    @reliancejio @JioSupport the worst service ever. I think now I would have to move & port all my connections to airtel or vi. I'm fed up with trying to reach you all to resolve my issues. For the last 3 days I've been trying to reach 24*7 for my concern.

    @JioCare @Jiofiber_Hosur Kindly make it a part of your policy to collect payment AFTER the connect/ installation is complete. I have made payments of 8K+ and have to wait 7 working days to get “technical issue” resolved. This isn’t great customer care.

    I am unable to use Jio Data in Rangpo, Sikkim day by day getting worst service from jio pls provide atleast 3g coverage here. When I contacted to service centre the executive is not solving my issue they talk like they are machine always same things. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
