    @arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

    When it comes to service , jio is worst . Customer care representatives don’t even under the problem they keep on talking like robots #worstservice #failjio @reliancejio better to switch on any other operator @AmbaniHu taking money but not providing expected services

    @reliancejio I my area Jio network strength is very poor leads to voice dropping and poor internet speed, in this 5G era i am getting only 0.9MBS download & 0.3MBPS upload speed. This certainly not as per Jio standard. Complaint Ref MR00012NJ62X, SR00001CZVP4.
