    @JioCare @reliancejio worst broadcasting by jio..in Samsung tv jiocinema doesn't have live fifa world cup and laptop..it's slow and buffers . absolutely rubbish broadcast..

    @reliancejio Bangalore ANJNANAPURA 5TH BLOCK, can you extend your network here? @ACTFibernet you can remove your spider web for Apartments here since you don't want independent house. We also don't want your cables lying around in front our houses.

    @reliancejio Not able to make calls to Dharmasthala Landline numbers. Unsupportive support. Just shows how Jio is misleading folks that STD is allowed 08256266607

    Dear @reliancejio i have already raised complaints regarding call drop in the last week of December. The ticket got closed by saying it is resolved but still facing the same issue. Do you want me to port to another network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @JioCare I am following up since 5 years and you are telling the same. Neither yo are compensation me with discounted plans. If you cannot deliver me the service's then give me a custom plan without Data. Your data connection is unusable for me.

    @JioCare Kindly give details of violation to prepaid 9538337070 why suspended services we suffered loss of rs 5 Lac for that Jio is solely liable not to activate and illegally service suspended also not making arrange to give UPC Code to port out my number under MNP it’s monopoly

    @JioFibre @JioCare @JioFiberVoice what is wrong with JioFibre? I raised a request to pick d wifi modem on 10th of Aug but no one came to pick it up for 2 months, later I went to the nearest Jio Service centre n submitted thm on 8th of Oct evn thn it is nt being processed

    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @JioCare From morning to evening, there has been no response or visit from any Jio service engineer despite the confirmed time slot. It seems we have no value for our time as per Jio. We waited the entire day and the issue is still unresolved.
