@reliancejio what is happening with the 4G speed in my area. I thought the problem will go away/resolved within a day but it still persist (3 days gone). Called customer care and your IVR says everything is fine with your network. Need immediate attention to this please.

@JioCare @reliancejio My jio postpaid mobile stops working very often & I cannot make / receive calls. I cannot receive SMS messages either. I hv to switch to airplane mode & switch back to reactivate. What is the problem pls? My airtel & bsnl connections do not hv this problem.

Literally regretting by installing @airtelindia wifi router,such a poor customer service, no option to complain customer service for internet router service, been airtel customer for past couple of years ,wasted money on yearly subscription, time to shift for @reliancejio #Airtel
