    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @JioCare Never experienced such poor customer service by any telecom company. Jio has the worst customer service team. No one gives a damn about problems faced by customer. Airtel was best and will be best. Ready to switch from jio to airtel. Thanks

    @reliancejio we are facing worst network in our area..we are 100 custumer atleast since many years but we are forced to port our sim in other network due to its slow speed. You can check at our address.. Vill-harraiya anwerhi. Post-Bhatni Dadan Dist. -Deoria. (U. P.)

    Worst experience with Jio. If we are planning to set up new connection they will come within 24hrs and if any issue their costumers are facing they take more than 3 days with no response at all. Thank you for such amazing services. @reliancejio @JioCare
