    @reliancejio could you look at improving signal connectivity at this location- Geown Oasis Villas, V. Kalahalli, Off Sarjapur Road, Bangalore 562125. Otherwise no point having your connection here, as I don't get any signal in my new home at this place.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team , service in my area is not good or even worst. I complained 2 times but no one came and closed the request . They claim speed is consistent but it’s very much fluctuating and not even 30mbps. complains the head installation Sai prasad but no help

    @JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

    @JioFibre @reliancejio @JioCare Do not use jiofiber Customer care service is pathetic. When you want to return the box they would disconnect the call.Called customer care 15 times to pick up box from but they keep reschduling Requesting mukesh ambani to pick this jio fiber box.
