    I am going to change my jio number, because Jio is not helping me to study as before. Team wrote me they were came and checked nothing problem. Why not they use 5G here. I am talking about unlimited 5G. Why u give unlimited when u r not fulfil it. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Its been 5 days, my internet is not working. Your technicians are fooling the customers. This will effect your reputation among the customers. I am very sorry to say that i m being harassed. All my phones work on wifi. We r not able to use our phones

    @JioCare - First 14th Aug, next 21 Aug, next 15th Aug 9:30- 10:30pm now again 21st Aug, what is this scheduling for service engineer visit??? I was told that it would be resolved on 14th, 15th & 16th but now again moved to 21st #jioairfiber @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio 28 DAYS. Full payment made. ZERO resolution. So I requested disconnection—and you couldn’t even manage THAT. No device pickup. No refund. Just silence. This isn’t bad service, it’s straight up fraud. Refund my money NOW
