    @JioCare I ordered to install JioFiber on 01.12.2021 but till 06.12.2021 it wasnt installed for which I have put up a complaint also. On 6th I requested to cancel the order of installation and refund my money i.e. Rs.1500. Till date no refund has come. Order no. NO0000JJED2O.Refund urgent

    @JioCare I DM’ed my nmbr & waiting since then. Provide me a number instead where I can contact without pressing all the numbers on my keypad to a bot call. I rely on this data for my work. In this fast paced world after 18+ hours, I have no way to reach out or my issue rectified. #sad

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I have booked Jio fiber and it needed to be installed by 12 Dec but still, installation is not done. I have raised a complaint many times on mail but no solution. Can you please look into it? Order id NO0000JKRNCN.
