    @JioCare It means you are saying that if I need speed and connectivity so we have to go outdoors/outside. And then we will be able to use. Either we have to stay always outdoors. I am asking. Do you use your internet outside at night ? What the rubbish solution/suggestions you give man.

    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @reliancejio Exact location -Ramakrishnan puram village near tiruttani In this location most use jio sim but signal strength is very weak. so please kindly take action .

    @JioCare I am facing this problem since Oct 21. Every time you guys told me that will be resolved. Having some issues and bla bla bla. I am not interested listening to these things. I can't adjust since few mnths dear. It's yr problem plz rectify/resolve it othrws tell me very frankly

    @JioCare Since 4 days gone so i have opted for airtel xtreme so pls terminate the services immediately i am not responsible for any payment from today onwards. Sent a mail as well coz u guys dont have any disconnection option in ur apps or call centre

I have tweeted multiple times regarding this issue but no solution from your side, only 1-2 calls & several messages/replies. Our villagers are fed up with your services.

    @JioCare I am a Jio customer from vaduvur thenpathi - 2 , needamangalam,thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu. For the last 8 years I have faced poor signal, frequent network interruption, and slow internet speed. I raised many complaints but no permanent solution has been given.
