  @JioCare It means you are saying that if I need speed and connectivity so we have to go outdoors/outside. And then we will be able to use. Either we have to stay always outdoors. I am asking. Do you use your internet outside at night ? What the rubbish solution/suggestions you give man.

  @JioCare I am facing this problem since Oct 21. Every time you guys told me that will be resolved. Having some issues and bla bla bla. I am not interested listening to these things. I can't adjust since few mnths dear. It's yr problem plz rectify/resolve it othrws tell me very frankly

  @JioCare There is no resolution to my problem despite writing twice on Twitter, sending mails, filing complaints on portal, etc. Now probably the last option left with me is to write to CEO of jio. But don't know whether it works or not?

  @JioCare worst service provider .. it’s been two days now wire is cut outside home and engineer is not coming as it does not fall under their location … what nonsense why u guys added internet… I need my full refund

  @JioCare Yesterday I got first response from @jiocare social media assuring me that action will be taken and their engineer will visit today without fail by 9:00AM. It’s 9:30 now and there is no sight of any such engineer. #JioFiber fails again.

  @JioCare @reliancejio jio Mart order placed on 30th April, goods delivered with out of stock items, but there refund not yet received after so many calls / mails. What a service offered by Reliance jio Mart.
