It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). The call gets disconnected immediately after the confirmation message stating that there is a network outage in your area and thanking me for calling.

prasanth kallath (@PKallath91) reported@JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.
