Dharmin (@Dharmin_ms) reported@JioCare has the worst call center possible. Since morning fiber isn’t working. They send you that it will get resolved in 4 hours. You can’t lodge complain since automated machine won’t let you bypass. Since no complain no. you can’t track and they don’t report delay anywhere.

Sai smruti Tripathy (@canophilist_008) reportedMy relocation request was raised on 28 June, and I selected 29 June as the preferred installation date. Despite repeated follow-ups, the relocation has still not been completed. I have received multiple emails regarding delays and now a new service request (SR00003ADVD1) has been generated instead of resolving the issue. I request Jio to complete the relocation immediately and provide a definite timeline. If the issue is not resolved without further delay, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities. @JioCare @reliancejio
