@JioCare Issue persist on any incoming or outgoing number. At the same time there is no issue with my another Airtel number. My problem is that I have annually prepaid in advance for Rs 4197 on my Jio number and I am not getting the services.

@JioCare It's not 2 days sir, I have given request on Thursday and today is Wednesday. Please count the days and let me know how it is 2. If u r giving reason of heavy pendency then think of ur service why heavy request are coming to pick up devices.

@JioCare I really wanted to try JIO and checked with your customer service team more than 5 times.I tried last year and this year before renewal but I get response that JIO fiber is not available in your area and when I asked how much time it will take to come in my area they had no idea

@JioCare Dear jio, launching 5G service with Bsnl level customer care with speed less than 2G. I have a simple concern but yet no proper response. It must be outsourced as different executives have different understanding..देश का नाम खुब रोशन करेंगे.. I can only hope..rest?

We as customer paying rs 666 for 1.5 GB /day high speed data . @JioCare @reliancegroup Bcoz of jiofiber ,the net speed is totally worse ,it seems iam using 2g network , When @reliancejio speaks about 5g ,it depends ,weather they will maintain the 5g speeds or not Ache din 😠
