    @JioCare The problem has not been resolved it is now going on for the past ten days and more. No connection. I have raised it at all levels and get no answers from Jio. Jio personnel have stopped answering my calls. Once my three month subscription ends, I will terminate the connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio only in automated messages claiming the issue will be resolved within 4 hours, yet no actual solution has been provided till now. Customers pay for reliable service, not repeated false assurances. Kindly resolve this issue urgently and improve customer

    @JioCare Absolutely NOT resolved. Stop relying on your flawed system metrics. Look at the status bar of the screenshot I posted—it clearly shows 4G+, NOT 5G indoors. I have already sent a strong rejoinder via email. Reopen SR000036P8TT and fix the actual indoor infrastructure. @TRAI

    @JioCare Facing the same issue again with my Jio AirFiber. The MyJio app is showing restoration by 9 PM, but my work is getting seriously hampered. Requesting you to please resolve this at the earliest.

    @JioCare Your representatives visited our residence yesterday and explicitly assured us that the issue would be attended to and resolved today. However, till now, nobody has turned up, no service has been provided, and there has been absolutely no communication from your side. 2/3

    @JioCare No you are wrong it's you strategy after some time recharge wil expire and you willl say for recharge .......your costomer excutives makes tooo much cl for recharge but network is very bakwas.........

    Dear @JioHotstar I am using this OTT from last 5 years as a prime customer but after takeover of Jio reliance i found advertisement issue and nowadays I am adviced to pay extra to avoid advertisement.i.e rs 299/-.so i decided to quit this OTT and say go **** off @reliancejio
