    @JioCare Hi, I am still facing issues with this Wi-Fi connection. Despite multiple complaints, no engineer has visited to inspect the faulty connection. Could you please explain the delay and arrange a technician visit at the earliest? I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

    @JioCare @TRAI Charging users for 5G but delivering 2G-like speeds is unacceptable. Even in Ahmedabad, a major metro city, network performance is poor with frequent slowdowns and connectivity issues. Please ensure customers get the service promised. #Jio5G #TRAI

    @JioCare My issue is still not resolved despite my response. These repeated, unplanned JioFiber outages are directly impacting my work and causing real loss. No prior SMS/email, no proactive update and refusal to escalate to a senior is unacceptable for a major ISP.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber complaint unresolved for 2 days. Technician rescheduled 3 times (yesterday twice, today, now tomorrow). JioFixedVoice No 8031518816. Calling 18008969999 gave no result. Need resolution today, not another reschedule. Pathetic svc. #JioFiber #JioDown

    @JioCare 7th day and down! no person has checked the issue ! same tower ...others are able to access internet and no such issue of fiber cut ! Technicians are misguding management!

    @jiocare i am experiencing network issue this morning for my jiofiber connection. No one is picking up the call at 1800 896 9999 and there is no option to raise service request at Run diagnostic option. Good that I have renewal due in next month, will think twice before renewal
