  @JioCare No you don’t understand the concern, you don’t want to customer stay with you. If you understand the concern then it will not took this much time to activate the True 5G on my number. Its been now 1 month True 5G is launched in Pune but still you are note able to provide it.

  @reliancejio @JioCare is having the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. 3 months of spam calls before recharge and after recharging, the internet never ever worked. More than 30 days with 12+ service requests and nobody showed up :(

  Worst experience with Jio Fiber and the service requests! They spammed for recharges and when I recharged, the internet was not able to connect. I raised 3 service requests which got auto closed but nobody showed up! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

  It’s been more than 2 days since my JioFiber connection stopped working, and there’s still no clear update on when it will be fixed. I’ve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. It’s causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, I’m getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with Jio.   @JioCare 5g network not coming in our house. it was coming since last 3-4 years when Jio started 5g in sambalpur till yesterday morning.since yesterday 5g network not stable only 2 bars showing in network panel and immediately it's getting shifted to 4g.

  @JioCare JioFiber activated on 17-Aug-2026 stopped working on 27-Aug-2026 (SR00003F5BYE). Due to delay in resolution, 300 cash was collected for a cable cut without any receipt. Connection is working now. Please investigate and refund if the charge was unauthorized
