    @JioCare I am Unable to recharge my jiofiber prepaid plan. I keep getting the message : "our systems are not responding , please try again later" The customer care is also extremely unreachable and not at all useful. Please help .

    @JioCare This is Goutham from Visakhapatnam, We are unable to register a complaint about JioGigaFiber connection for past 5 hours, The Customer Care number would direct us only to a Automated Voice Response system where there is no option to register a new complaint. Please help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team, I'm facing network issues I.e call's are getting freeze within 2-3 minutes while on the call. Coming to Data speeds, it's a nightmare to download any content from Internet through Jio. Kindly don't send me Copy Paste templates as resolution.

    @reliancejio I was looking for a broadband conn basically migrating from Airtel. Booked a req as well ., But since then I am following with service guys and no update so far. With wait another day and and go back to my Airtel connection

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtel @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have recharged Rs.103/- on 8th May,2026, one day prior to due date, which is available in the recharge history of my app. But your App shows my account as inactive. Sent several mails to customer care and appellate authority. No action to make my account operable so far.

    @JioCare I would like to understand your policy regarding the acceptance of recharge requests when a customer has not completed the recertification (KYC) process. If KYC is mandatory, it raises a serious concern as to how my recharge was accepted without proper verification.
