@reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio my Jio +91-2079611502 and jio devise is getting disconnected frequently. The red light is blinking since 4 in eve.. 5 time I have rebooted. your AI on jio chat and whatsapp is pathetic. And does not solve my problem.

@reliancejio @JioCare advisor just hung up the call without giving me any resolution, i thought it was may be due to some technical issue, but i got surprise when i tried again several times, some one picked the call and disconnected it without saying anything.

@showmedamani @reliancejio Telecom was run like a commodity service, Jio subsidized it continues to dominate. Electronic goods is a technology heavy, ip and entry barrier market. Private labeling and recent RnD can possibly put Jio ahead of Vu and Mi but not close to likes of Samsung.

@JioCare Another 20 hours went by and no response recieved by your team. Nor did i got any calls or mails regarding the same. I can surely say , i will pay more to other local internet service providers but not to Jio anyday from now onwards. 24 days went and no refund received. @JioCare
