    For the past three weeks, my Jio internet service has either been down or highly intermittent. There has been no response to my service ticket(s), and they are automatically closed after a couple of days with the status marked as "resolved." 1/3 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I've already raised this issue multiple times. I don't see any intent to fix it & I no longer have the patience to keep going through the same process again. I'll continue with the service only until my current billing cycle ends.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Despite raising complaints via phone, email, and Twitter, my issue remains unresolved. At this point, please just allow me to collect my SIM card from the nearest Jio outlet. #Jio #jiocustomer

    @JioCare My current SIM validity expires tomorrow evening. I planned to port my number to Jio before then, but your poor service has completely ruined my plans. Will you be able to deliver my SIM card in time, or not? @reliancejio #jiocustomer
