Very unfortunate to see @reliancejio providing such poor service. We have recently shifted our house and were promised a functioning wifi within 24 hours (we needed one urgently due to online work), it’s been 17 days and we have connected with Customerservice still nothing.

@jiocare SR000014UUT3 open, VPN and speed issues since 7th May2021, back end team from jio say this network will not support VPN , as soon as VPN connected speed goes to zero, please give this in writing, to consult consumer forum and RTI

@JioCare Launched several complaints since 7th May'2021, No resolution Service numbers SR000014XAQH SR000014UUT3, CAN YOU REPLY EVEN AFTER A PLAN OF 150Mbps, why there no speed and unable to connect VPN, back end team says jio policy will not allow VPN...can you give this writing

@reliancejio @JioVadodara pls get some people with some knowledge to resolve the issues. They just disconnect the call when not able to resolve. If it's call getting disconnected, it's Ur network only. Terrible service. Terribly slow for 3 months now
