@JioCare @reliancejio Again no reply after several tweets. It seems Jio is deliberately doing this and very happy using money which is earned by cheating customers. Soon customers will maintain safe distance from Jio which is becoming worst day by day.

Hello @JioCare, I had accumulated a good number of ₹50 vouchers from Jio through my past recharges which @reliancejio promised can be redeemed during future recharges. Today I see none of the vouchers are there. Customer care not reachable to address this.

Hello @JioCare & @ril_foundation - Speed sucks at 80 Kbps as of now - We know lockdown sucks too - my #wfh is turning out to be #WTF moment. Down detector also says that u r facing issues. Anything btwn 100-300 Kbps is good. 🙏🏼 #Restore4GSpeed
