Applied for @rajasthan_jio fiber connection. Their service engineers never installed the modem. On their system I am an active user. Complained @JioCare got no resolution at all. I am seriously infuriated.

@reliancejio cares so much that if you message for help they will solve your problem in the same year. They normally dont take more than 365 days to solve your internet problem.

@reliancejio @JioCare can’t you read service req no in the last tweet. I have written hundred emails to you, so many phone calls that too for my money to get refunded which you have taken as security deposit.. pathetic service.. everyone moving from prepaid to postpaid be aware..

@JioCare Still jio device in same location where it is installed, you people failure to pickup the device after scheduling two times. Now If i have to submit your device to the nearest store I have to cancel my flight & all connecting booked vehicle.. which cost 12k.

From few day I am using the worst 4G internet connection ever byJio. I have raised a complain but no one is listening. You can't imagine, I'm using 20-40 kbps of bandwidth now. It is forcing me to switch to other ISP. @reliancejio @JioCare, Please look into it soonest possible.

Hello @JioCare , whenever I use to dial from my number to a known specific number , it response me that number is busy, but in reality it's not, even they can back call me smoothly .. so , where is the problem?? Network or his mobile settings
