    @JioCare I am unable to recharge my Jiofiber account as I didnโ€™t generate a Jiofiber voice number. Raised an email concern and been over 24 hours since last response from you. Called up customer care and they canโ€™t help me. What kind of a system have you guys designed? #fail

    @JioCare bought new connection hoping to get better Internet speed compared to @VodafoneGroup.. But I should say Jio is Pathetic. Customer executive says they will look into the matter and after 15 days no solution but more problems. It takes 16 minutes to open live chat.Pathetic

    @OyeLovnesh @reliancejio Please don't waste your money by switching to JIO network Their pathetic service department & connection issues will frustrate you. The charge for 1month plans but you will get only 12 days of it, rest will be outage every month without customer service. Now you can decide.

    Even after multiple complaints & paying 3 times the amount paid by prepaid customers, Iโ€™m not getting the service I expected. I was easily getting 4-5mbps when I was using jio prepaid, since the time Iโ€™ve started using @reliancejio postpaid, it just getting worsened, only 200kbps
