    My WiFi is not working since 3 weeks. I called the guy a million times and saw no response. Then he came and fixed it in my absence but it still didn’t work later. I was traveling for 2 weeks and now have to go back to no Internet again. What should I do @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I did that at leat 30-40 times do want me to do it again? Can u share a single video that it diagnostics solved even a single problem? I bet it can’t.. Done try to distract customers on your fake diagnostics? i m paying you for 100mbps i m getiing 20-30 mbps whose fault is it?

    @QamarAnchor @reliancejio @JioCare Absolutely pathetic!! I’m facing the same issue. I recharged with ₹200 plan on 2nd july. It clearly mentions Unlimited 5G+ 30GB. I’m using 5g phone, and today entire 30 GB got exhausted.
