@JioCare your service is terrible. Failures are daily with Jio Fibre. It is a pity that consumers have little choice at the present moment.

@JioCare @reliancejio Today I purchased a Jio Keypad phone with a new sim on offer of one year recharge and I want use this sim on my smartphone. But shopkeeper said use this new sim after 25 days in another mobile otherwise your sim will get blocked. Please help on this matter.

@sushmikumar @JioCare Go with ACT, they completed booking, installation and activation process within 5hrs from my first call. I'm in madurai and their service is great in coimbatore also ACT will be most preferred Fibre.

@JioCare i just recharged with 3 plans half hour before the expiry of my old plan. But unfortunately one of my recharges that includes data addon was linked to my last recharge and it will expire within half hours of recharge. Can you help me out?
