Dear @JioCare seriously disappointed by your ridiculous service standards .My broadband has not been operational since 6pm yesterday request number SR000015Z4VY raised at 8:26pm yesterday still not resolved after more than 24hrs. No technician visit yet either.

@JioCare @SherawatPriya Trust me I have my main ph as jio and way too happy , and this is no marketing earlier jio was was my secondary sim and now airtel is secondary and with the way airtel customer care is handling complaints soon it will be extinct
