    @reliancejio @JioCare I had raised a disconnection request for Jio Fiber since I am moving out and I have a flight to catch. Your engineer doesn't come and every day I hear excuses. I cannot cancel or reschedule my ticket because your company doesn't respect punctuality.

    @JioCare Called customer care, they say request closed as ‘no issue found’. You are thieves and cons, I will not let you get away with this. Will complaint to consumer forum if I dont get a call from you in 2hrs. Enough is enough!

    @JioCare I have recharged JioFi with annual package including Disney hotstar subscription for JioFi number 8767370848. I’m not able to login using this number in the Disney hotstar app as it asks for sms code which we can’t receive on the JioFi dongle. How do I login then

    @HathwayBrdband Internet worked for exactly 10 days and it's off again since morning..is this the service loyalty and customer care provided by @HathwayBrdband @reliancejio As always no customer care to update the ticket status or attend the call..

    @reliancejio it's a humble request from Nandgaon.. please establish your broadband connection to nandgaon. District (mathura) Many od the students are facing data shortage problem.. this is very disappointed. there is broadband connection nearby 7km away Please take action asap.
