    Since morning onwards we are facing signals issue in my location.we thought that @reliancejio @JioCare will resolve this issue. Even we dont have to signal to call @JioCare also. @airtelindia and @Idea are doing well.

    @JioCare broadband connection was not working so I tried using so called jio fast LTE Ookla speedtest it never showed me a speed test it just came as an error And I tried calling jio care they started telling me they can't hear me.. My complaint at least fix voice connection

    @VodafoneIN History repeats!! I'm back to my nest and amazing bandwidth!! I don't need your appreciation. If you provide quality service customer will be loyal to you. @airtelindia @JioCare Need update on quality of data and voice services at the tagged location. I will go with Earlybird!!

    Hey! @JioCare from the past 4 months I'm complaining about my internet speed which never goes above 100 kbps. And I'm not the only one here everyone has the same issue from months. If this this continues definately its going to be my last recharge. @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    Initially I thought that problem with my mobile, After that i came to know that every one in my location nearly thousands of people are facing this issue.i know why @JioCare @reliancejio takes this much of nearly more than 12 hours to resolve that issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst N/w i hv ever seen. Neither I m able to talk on call due to bad N/W nor your data is working at my location( location attached) And when we raise a complain no resolution for that & best excuse we get this is temporary issue we can't provide exact time

    @Bharath36502 @GaneshG72853118 @reliancejio Sorry I never got cheated in last 5 years of service. Internet speed might differ place to place and it’s common with other operator. As we are using the service it’s our right to report the fault and get it rectify. As only 4G based network it got best voice clarity throughout.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service of yours. Worst network. Can't receive calls n outgoing calls are getting dropped. All calls go mute. Pathetic service @DoT_India please help in this regard n register a legal n formal complaint.

    @JioCare Worst services ever. Very low internet speed in my area. I am unable to take my online classes because of jio slow internet. When I have conversation with customer care they always says that "OUR TECHNICAL TEAM IS WORKING". You fools, where is your technical team.

    @JioCare Just got to know from your Customer care that ticket has been resolved by backend team without resolving the problem. No communication, No progress is happening . Very poor customer service experience from Jio Fiber. Can someone tell me when will this resolve.
