    @JioCare Have been receiving calls from Jio Fiber for the last 5 months and I have been telling them that I have moved out of that location so dont call me again. If I receive one more call, I have numbers of each and every agents that called me and I'll raise a police complaint.

    @JioCare my plan was over so u recharged yesterday. My recharge was successful but since yesterday I am not able to call anyone via my jio number. Rest everything is fine. Please solve this issue. It's urgent.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ImAtulKansal Posting on behalf of my family members It has been more than 5 days,since I have been requesting Jio,Sarswati Nagar,Jodhpur to resolve internet issue as mobile internet has been suspended in Jodhpur. Online classes of kids are effected.

    @airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not acceptable. My JioFiber has been down for more than 6 days. Your own app shows “Outside home connectivity – Outage detected”, so the issue is clearly on your network. Still no technician visit, no proper update, only repeated generic replies.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with the Jio AirFiber service. Facing frequent issues in April—low speed, poor connectivity, and now no internet since morning. Unable to even reach customer support. Paying bills on time but no proper service.

    @JioCare If you are not able to do it, just come clean, say you are not capable of doing it. I'll see what to do next. Asking for time again and again just to cancel things last moment is absolutely unacceptable. Is there any engineering team, do you have people who can resolve this??
