  @JioCare @reliancejio what a **** of an app you have, been trying to raise a service ticket for WiFi not working through the app and it keeps on directing to the call, and the call what a **** show, it keep on saying to raise through the app,

  @JioCare Post discussion with tech on call, scheduled a technician visit to our home. Still we're facing slow internet and intermittent loss. Without information they cancelled the request.
