    @BansalAnnany @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio For the last four days, daily I am getting SMS that appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled but no body is arriving.Why you schedule Appointment and give assurance which you cannot fulfil ?

    @JioCare This is to address one of my worst experiences with any ISPs. I booked Jio Fibre 4 days ago, with full payment done in advance for 3 months. The Salesperson stopped picking calls and my whole work is on stall because of this.

    @reliancejio jio is worst telecommunication service which put excess charges in postpaid bill also it having worst customer service which don't respnd to complaint. Even Twitter handler after reading it will put scripted msg but never resolve the issue. @TRAI should follow the

    @JioCare This is now non functional for 3 days and there is no communication on when it will be rectified. Your service engineer does not have any answer nor any alternate solution ... Meanwhile we continue to suffer as we enter the fourth day of this issue. Pathetic response and service

    @JioCare So again the visit was scheduled at 7pm today and the engineer didn't show up neither did i recieve any calls. I mean there has to be a limit on how pathetic service you guys can provide .

    I work from home. At present I m working entirely on my mobile data cuz this thug of a company @reliancejio @JioCare refuses to send an engineer for the 5th day in a row.They have even refused to refund the pre-paid internet charges for this month should I choose to cancel my 2/4
