    Don't buy @JioCare fiber at all its not worth it from the 2 weeks my Set top box is not connecting and I have called several times to the customer care everytime they give me that bad troubleshoot which dont work.

    @anilrustogi @jio_fiber Same in Andheri West. It’s been 4 days now. @JioCare is such a scam! I’ve decided to remove their connection. Horrible customer service as well. Taking customers for granted.

    Hello Jio Support, @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing very poor network connectivity in my area.The internet speed becomes extremely slow and calls are also affected. The main issue is that whenever the electricity goes off, the network signal immediately drops to just one or two bars, and after that nothing works properly internet stops working and calls become difficult or impossible. This issue has been happening regularly for quite some time. Kindly check the network tower/battery backup situation in my area and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare (Neha), I can see another SR has been raised again. Your team has already raised 10+ SRs for the same issue. Is there any real update, or is this just another delay tactic? After this experience, how can you think I will go for this nonsense service again? #JioFiber

    @JioCare Worst internet service ever! My Jio Fiber has been unbearably slow for the last 1 week and nobody is fixing it. Paying for high-speed internet and getting this garbage service is a total waste of money. Work and daily usage are badly affected.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews From last 15 day too much slow Internet speed in my area specially after 7.00 pm. Not able use more than 100 mb . I already complain in customer care but there is no solution. Can I switch in other telecom operator? @reliancejio
