    @arvind_sin72635 @reliancejio I paid ₹2222 on 1st April 2026 for the service. My request was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. This is highly unprofessional. The person who collected the payment is not answering my calls and there has been no response

    @JioCare is pathetic! Customer services is based on lies. Asked for location - been 5 days - no response - false promises only. No call rcvd. Asked for New connection - instant response - asked me to go for 3 months plan. Is greed so important than great customer experience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare issue is not yet resolved, I think it's better to stop using JIO FIBRE AS they are not able to resolve the internet connectivity problem
