    Very 😭 with @JioCare. I recharged ₹1551 for IR before travelling to the UK, but still no Jio network, no OTPs, and no roaming service. Tried but nothing works. Total waste of money. If you’re travelling abroad, think twice before relying on this service.#InternationalRoaming

    @JioCare your system of addressing customer grievances is horrible. The customer care will fool the customer by telling lies and mail has an auto reply. How on earth does the customer approach you? Pathetic!

    How much take Times today it's 4th day and still I'm unable to use jio air fiber it's unacceptable from your jio team nor you raise complaint not anything I pay for service not fir wait this much please solve asap yours service nor please disconnect my connection. @JioCare

I even called the person mentioned, but unfortunately, he showed no interest in speaking with me or assisting with my request. Is this the standard level of customer service from Jio, or is this only in Kochi? Very disappointing for someone trying to become a new Jio customer. Attaching the SMS for your reference.     @JioCare JioFiber has been down for 5 days. Complaint raised, but visits keep getting postponed with no updates on the outage or resolution. Paying for a full month's service and still forced to follow up. Restore service and provide compensation. #JioFiber
