  @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

  @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

  @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

  @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5G doesn't work at my place. Do you have any page where it shows the locality of working 5G connection. In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

  @JioCare @reliancejio 10 working days have passed with no refund—only repeated “wait a few days” replies. Please process my refund immediately. If it isn’t credited by tomorrow, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum and pursue the matter before the Consumer Commission. @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio Please follow a clear, transparent refund process after a failed service instead of repeatedly saying “wait a few days.” It has already been 10 working days. Stop the generic replies and provide the actual refund status and a definite date.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Field Functionaries doesn't give any importance to Your Highlights. They update the status as "On Hold" Rescheduled Etc on their own. Sometimes Service Engineer is also appointed but they do not come. Pathetic Situation at Kidwai Nagar Kanpur Service Outlet.
