    @reliancejio For last one week no internet connective thru JIO Fibre in Pandurangapuram Visakhapatnam AP due to damage to underground cable and no Jio techie team working to resolve the issue while Airtel team is so active.Poor service by JIO. Hope they respond 9925879979

    @JioCare Fiber cut has been observed from more than 48 Hrs, twice mailed to customer care, your ******* service engeer is not picking up the calls. Working from home without internet, do you even imagine, how hectic is your service? @ACTFibernet Please contact at the earliest.

    This is ridiculous from the @JioCare . This is not been the first time I was facing this issue. The network is horrible, there is no net signals here in the city of #visakhapatnam also. Whenever I spoke with the CC, they told that there is a lot of users in your area since 2019.

    @JioCare Being top 5th Brand you are providing such a bad customer support. Which doesn't make any sense. I am facing an issue regarding my jio sim card but no solution from customer support. They are ending the call . And some are staying silence without answering. This is not good

    @reliancejio #JioFiber Very much unsatisfied with your service. I have applied for new jiofiber connection and got a msg that today I will get connection but technician came and went without doing connection and didn't give proper response. Planned to cancel the conn. request.

    By doing this, you are misleading customer to recharge early to mint extra money and recharge pack gets activated immediately rather after expiry of current pack. Take a look at how @reliancejio stage plans to active after expiry also giving option for user to active right away.

    @JioCare Care to refund my JioFiber deposit? It has been 25 days since I requested for cancellation. JioFixedVoice Number +918035508406. There is no way to track this process. I was just thinking about lodging a complaint to NCH as others have done to get their money back.

    Frustrated by the behavior of @reliancejio really the bad fiber net. So we have been using Jio Fiber for the past 1 1/2 years. We chose the plan 30MB/s speed. They are just forcing customers to move for higher plans. This isn't fair. #FuckOfJio.
