When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. If Jio's systems cannot schedule a technician for nearly a week, that is a serious operational failure—not the customer's problem. Every missed apmt has been on Jio's side, without even a courtesy call.
