    @JioCare the customer service is so pathetic I’ve tried everything but still i am not able to find any option to talk to a customer service executive. Either make the contractor install connection box on poles or give me my refund.

    Because of network issue my children's are unable to attend their online classes and we are informing this to team jio from last week but nothing is done by their side they are very shameless I think they will do nothing regarding this.. @JioCare @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare Thanks to help me to change my mind, raised the request for connection cancellation. Strange,the manager said we have less wire and in 10 minutes will do the installation.Are you talking abt this technical challenge.
