    @JioCare @reliancejio There is too much of network problem in Maharashtra Pune:-Narhe 411041 The Jio Net doesn't work even W App msg also we are unable to send so kindly pls put some importance in our area... Pls try to increase the network speed in our area

    @reliancejio Instead of 1.5 GB per day,we want 126 GB at once for 84 days. Please help your loyal customer. Else I may think of porting. Don't disappoint. @OfficialJioTV

    @p_khodecha @JioCare @airtelindia The irony is I switched to @reliancejio from @airtelindia as I was facing very poor connectivity with Airtel at my home location. Jio is comparatively better than Airtel for me at least.

    Patience and co operations I am waiting from last 14 months on three Vodafone sim same issue. Think before writing about patience and cooperation. Let me check with @reliancejio they take less or more then 14 months to resolve issue.

    @reliancejio Hi @reliancejio , you don't have proper 4g network in kharadi Pune area. hence I hardly use 100mb of data daily and my 1.4 GB of data goes waste daily. Please give 126GB data at one time when I recharge for 84 days, so that I use the full data when I go to good network cities.

    @PranavHegdeHere @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence works fine. I’ve recently ported our from @VodafoneIN and I think I’ve made the right decision. Was fed up with @VodafoneIN network issues.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio Dont you think there should be a mechanism to penalisethe ISPs in favour of customer if the promised speed isnt provided. The customer is always billed fully for the month without getting compensated for downtimes and low speeds

    @JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio I’m facing severe outage while using your Fiber Internet service .. my SR number is SR00001F5MZO .. can this be fixed ASAP ???? I’m not able to use MS outlook and Teams at all it’s keeps disconnecting on my office laptop.. PS I’m not using any VPN
