An incident happened my phone was snatched by a person at sector 43 gurgaon and FIR is also lodged but I called the jio care to block my sim they didn't if anything wrong happens will surely take action against jio. So kindly take action asap @reliancejio @JioCare

Worst customer care service of Jio Fiber @JioCare @reliancejio tried solving by contacting customer care they couldn't resolve my issue and both the times customer representatives hung up the phone in middle of the conversation. Pathetic!

@TheRealRajk Fake ads and promises, what's the use if you are not getting value for money! I will suggest port to Jio, check with @Jiocare they can help you with the process. You won't get a reply. It's better to take a wise decision and port to JIO.
