I have surrendered the jio fiber connection because they are not able to solve the cabling issue. I will definitely NOT recommend any of my family/friend @reliancejio fiber. Please collect your jio device and refund the amount.

@DhAnAnjAyParkhe Something is terribly wrong with Jio. There are complaints from all over the country. @Jiocare, If you cannot solve the issue atleast let the customer know what is wrong and a correct estimate when it will be resolved. This is the basic minimum info that you are supposed to give.
