    @reliancejio while the top management speaks and boasts about the services, they cannot handle even a simple complaint that has been open since last 8 days. Umpteen number of calls to the customer care has gone in vain… sad this is the Mukesh Ambani company I knew

    @rsprasad @narendramodi JioCare issue not resolved yet, already paid pending dues along with late fee. You guys are become dead after sharing all prove of my payment . I am getting loss , because of my network is not working. Will u people pay that What a pathetic and horrible

    @JioCare Good, since 1 year onwards you are saying "request already noted and we are working", still don't know when you will solve this issue May be you will take another 1 year to resolve my issue you are 3rd class road side people Worse service and support Please don't choose jiofiber

    .@reliancejio, now that you've announced 5G Network, I believe the 4G Network will at least start working as 3G.
