    @JioCare @reliancejio same problem for 4 months continuously and false assurances frm ur customer care and technical folks. Raised a ticket and no update & only change i see is the visit time update. 5pm to 5.15 pm to 8.45pm. No one is bothered to fix the issue.pathetic service

    @JioCare Your customer service agent informed me it is going to be resolved on 11th of May(10'o clock in the night). None of this is my fault and I'm the one who is suffering here and My one week is going to be waste, if this is your service, I'll be better of with other service providers

    @JioCare I'm facing this problem from 2-3months and it has tremendously increased. I'm unable to receive any calls or call anyone. There is no much of network issue. Pathetic customer service with no timeline to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare Better survey your network signals all over Kolkota. It’s hard to see full signal of network. I was very excited to use @Jio but I think I need to stay below the tower to get full signal or climb on the tree. It’s 2022 and still we have to beg for proper signal. Long love #Jio

    @airtelindia talking to your customer service is the worst spent hours talking to so many different executives everyone says something else @reliancejio please bring your fiber services to my area as I have no patience to deal with Airtel’s executives and their pathetic plans.
