I've requested to close my postpaid connection on may 30th and the issue was closed without resolving. I couldn't connect to customer support because there is no such thing for postpaid connection, even the reliance digital at keelkattalai branch people couldnt connect @JioCare

@JioCare Please be aware of Jio loot. I have been struggling to get my security deposit back for last one month for Modem and setup box. They always tell you that they are working on it. Local Jio team tells you that process is automated and they cannot help.
