  @JioCare - Escalation ticket deadline also met but SE not visited site and issue has not been resolved even after many calls and follow-ups in past 3 days. Very very poor service from your side. Looks like raising complaint with consumer affairs is only solution. @jagograhakjago

  @JioCare Hi Navin, thank you for reaching out. As mentioned, the MyJio app shows my Order ID as "null" due to a technical error on the portal, so I do not have a standard ORN number starting with 'NO000'. I messaged you my payment details to locate and cancel the booking manually:

  @JioCare So, today is 4th day and still no resolution. Why are you not processing my refund. Let me move to Airtel where I never encountered such issues. Infact, there customer care is empowered in comparison to JIO... You are just wasting time and energy... Leading to frustration.

  What call summary you required? Shared the number and what she was saying and threatening for. Just wanted to clarify is it possible or not. 1- Giving current active number of someone to anyone else without consent. 2- Is this number belongs to @reliancejio Customer support?

  @JioCare Hi Dipesh are you electronic engineer if not dont try , if all 3 devices getting kicked out of connection frequently in 1200 Square foot house , and if not addresses within 36 hours , u can disconnect it please dont call after 24hrs with promises to fix
