    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, need urgent help with my Jio AirFiber Postpaid connection. I installed my connection on 10th April on a 3 Months + 1 Month Free promotional plan. Today (10th July) marks exactly 3 months.

    @gkd123in @JioCare We have to ocoured same issue. I raised higher complaint many times but district level officer refused to solution. He said , we are unable to process 5G connectivity in your area. Also 5 -7 village atleast 4G connectivity are not available, almost 4800 jio users. Result 0

    Hey @JioCare , your network service has become very poor. Frequent call drops, weak signal, and slow internet are making it difficult to stay connected. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. #PoorNetwork #CustomerService #Jio

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Our broad band service is down for the 3 days, we are just getting sms messages that the services will rectified but no action, We are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since 10-07-2026 12:56 PM, due to which services for your JioFiber Connection with JioFixedVoice Number 2279690855 may be affected. We expect this to get resolved by 10-07-2026 04:56 PM. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Team JioFiber, this is only update we have, we are sorry for the reliance is not making attempt to rectify

    Your services are really tribal. We have jio fiber connection at our hotel The Mandore and it's not working properly. Local agents from Jodhpur they don't respond while giving connection they talking high . Due to bed Internet We are loosing business @reliancejio

    @JioCare This where the problem is, it is almost 15 days passed to restore the connection. What o am greeting on reply via that it will be restore and once restored the GREEN LED light will be showing. As if I am not aware about by his basic thing when is Wi-Fi active or dead. 1/n

    @JioCare My jio join is not working from past 3-4 months what should I do, sometimes voice is coming when I receive the call but when I call someone then voice is not coming. Jio join is not working properly resolve it. @reliancejio @JioCare

    The award for the worst customer service goes to @JioCare. Over a month since I requested cancellation of a Jio AirFiber connection that was never installed. Cancellation took 20 days, refund is still pending after 10+ more days. Every call: “Wait a few more days.” Pathetic.
