@reliancejio I had applied for jio fiber @patna however without any contact or interaction my request was denied, this kind of service is not appreciated, atleast customer should have the right to know the reason for denial. IDK whom to reach for help!!!

@reliancejio I paid my bill with your app and it's not reflecting, plus your online chat says I attempted to recharge post paid rather than prepaid, how? Not reflecting other top ups as well, can't call your help lines as it's automated n keep playing same record. Useless.

@JioCare, good service from Jio Fiber however it's super annoying that even after 10 days of Installation, I get calls from agents asking 'connection ho gaya kya? I can give you one more month free!'. I received at least three calls like this. What's happening?

@JioCare hey jio team, I just received a call from someone pretending to be jio customer care and he was trying to make me update my kyc, and asked me to search "jio kyc quicksupport" on playstore, which leads to TeamViewer. Please get this fixed. Spammer Number: 8167431716

@JioCare @rachnadesai6 I am using another JIO number. But in this @Airtel_Presence number I done recharged for a year that’s why port is difficult. Jio network is best here.
