    @JioCare @reliancejio Thanks for asking to do DM. I am beyond happy to informed that I Did the same AND My PROBLEM increased 2 FOLD. NOW THE NET IS RUNNING AT SUCH HIGH PACE that i can not detect the speed. Thanks once again to remain idle towards my problem

    @JioCare I have made a recharge of Rs. 666 on 20/12/2022 through My Jio App. The amount is deducted from my bank account, but the recharge is not reflecting in My Jio App. Please solve the problem and also send customer care number to talk with customer care executive... Thanks

    @JioCare is jio really caring to expand business in india, or is it planning to shut down its operations? Poor customer care, illogical explanations to refunds and pathetic responses from pos personnels.

    @reliancejio FROM LAST FEW DAYS (I THINK AFTER 5G LAUNCH) IN SURAT JIO NET SPEED ON MOBILE IS WORST IN 4G. YOUR TOWER LOCATED @ JUNA KOSAD ROAD, OPP. ATMIYA PARK SOCIETY, OPP. UTRAN RAILWAY STATION., AMROLI, SURAT-GUJRAT IS NOT WORKING.. SPEED IS JUST 10 KB TO 70 KB
