    It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @reliancejio sucks !! Period. Zero signal strength for any 4G connectivity in my location. The only thing that works for them is the signal strength enough to send SMS reminder for me to do timely recharge?? For what?? @JioCare @TRAI

    @crazythyname @JioCare True.its time folks in india learn to look at the mirror & see the warts. No point in becoming sensitive. I was honestly complaing at the bad service by telecoms.why are they defending incompetency

    @JioCare @PrimeVideoIN Availed Jio Fiber postpaid 999 6months stb plan. But Amazon Prime Video is not working properly in my smart tv. No sound is there. But trailers of Prime Video have sound. Confused what to do. Not able to see content of Prime video.

    @JioCare Is pretty useless when it comes to helping customers get a resolution to their problems. My internet hasn't been working for 2 days and their response is just "sorry for inconvenience" @reliancejio doesn't care about losing customers

    One thing I can guarantee that @JioCare has the worst ever customer care service.I tried to connect them several times regarding my jio postpaid complain and every time they disconnect the call.They need to undrstnd that no one is sitting idle to call them time2time @reliancejio
