@reliancejio @JioCare It's very disappointing to know that customer care is not able to resolve the queries due to technical issues. List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

@JioCare Jio set top box gets hang and need to restart it. It will stop several times even after restarting the set top box. Issue is repeatedly happening. Informd customer care several times but they instruct to clear data, cache and then restart. Kindly give permanent solution

What a worst costumer service from @reliancejio for Fiber connection when I will get free trial run smooth and I purchased then internet speed was so down 24mbps upload I have complain so many time and spoke with salesman they think leave it this costumer...@JioCare
