    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @reliancejio Exact location -Ramakrishnan puram village near tiruttani In this location most use jio sim but signal strength is very weak. so please kindly take action .

    @reliancejio I took a fiber connection to test jio & thought to remove @airtelindia fiber. But good I didn’t, as compared to Airtel, jio service is worst, it’s like a govt organization. Kudos to @airtelindia for caring, I haven’t faced an outage more than 4hours in life.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i went to the jio center and enquired about the issue. They told me that their executive took my money and booked a new connection for some other guy. Please refunf my money. I dont want your fraud connection.

    @JioCare Funny instance, No resolution as your customer support is trying to connect via call but is unable to due to network unavailability/ Low or bad network unable to hear them. Still Waiting!!

    @JioCare when I made complaint through Whatsapp, they are replying me to recharge my connection. Already three months subscription paid in advance for a postpaid connection
