  @JioCare Yes its been resolved, but I need compensation for my lost days and the stress you have given all these days. You already know how much time and pain have taken to get it fix from you. If you cannot do that, please close my subscription and refund my full money. Tata play is good

  @JioCare thanks for disconnecting my service now narahega baas na baje gi basuri. main issue of 7072/-go missing just talk twice to your no ans. was unless you pay we can't do any thing in short you pay bill 706-&forgat 7072/- v.good congratulation

  @Shoukathkk @reliancejio @JioCare I would seriously suggest you rethink your decision to go with Jio Fiber for your home. I’ve got it. It’s been a horrible experience so far. I am actually planning on switching.

  Today for the entire day Reliance Jio fibre services were down. By morning tomorrow, when Jio team will wake up to do something, it will be 24 hours of downtime. This keeps happening in the area, again and again! Atleast 2-3 days in a month (that's 8% - 10% downtime). The customer service is nearly non-existent and entirely on ai. So, there's no way to highlight this to someone at management that this pattern of repeat internet downtime in the Financial capital of India, with work from home, is not okay. The restoration time you see in the screenshot just resets to a new deadline the moment it reaches the given time. @reliancejio This is not ok.

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN Pathetic service from @JioCare! My Jio AirFiber setupbox is not working for the last 3 months. Full payment is done, but no service. Complaints are closed automatically without any technician visit! Resolve this within 24 hours.AirFiber ID: +916563354187

  @JioCare Fiber down since afternoon. Same fault on my neighbor's connection from the same box. Techs left the box open; rain likely caused it. 5 PM visit promised, no tech assigned,complaint moved to 20July.3rd outage in 2 months despite timely payments.Fix ASAP @RelianceJioCare
