    @JioCare please close my order NO00015IT7NL, as it is still not fullfilled from 8th Aug. I am tired of your customer care and service. Dont harass me. Please close the order so that i can port my sim and please refund my money paid online through jio app.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - Raised an AirFiber ticket yesterday. CS promised a tech today at 10am, app said 1pm. Tried preponing—no option to select slots, and it pushed my visit to Aug 21st?! 7 days to fix internet is atrocious service. Resolve this ASAP #poorseevice #jio

    @JioCare why there is no cancellation option in myjio app/whatsapp/IVR for cancelling jiofiber connection. You have options to relocate/transfer etc but not cancellation. There is no intuitive way to cancel an existing connection. I want to cancel my existing connection
