    @crazythyname @JioCare True.its time folks in india learn to look at the mirror & see the warts. No point in becoming sensitive. I was honestly complaing at the bad service by telecoms.why are they defending incompetency

    It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @reliancejio @JioCare will always be sending an personal msg regarding the issues asking no and jiono.But that is for name sake.They do nothing.I have proofs and how many times I called the jio customer care and asked for the very poor internet.Simply worst. So sorry to say this

    Dear @JioCare , your service quality seems to be going down quite fast. No permanent solution to a recurring issue. On call support does nothing but schedules engnr apptmts. Engineer doesn't bother to visit premises. Only thing that gets done fast is getting the request closed.
