But now we are aware of this. Before connection, their reaction is such ridiculous, after connection, it's beyond control. Thanks

    @reliancejio @JioCare not enough data coverage in my area after registering complaint cheap theatric used like “changes the settings” of the phone, due to high users not able to enjoy internet service. Etc 75 GB of data roller over for last 02 months, needs refund for my bill.

    .@JioCare @reliancejio your dns servers for fiber are not working efficiently. Lot of indian websites do not open but when I use a dns resolver, they open fine. Get your developers to check your dns resolvers.

    @JioCare pls let me know the process for blocking sim card. I've been trying to deactivate the lost sim since morning. Ur complaint helpline 198 has very bad IVR options which leads nowhere. Pls help

    @JioCare already sent, & I know u vl say 2 wait for 48hr as service request already raised & backend team is working. Customer can't have access to 'backend' team, not sure why you can't resolve it right away like in @airtelindia stores. Resolve this, and I will go back to @airtelindia
