    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @JioCare Hi, I want to block STB's Bluetooth pairing option for my neighbours, who have been sending Bluetooth pair requests on STB (for remote). That makes trouble in watching TV. Please suggest how to block them or deactivate Bluetooth option.

    but I can't leave in middle of the semester right ? I have been exchanging mails with the Jio team since a month and their response sorry. @reliancejio has the worst customer service, is most inflexible, and doesn't understand the issue of its customers.

    @JioCare So on Wednesday you guys told that within 48 hrs surrender request will be done which is pending from last 1 month. If you guys works only this way and only wants to harass customer then its ok. I regret i installed jiofiber and surely never gonna take new connection

    @JioCare we have a two account for jio fibre by mistake I recharged my 2nd account so I want to replace that payment to my first account , I was try to call customer care but no one has reply proper so please solve this query immediately because it's a weekend time
