    @JioCare My Jio Service # 02235671237, was activated on Dec 2020 and got my setup box on feb2021 after so many phone calls and tech rescheduled.... But still I am not able to use any of the subscription which was promised with my plan... It is very upsetting.

    @ViCustomerCare why your internet is not working properly in my area especially during day hours. Night it works properly. If it goes on I will port all my vi no. to @JioCare by tomorrow. Don't take it lightly.

    @JioCare Again no technician visit as scheduled today 11 AM. As per customer care I should wait 24 hours... are you guys really serious? Why Company has recruited you and paying salary? Issue raised on 4th April and still you can’t schedule technician visit? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare you have given the same reply which I am getting for long now. There is nothing new. And I am sure you don't have a solution. Plus your executive is teaching me that my number is not working because it's not recharged. Do you really think I don't know that??
