Hey @JioCare I am a ur PostPaid user since October of 2020 ur Service is exceptionally well, OTT apps is such a great addon, But last month I Got billed 400 rupees extra for no reason I tried to call customer care but no one's listening... Please Help Me 🙏🏻 @reliancejio #Jio

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Complaint No. MR0000WUPS4N क्या यह कंप्लेंट कभी ठीक हो पाएगी? Since year 2020 I had raised numerious complaints regarding network issues, but Jio is constantly behaving like an Inane service provider. Do let me know if you have the ability to resolve.

@JioCare NOW I REALISE WHY CUSTOMERS ARE PORTING TO OTHER SEEVICE PROVIDER, FROM JIO. IT HAS MANY MANY CUSTOMERS, BUT WHEN THERE IS PROBLEM THEY NEVER RECTIFY , AS THEY R UNABLE TO MANAGE. AMBANI HAD PROMISED EXCELLENT SERVICE BUT JIO IS NOW THE WORST . STAY AWAY FROM JIO .
