    @reliancejio Exact location -Ramakrishnan puram village near tiruttani In this location most use jio sim but signal strength is very weak. so please kindly take action .

    @JioCare Dm done, just received a fake promise of looking into the matter and nothing else, can't trust jio, 1 customer might not matter to you, I guess will have to change the service provider.

    @reliancejio Hi I am using jio fiber in sagar Madhya Pradesh my jio fiber no is 7582355846 I registered complaint on 16 April 21 at 1pm I was told that engineer will visit but a boy visited he couldn't solve problem I told him I have work from its urgent

    @JioCare Please check your DM, all I got was a nonsensical generic reply for my issue instead of a resolution, I've explained the main issue in a series of texts in the DM that nobody has bothered to check. Please check and respond & please don't send me a bullshit generic reply.

    @JioCare @TRAI I am a Postpaid user ,I migrate my SIM to Prepaid due to bad internet service, Already 60days passed but I didn't recieve any refund.I will contacted Jio , Executive of Jio didn't solve my problem. Jio Store also didn't solve my issue.

    @JioCare It's two weeks now. Such a large company should be responsible and give SPECIFIC TIMELINES of rectifying instead of vague answers. No one has even come to check. Every time a different Jio person responds and forgets to update. Is it really customer care?
