    @JioCare I am facing a serious issue with my Jio number. When someone calls me, I cannot hear the other person's voice, neither they can.The same phone works perfectly fine with my BSNL SIM. Both SIMs are active and recharged. Please resolve this issue urgently.

    Pincode - 306706. No 5G network @reliancejio Fake advertisement of 5G in this area and there is no 5G network available. Sad to know that #Reliancejio is also working like other networks.

    @JioCare To be frank even the Gov organisation BSNL is far better than you guys when it comes to listening to there customers. Atleast there customer care executives will respond unlike your fraud system.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Reliance jio is now as bsnl in olden days after 5g and 6g there is no improvement in connectivity, after so many complaints there is no improvement no visit no proper work no complaint solution just pathetic
