But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

On 20th April, your installation guy came and clearly said there is no network coverage in my area and promised a refund within 5–10 days. It’s been more than 15 days now and still no refund
