    @arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

    @JioCare Still same issue calls not connected every time I will change flight mode and normal mode what is the issue??

    Infact when we complain about the poor connectivity, they always give the same excuse that the network is slow due to multiple customers using the internet at the same time. If it is so, they why do we pay individually? One such incidence has happened to me with @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare haven't received any update yet. The issue is since 17th Jan and it's been 10days that I am asking on twitter after getting disappointed by call service of customer care.

    @JioCare Almost two months completed and the issue still persist and it's all about the matter of free usage of JIO fibre and refund of deposit amount..!!

    Just called @reliancejio @JioCare to complain about internet connectivity issues...the representative told me that they're getting more number of subscribers from my area and hence slow internet...N I've to adjust with no internet I'm just flabbergasted
