    @JioCare Having jio fiber connection is such a disgusting experience that one would not want to have ever again.And their customer care is bunch of rotten people.Almost 20 days have past for the cancellation request but they're playing rhetorically with "sir ,sir !" pathetic!

    @JioCare @amit_aras @JioCare Jio speed is my area is too low , simple browsing is not possible without waiting.Called customer care many time , only response I get "Hum aapko aaswasn dete hai jald hi thik hoga" What should I do with this aaswasn. Unable to do simple browsing on your 4g.

    @JioCare To PORT or not to ? All of sudden I find Jio has poor network.All this happened in a week's time. Now I'm supposed to buy another device to use Jiowifi(suggested by Support) or should I rather PORT.I live near the airport btw, shouldn't network be good? @Reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare they are not refunding my amount evn aftr 2 mnth for jio fiber. Order number CO0000EGTYD2 JIO CARE WORST SUPPORT contacting is not possible to them they r not responding. Service id 299859573762 Please solve nd refund me back

    @JioCare Hi, I changed my plan on my Jio number from pre-paid to post paid amd had paid a security deposit of Rs 250. I have reverted to prepaid again. But I have not received a link on how to get refund of Rs 250. Kindly help
