    @JioCare Facing internet issue more than 24 hrs. I lodged a complain and followed up 3 times with customercare and was given different time slots for service engineer to visit, no one visited. On calling today, am told that engineer will visit after 30 hours. In this era of work

    @reliancejio @reliancejio - 1st experienced worst customer service in the free trail and now struggling to get refund back. Been over a month but typical reliance, no response. Better to work on retaining customer by improving services
