@JioCare On October 28th I raised a cancel/disconnect request of my JioFiber serive, it's been 49 days now but one showed up to pick up the devices. This is a serious issue for me because unless the devices are picked up I'll not get my deposit refund.

@JioCare Especially when you claim to provide home delivery service the personnel’s should be equipped with Verification tabs / devices. Bank accounts open more instantly today than Jio SIM cards with fingerprint verification of Aadhar at the door step. Extremely unhappy

@JioCare it's very strange that you don't have to address your customer. Then why are you providing myjio platforms. I am facing issue from last 20 days. Your services are even worst than #BSNL
