    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I was not able to talk to any human customer care representative, all were AI chat bots which did not understand the problem. Suddenly my jio fiber disconnection request is raised and pick up is scheduled without my consent. I request to resolve it.

    @JioCare @JioCare The technician has already confirmed that the Set-Top Box is faulty and needs replacement. The root cause is known, yet the service remains down. Requesting immediate replacement and a confirmed resolution timeline. How much longer should a customer wait ??? 1/2
