    @JioCare For the past 5 days i have raised the complaint that my jio fiber router is blinking red. None of your engineers came. A message comes on my mobile saying that engineer has visited and resolved the issue. Please take away the router i no longer need your services.

    @SawaliSaloni @JioCare @DoT_India Jio infrastructure is top notch. But the on ground workforce is mostly very low qualification team who are ill trained and incompetent. Airtel xtremefiber is MUCH BETTER in terms of service and speed too. Switch to Airtel if that present in your building!

    @ViCustomerCare has one of the worst services for Internet connection. Has been 4 days since I’ve been trying to get re activate internet at my house. If reactivation takes so long, I would’ve taken a new @reliancejio instead. They do it in 12 hrs and give. Smh.

    @reliancejio @JioCare - pathetic service of Jio Fiber. Been 2 days since payment made but no one came to install. Absolutely useless customer service.
