@JioCare Thanks for replying but the customer care department is of no use so i am really pissed off.. rather resolving my issue they are okay to take the cancellation request!! This is really not expected by a brand like Jio.. I am now thinking to go to some other isp for my service!!!

@JioCare Really disappointed with the procedures. I have been trying to place a relocation request since 2 days. Request gets cancelled with no notification. The service lead time is ridiculous - atleast 24 hrs b4 a slot. How do we wfh? Moving to new network makes more sense.

@JioCare Technical visit has been rescheduled more than 5 times in 3 days. Every time we call customer care they give a new technical visit schedule. Being a Jio Prime Retailer my self I am facing such issues.
