Never faced such poor service with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever we customers face issues, Airtel atleast gives a positive response and get the issue resolved within tat. Airtel keeps cust informed if tat increases due to unforeseen things. @JioCare pls improve

@JioCare Further ur technicians had asked me 2 subscribe for a 12month package, but in the 1st month itself i am facing so much trouble then in 12 months i would have gone crazy. Never expected this kind of pain. Ur internet speeds might b incredible but your technicians r causing trouble

@JioCare Sent you a DM, now please help out. ur agent promised 48 hrs installation time after which i agreed & paid 1500 on 11th, after which he is not picking the call or call back. cust care is also poor as agent put me on hold for 10 min and disconnected the call. u need recording?

(2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

@JioCare your guys sent a message for feedback and I have reported the same issue to improve indoor signal strength in the Bangalore city proper and you guys can’t even do that, I don’t see any reason why not to port for other connection for a better services and connection!
