Absolutely worst service by @JioCare Had relocated Jio fibre connection from WB to Rajasthan, two days of silence from installation date, after numerous calls someone came for KYC and again after another 3 days of silence, confirmed that the connection box is at capacity.

@reliancejio fiber internet is down for a week and nobody seems to care. Tried reaching out to @JioCare for support but all they want me to do is wait till the end of the day. The tech asks me to share my jio login details or he won't work on my request. Jio support is a joke.

@JioCare @JioCare This is not a coverage issue. Earlier n78 (3500 MHz) was working perfectly at the same location with ~700 Mbps. Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.

@JioCare Network and internet issue from last week to till. Please look into chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. MH yet no option, please improve service, otherwise the number port options are available.
