If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

By @JioCare, how bad service is being given to us for the last two years even if a What's App msg does not get receive nor send. However, there is a Tower of Jio in the radius of 2 km near our village. But neither his strength is being increased nor is the new tower installed.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio if you cannot make your service proper for a number from past 1 year please shut down your services. Or sell it some players like @airtelindia or Vodafone idea they will take care of the same, the issue is persistent from past 11 months and no rsn.

@JioCare I complained about it a few weeks ago nothing happening. You say too many people using internet. 7am is not rush hour neither is 12am. dont take customer beyond ur capacity. We are paying exact amount for worse service
