    @JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

    @JioCare Any update on this..You guys going to resolve that problem or not. It's a very bad customer service from last 3 days we are facing problem with jio network but no body working it. Very much disappointed by jio @reliancejio @JioCare @AkaashAmbani @MUKESHAMBANl @Mukeshambani_1

    @reliancejio i never gave a second thought to stay with jio when it raised recharge rates. In return the whole area of our Hullimagla P.O., electronic City, Bangalore always receiving internet speed<10KBps. I repeat 'always'. Increase the tower bandwidth ASAP

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team , service in my area is not good or even worst. I complained 2 times but no one came and closed the request . They claim speed is consistent but it’s very much fluctuating and not even 30mbps. complains the head installation Sai prasad but no help

    @JioCare almost nil Jio network near and around somsundarpalya lake. Being close to HSR, it’s important Jio maintains network at this prime location. Have shifted here, but now none of my Jio connections are even able to receive calls. Request to pls resolve @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence For your faults why should I wait for 7-10 days to get the money refunded?? Atleast i can go for @reliancejio or @ACTFibernet who are ready to provide the service

    @Airtel_Presence the network is extremely slow and internet connection is not accessible. Where as @reliancejio is working pretty good at my place. 22 nd road, sector 7,hsr layout.

    It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare is there no way i can talk to a customer care representative? Why is it so difficult that all questions are answered by chat bot and ultimately issue is not resolved! Excess bill has been generated for services not given #WorstCustomerService

    Dear @reliancejio can you pls start providing your service in our area (pin 560099) Bangalore? There are around 200+ flats in our building and many more in near by apartment. Current only @Airtel_Presence is there and they are having horrible service. Pl plan to provide service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid ₹2,222 on 08May2026 for a Jio Home connection (Order: NO0001DBU2M6). It's been over a month, but there is no installation, no refund, and no response from customer care or the sales guy. Very disappointed with the service. Please process refund ASAP.

    @JioCare My issue is not resolved. I don't know why is it showing resolved. No service engineer came to my place and no one called me. How can you mark something resolved without even contacting me? There is still red light on my jio router and it has been red since 5th june

    Dear @JioCare since the 4-5 days network issue is high. Without solving the issues the request ID is closed. Today the network problem is in pick condition. SMS failed to send and receive. Call drops more. @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani kindly solve the problems which have been going on since the days.

    I'm facing a persistent audio issue with my JioFiber Set-Top Box that started this morning. There is no sound output on any application or channel, including live TV channels on Jio tv+ and all available OTT platforms , although the video is functioning normally @JioCare

    @JioCare It has not been resolved, kindly look into it. Request raised on 11th june and technician visit is still pending as in 13 th June. You guys are in rescheduling service request. Pathetic. @reliancejio

    @JioCare This has become a textbook example of poor customer service. Payment was collected immediately, the connection was never installed, the order was mishandled, cancellation was requested, and yet my refund is still pending. How long does Jio intend to hold a customer's1/2
