    Dear @JioCare & @TRAI , my service issue continued for 4–5 days. After repeated follow-ups, Jio now says there was “no delay” & denied compensation. I faced work loss, missed 1.5 days office & mental stress due to poor service/support.

    @JioCare No proper Jio network in Ward No. 12, Gayatri Nagar, 343029. Data not working for months, recharges getting wasted. Your team calls when recharge expires, but even after complaints they keep saying network is fine. Please fix urgently.

    Hello @JioCare, It’s been many days and my Jio WiFi connection is still not installed. Order No: NO0001D97NZC. Every time I get only excuses and no actual resolution. This delay is causing serious inconvenience. Kindly install the connection immediately or provide a clear update.

    @JioCare All I’m receiving is that the status is delayed since yesterday. It has become a monthly custom for me to raise service request and not have broadband connection for 3-4 days every month while I have to pay the entire month fee always.

    The @JioCare range is very poor and needs improvement. If the issue continues, I may port my number to Airtel. My earlier experience is very good with @airtel

    @JioCare Booked a service request with @JioFiber on 4th May. It’s been 15+ days and still no engineer visit. Pathetic customer service and zero response. Very disappointing experience with Jio Fiber. #JioFiber

    @JioCare I sent a message via DM and even shared my exact location, yet no solution has emerged. Furthermore, there is absolutely no network coverage in my room. If this issue isn't resolved now, there is only one remaining option: I will have to port out all 18 of my Jio SIM cards.

    @airtelindia network in my hometown is so worse that wp msz is getting stuck. Tried multiple times to contact 198 but couldn't reach customer care, such a pathetic network and worst service. No 5g coming how to do WFH? Resolve this or should I port to @reliancejio 😭😭😭😭
