None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

I had to visit ur center, where even ur engineers admitted this issue and they’re simply waiting on Jio to fix it since months, letting customer suffer.
