    Dear @JioCare, I raised a complaint for my Jio AirFiber service issue on 20th May, but today is already 23rd May and the issue is still unresolved. Your engineer visit was scheduled for 1 PM today, but nobody visited. Later, it was rescheduled to 4 PM,

    @JioCare Dear service provider we are fed-up of your services in Kanpur you don't have any technical support services disrupted for nothing less than 4days. We along with several other pained client's would leave it very soon. Will pursue others also. Horrible

    @saaaanjjjuuu Airtel is the worst network since the 3g era! Calling 1800 toll free number on unlimited plan is not allowed! They ask to pay for toll free number calls. Even @BSNLCorporate and Vi is better than them. @reliancejio is the best network for mobile connections though.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare service. JioFiber registration was done on 12-05-2026, and today is 23-05-2026, but installation is still pending. Engineers are not answering calls and no proper update is being provided. Please take immediate action and complete the installation

    @JioCare I had raised a service request no SR000036E1TN raised on 21-5-2026 but till now internet is not working. Called Customer care but they are only telling that issue will be resolved. If we delay recharge by 2 or 3 days will jio accept & give us wifi for these days.

    @JioCare follow-ups, resulting in nothing but insulting, copy-pasted, robotic templates. Keeping a customer's money for a service never provided constitutes an illegal financial gain and an unfair trade practice. This email is my final attempt to resolve this directly with Reliance Jio.
