  @JioCare I have not received any response on the DM sent to you with regard to the issue with my Jio Fiber connection. Internet connection not working for over 10 days. Numerous complaints raised. Pathetic services. Please google about Jio fibre. You will learn the feedback

  @reliancejio Despite of having paid all my dues of my previous service provider the services of my Number are suspended due to some non updation in your system over 24 hours. This move was under anticipation that it would be better than @airtelindia this is even worse #pathetic

  @JioCare Sent.. and awaiting a resolution.. i hope this time its not going to be like what your customer care guys do... They always promise a resolution in 24 hours that what has been taught to them and then you give them a call again and then again and then again but nothing happens

  @JioCare its been 10 days the internet connection is working on and off. Have raised 6-7 complaints and was promised a resolution everytime within 24 hours but nothing happened.1 of the pathetic customer service. Red light is blinking. We have 3 connections & the problem is same
