  @JioCare It is not giving me any option to register a complaint. I just want to highlight that while uploading files on @Google Drive whose storage is allocated by your offer, I am getting throttled heavily and my connection get disconnected even though signal remain constant.

  @JioCare @reliancejio i have been a customer of jio bussiness wifi since 2 years, my wifi is down from 5 days now i have called to your customer care 10 times to no avail. My biggest mistake was paying for a full year. This has been the worst service experience.

  @reliancejio @JioCare My internet connection has been completely down since evening. A service engineer was assigned to resolve the issue. However, the engineer explicitly denied restoring the service and refused to address the fault. SR00003CEZHB. Level 1 failed to address.

  @JioCare I have been facing internet issue since many months . Even after that I am paying post paid bill every month. jio care number never connect, Jio App doesn't respond. Now I want to port my number to @airtelindia. I need to wait for 48 hours to port. why?
