@JioCare My family's jio connection no 9137278388. Recharged on 09/11/20 with 555/-. 3000 mins call to non jio nos. From 10/11/20 itself facility stopped and customer care advising to recharge again. No resolution despite repeated call. Very pathetic condition.

@reliancejio @JioCare How long you gonna take to fix the your services here, have been complaining since 3 months but no use It literally buffers even at 360p And the irony is you people are planning for 5g whereas you 4g network can't even provide a 3g service

@JioCare @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani Are big CHOR they arey growing high by doing all the possible ****'s with customers. I recharged for My Number and got error of Transaction Failed for 3 attempts and post 2 hrs I got msg stating that I have done recharge for 3 times.

@reliancejio Recharged my Jio number 9419065365 with 1299 on 1/11 ,after 1 month of recharge Jio requested me to submit my documents and I submitted. After getting service resumed there were no balance in my Jio account. Now I’m asking my money back else I’ll move consumer court
