    @JioCare SMS is something which I am receiving continuously, but not getting any proper feedback. And over this the biggest problem is that you guys don’t have any proper way to lodge my complaint .

    @JioCare No updates till now ? Why so much delay in refunding the amount ? Almost 17 days passed and customer still waiting for refund ..Learn from @amazonIN and @flipkartsupport ..

    Very disappointed with Jio Fiber @JioCare . My relocation was scheduled for Apr 26, then rescheduled multiple times (27, 30, 29), and now cancelled without my consent. Support falsely says I cancelled the order. Fix this today or I’ll switch to @Airtel_Presence .

    @JioCare Revised dates have been provided 10+ times already. I can list down all dates starting from 23 Jan till today. Each day 1-2 slots have been used as revised apointment. This is the most clueless part of your process. Every revise is in hope that may be someone will come.

    @JioCare No update till date and it's magic of jio they are sending message for recharge but never try to provide good service ... We have contact with local service provider but they are told me they are no more service partner with jio so now you have to manage your self...Very good jio
