    @arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

    @JioCare Daily the engineer is assigned for last 12 days but nobody comes. Now i am off my patience. My work is getting hampered. If by tomorrow you are not able to reinstate the services then i will be forced to cancel the account.

    .@JioCare worst experience. In last 4days make for shedule of service engineer but still not visited even one. My jio fiber net not running.Its happens 2-3 times in a month's means half month without internet.I request everyone to note it. Jio have worst services @PMOIndia

    @reliancejio . Absolutely zero customer oriented team you have , better have a good team do that customer stays with you in future. I have been misinformed, have been charged for a JioFibre connection which they have already activated but my installation is not yet done. Thanks

    @JioCare unable to receive sms/otp from all applications and contacts, I've raised a complaint already it's been 3 days still the problem isn't sorted out.

    @JioCare I tried to relocate my nearly 5 times in month but after getting failed to relocate I requested to cancel my connection but jiofiber still not taking any action even on that

    @JioCare but they always says that we are trying to improve our network but do noting. I unable to use internet in my home because of slow speed. I am also preparing for compilation exams, but because of slow internet I can't take my classes properly.
