    @JioCare On October 28th I raised a cancel/disconnect request of my JioFiber serive, it's been 49 days now but one showed up to pick up the devices. This is a serious issue for me because unless the devices are picked up I'll not get my deposit refund.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel wifi service in Gurgaon is pathetic. Some days I have to go without it depending on @reliancejio to get me through the day. No,wonder they’re losing business.

    @JioCare One of my Service request number is SR000013bd18 CO000097TV1R The device was picked from my house on 3rd Dec and I started following up after 10 days as I did not hear back from you, since then I have been continuously following up and everytime a new service request is raised

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbani06 I'm facing network problem in my location on jio network. Every time i complained i'm not recieving any help from customer care, email id or whatsapp bot. I can lost my job because of your jio network.

    @JioCare Especially when you claim to provide home delivery service the personnel’s should be equipped with Verification tabs / devices. Bank accounts open more instantly today than Jio SIM cards with fingerprint verification of Aadhar at the door step. Extremely unhappy

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio we registered a relocation request on tuesday and it was approved on sat. Since then customer care everyday blocks a time and no one comes to visit us. It's been 4 days in a row our jio Fiber no is +91-8079610455. Your customer care is useless, pls improve
