    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @reliancejio i am using jio fibre since 2 years and not facing any issues since last 15 days I got issue related to "we can't detect your jio remote"..i contacted jio help line they send the representative who told that I need to replace remote..they charged me 600 for new remote

    One of the worst internet service provider @JioCare @JioFiberChennai. Unable to use the relocation option via MyJio app. It's been 3 days since it shows only something went wrong. Utterly disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare elaborate scam by VI, misrepresenting to have certain benefits in a pack and 6 day time for resolution, with processes soo complicated you can't reach a human representative!!!! . No wonder the company is in debt.... . switching to @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare New Jio fiber connection installed yesterday. But till this moment Internet in not active on my device. Local technician are not solving my problem. They where behind me for installation but after that no response. 30hrs over now. Please see to it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare few days back i got a connection of jiofiber because your sales told me that a new offer and I'll get 3months of unlimited internet if recharge for one month. Later i found out from your customer service that it was all lie.
