@reliancejio Very pathetic service after the new installation. The set top box is not working and the technician is not bothered to pick up the phone or come to resolve it.

@JioCare very poor network in Central & North Delhi, raised complaint many times but not resolved at all, bad experience, ported from vi to jio expecting good services from them.but no resolution yet, my work disturbed very much due to the same,

Only when there is a power cut, you get to know that any service provider mobile 4G network in india is trash and cant load a 1080p youtube video @Airtel_Presence @JioCare, and in the area like Navi Mumbai🤮🤮

@JioCare it takes around 4 minutes to reach a customer care executive and after another 5min of waiting the executive cannot raise a ticket in your system due to a technical issue!! STB is not booting, need a resolution asap. @reliancejio

@JioCare my worst experience ever i filed a complaint yesterday, as per tele discussion the service person has scheduled it for 12-1 pm today, and no one came to me When I talked to the customer care they say that the engineer came but my house was closed what is the answer. 🤬🤬

@reliancejio Have you ever thought that your customers are fool who are stuck to your network even if it's indoor coverage is not bad but worst . Now 4g network is not of any use so to make 5G business successful, 4G to have such regular network issues. @PMOIndia (1)
