    @arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

    @JioCare @JioCare It’s been 13 days and my JioFiber is still not working. Despite your public assurance and multiple complaints, no engineer has visited. Complaint SR00003AQ95D was closed without resolution and SR00003AYSIV is still pending. Appellate Authority has already been informed.

    @JioCare My neighbour has connections with @reliancejio fiber they use internet than why my connection is outage please sent technician otherwise please cancle my connection and pay my amount return

    @JioCare Thanks Durgesh. Ticket SR00003AXZJP re-opened noted. Speed is still very poor. Please Don't close till better interest speed .

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare ,If you are not able to manage a mobile tower, then why you are running? its fault since last 15 days,no one inspected. Everyone has Jio sim and all of us getting irritated by your service. Vill- Kandurpali,Sariya Sarangarh CG GPS-21.6306093, 83.3527625

    My Jio Fiber connection (number 1205262917) has been down for four days. I have spoken to and chatted with customer care 20 times. I have even received calls from 10 Jio employees, yet no one has shown up. I am appalled by such terrible service from @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I’m tired of following up. I need a solution, not repeated assurances. You already have my complaint number—now tell me when and how this issue will be resolved. If it isn’t fixed immediately, I’ll switch to another provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber dear team Despite raising multiple service requests, making numerous calls to your customer care helpline, and sending previous emails, my issue has still not been resolved. To make matters worse, not a single engineer has visited my location.
