@arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

@raveenk Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

Internet down for three days straight @reliancejio @JioCare called your customer care so many times only to be told "engineer put the visit on hold as per your request" when I didn't even get contacted, no calls, no messages, nothing. Nobody responding to my concerns.

@indu97_28 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue” Jio is just a bad network especially in rural areas. (Sunevkhurd,Hansot, Bharuch) @JioCare @TRAI @MIB_India

@JioCare Already shared multiple period of time but every time I get the reply we are working on the issue since the jio is born but still the situation is your work on network has not finish yet ....Shame.. You all are making the Customer Fool.
