    @JioCare @kiranthomas2000 @jagograhakjago Pls help. My refund has been stuck for more than 17 days. It’s a big amount. It’s not correct to withhold money. The customer care does not care and it’s absolutely pathetic.

    @JioCare If you look, that service request also got resolved on its own. Bhai kab tk ullu banaoge tum log? Me ye soch lunga ki 2 hazar mene bheek de diye tum logo ko.. le jaao or maro tum log. Itna ganda service. Very pathetic. You guys are literally defaming Ambani family.

    @JioCare this company and its service its the worst ******* company to deal with. Either their internet installation engineer are sleeping or doing time pass. 5 days and no resolution. I wish i had taken airtel internet service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 15 din se 4G internet nahi chal raha. Network full hai, sirf 5G pe thoda chal raha hai. Multiple complaints ke baad bhi issue solve nahi hua. Recharge waste ho raha hai. Please fix urgently ya validity extend/refund dein.

    @JioCare My internet connection is down since yesterday afternoon, but till now also ,u don't have any specific information about technician visit,no confirm time, since morning I am waiting at home ,if u had given me a time slot ,i could have done my work.

    @reliancejio @JioCare there is no range inside bungalows of Prabhavkunj Society, Godhra Gujarat. Only when we come outside, we get two lines of signal. Really concerning

    Very disappointed with the service from @JioCare @reliancejio at our new office. From day one, we’ve been facing continuous internet issues despite multiple complaints and follow-ups.Our work, client meetings, and communication are getting affected due to the poor support.

    @JioCare I had to go through all the frustration and struggle for 3 days to get a duplicate sim and the worst part i had to pay Rs 50 to get it... The faulty sim got dead due to fault at your end and i ended up paying for it... It's so #disappointing and #frustrating
