@fiber_jio @JioCare I have requested for jio fiber connection.. My account is active but installation guys came and wasted my time for 2 hrs and can not up the router.. I called customer care.. He said some one will visit but nothing happened.. Unprofessional at the peak..

@reliancejio @Airtel_Presence have their Corona msg as RBT so no delay in connecting o/g call. But @ViCustomerCare customers must waste 30 sec before every o/g call even connects, even if you're in an emergency. Not surprising many want to port.

@JioCare U always only timepass not solved the customer problem many many many times not solved the network issue problem I am only disscuss on call not elaborate the msg
