I urge people not to use @reliancejio @JioCare as they are failed to provide signals even in prime centre of the Smart Cities of India. They are not in a position to assure by when they can rectify the issue. And no compensation is provided for lost of Money because of recharge

I actually went 2 buy battery 4 jiofi m2s but reliance digital guy suggested me 2 buy new device as battery is not available. To my surprise jiofi jmr815 new device is very bad.. V. v. poor Wi-Fi signal. Pls refund my money back @reliancejio @JioCare

Then @JioCare give excuses like the network coverage is bad at my area. 20 people use jio in my appartment and all of them suddenly loose their network to zero and they tell me it's not under their coverage area how the hell were they operating room now. Total BS.
