs b4 a slot. How do we wfh? Moving to new network makes more sense.

    @JioCare Technical visit has been rescheduled more than 5 times in 3 days. Every time we call customer care they give a new technical visit schedule. Being a Jio Prime Retailer my self I am facing such issues.
