    Disappointed with @JioCare. Can't watch the WC on JioFiber. Live TV+ shows regular channels, 101/102 "Not Found" & no OTP prompt. A factory reset didn't help. Support calls always end with a false promise: "resolved by tomorrow 12 PM". It's never fixed. #JioFiber

    Here's a shorter version: Frustrated with @JioCare AirFiber! No speed, constant disconnects, TV/Wi-Fi down. Techs visited 5-6 times but just reset router. Zero support. Fix it permanently or refund and close my connection! Mob: 8770302215 Location: Rewa, MP @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @JioCare Whenever I am calling customer service they are saying that they cannot assign an engineer or they don't know what can be done next? Don't know? This is complete non-sense. If you don't know, shut down the company. Don't sell your product if you don't know how to give service.

    @JioCare I have already given you multiple opportunities to make it right.. but I always end up getting your template response. Cancel my JioFiber request and refund the payment immediately.

    Jio is absolutely the worst network in India. Despite the population growth and high demand they refused to upgrade the tower but raise the prices every year for terrible service @reliancejio

    @JioCare My Jio Air Fiber not working for a long. I have sent mail to Jio Care many times, but the problem does not resolve. My mobile blocked by customer care or not responded by customer care. Kindly resolve the issue. Worst service of Jio Air Fiber. Kindly refund my amount.
