    @JioCare This has been close to 4weeks. There r >1lakh users here, I am sure most opted for the True 5G are deceived by Jio's careless attitude here. I, who is happy with local fibernet but wanted to explore Jio Fiber is dropping the ball now due to this careless customer support.

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with JioFiber. My Wi‑Fi issue is still unresolved despite multiple complaints. I booked an engineer visit for 6–7 PM, but he called to say he was busy and couldn’t attend. Please disconnect my connection nd arrange router pickup.RRIOTJJ00032826

    @JioCare I used the free Amazon prime (mobile) subs via jio recharge! Couldn’t upgrade the plan by myself. Now jio could neither cancel the prime plan nor the actual jio plan! And stupid AI bots are frontier and couldn’t talk to the customer care. How stupid this management is!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received regarding the relocation of my Jio AirFiber connection. I submitted the relocation request three days ago and have already paid ₹1,200, but the connection has still not been installed.
