@arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

@reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber Really pathetic service! I applied for the connection and got a visit from your team on 31/03/2021. I needed the connection before 3rd April but my visit has been rescheduled twice already and your customer service is saying they can't do anything!

@reliancejio sir i am using your jio fiber connection the internet is working perfectly but when i am playing My computer online game call of duty warzone its giving error that couldn't connect to the server . All my jio fiber friends are having this same problem please help !

Hello @JioCare don't know happen to my network from yesterday onwards my number has been not able to receive and make calls ..When other call me it tells as switch off but actually its not..When I call to some one immediately it decline the call automatically by itself pls help.
