My complaint (SR00003AQ95D) was closed without fixing the problem after the engineer asked me to share the OTP. This is unacceptable.

I kept the number active by recharging until January, but after moving to the UAE, I unfortunately missed the subsequent recharges, and the SIM has now been disconnected.
