    @JioCare @reliancejio Network in Kumhari, Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar has been extremely poor for 3–4 months. Calls, messages & mobile data barely work. Despite multiple complaints, there’s no improvement. Is this being fixed, or should we switch providers?

    @JioCare @JioCare what is the update? Why can't you confirm about the internet access with inverter backup when power outage? You are promising many things at the time of installation. Now the technicians also.

    @JioCare It is not giving me any option to register a complaint. I just want to highlight that while uploading files on @Google Drive whose storage is allocated by your offer, I am getting throttled heavily and my connection get disconnected even though signal remain constant.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paying for "Unlimited 5G" but getting zero speed for the last 6 MONTHS! Support keeps giving the same fake "temporary problem" script.Half a year is a permanent network failure, not temporary.Fix this deficiency of service immediately or I'll report to @TRAI
