@reliancejio I got jio fiber in Dec 2019 and got disconnected in Jan2020. Frequent problems, wrong information given , Bad care, high data consumption (8gb per hour on movie) were reasons for

@JioCare even after multiple requests, there is no resolution atleast a mail or call from the team, and if you have analysis kindly check how many people are relocating to other portal in our area, and i have texted multiple times already kindly dont ask for details again
