@reliancejio @JioCare I ported from Vodafone to Jio. As part of activation process I did recharge of Rs. 239. But customer care representative also asked me to additionally pay Rs. 99 for Prime membership. Is it mandatory to pay Rs. 99 for portability process?

@JioCare @cankkasera Hi tried calling customer care executive morning told that service team will come at 3pm no one came then i called at 3.15pm told service team will come in 10mins again no one came then again called telling they will come by 7.30pm and talking in a way which make customer tensed
