My jio fibernet is going down. Every time the technician will come and solve the issue but again the issue will be raised. The technician will tell that if the issue again appears call us but they don’t respond @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic customer support by Jio. My JioMart Cashback 509/- not refunded for unsuccessful recharge of INR 2545/- on 30-Dec-21. No response on failed transaction, even after multiple follow up. Please share the transaction id to raise complaint with JioMart.
