@JioCare I booked my jio fibre connection (NO0000J9KEHN) 6 days ago, the sales man promptly came to take my payment but my appointments to install are being postponed EVERYDAY. Helpline does not even have an option to support such cases. Either install or refund. @reliancejio

@JioCare Thanks team, I had a call from your representative and according to him the company cannot provide service due to local operator as their is frequent wire (fiber cable) cut problem in the area. Does Jio has any solutions to this problem?

@JioCare Have followed this process 3 times in last 7 months, DMs and all. Even shared location (longs and lats) but you guys simply don’t do anything after that. The simple issue is that there is no Jio tower nearby which would improve the signal strength but you won’t give a damn.
