    @arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

    @JioCare there is always an issue with your network!! Whenever I receive the call or i give the call to someone, i couldn't here the recieve and vice versa!! Expensive and cheapest network quality

    @JioCare After booking (order NO0000P123WY)the service team was unable to provide connection as S2box was full.plz investigate the box properly by higher team to enhance connection capacity .and also your few sales team members are spoiling the image of company .plz take action

    Avoid @reliancejio fiber connection at all costs. Internet connection disrupted within 7days of installation and no help from @JioCare for the next 8 days! Only thing they’re good at is taking your money.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's impossible to connect to an actual human for customer support through your MyJio app and even through customer care numbers! The same bot replies keep coming on all platforms! So so pathetic service!
