Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Dear @reliancejio i have already raised complaints regarding call drop in the last week of December. The ticket got closed by saying it is resolved but still facing the same issue. Do you want me to port to another network.

@JioCare Worst service i am a retailer from Chopda Dist Jalgaon jio company cant provide sim to retailer they say they dont have sim stock then how can they provide services to customers kindly resolve this issue so that retailer can sell jio sim otherwise retailer will convert.

@reliancejio 5G? MukeshG pl ensure 4G gives service, it’s 48hrs since net is down no updates, usual automated msg hardly helps, no updates if & when net will be fictional. Usual doit yourself but it’s waste of time. Their needs to be a call center instead of automated msg. Pl update.
