    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I am totally fed up of your services and your customer care people. I took jioSTB connection on 27 nov 2022 from the same day it was not working i logged too many complaints to get it replaced but getting only one answer wait for 24 hours.

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    @JioCare I have done both the things and still have not received any invite even though my phone hardware and software both supports 5G and my area is enabled for 5G as well. Please help

    @airtelindia @reliancejio The connection quality of airtel is too bad in Bangalore. Most shocking is that the Bangalore is famous for Technology. And this is very disappointing for airtel users. Shameless Airtel. Jio connectivity is better than Airtel. I'm going to switch to Jio.

    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare senior executives are never available to complain, I am trying to contact them from November 2022, but they don't have time for billing and they also discontinued my services. @TRAI don't give them any further licence if they are not able to provide support.#JioTrue5G

    @JioCare I am currently a Vi user and planning to port to Jio, but I have a concern. Just in front of my room (around 10 meters away), Jio 5G works perfectly, but inside my room there is no signal at all. Before porting, I want to confirm if this issue can be fixed.
