    @JioCare @JioCare You asked me to share all the details via DM, and I did immediately. Yet there's been no response or update. The network issue continues, and I'm still struggling with office meetings due to poor upload speeds. Customers deserve timely support and a real resolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio I lost JioFiber connection on 16th June at 4PM, after multiple restoration deadlines, after 3 days I got the service restored message, but it did not happen. A service request has scheduled an appointment on 22nd June. This response is pathetic.

    @JioCare is a good but the service is too bad that have to port. Donโ€™t under why @reliancejio who invested a lot in creating Jio has now stopped looking at customer experience

    @JioCare Stop being stupid and childish at the same time. Stop telling me my fault when fault is from your side. Stop being ignorant and do your duty. Do what I am suggesting you.. scold your tower operator here at 814152, otherwise you will definitely loose users... Thank you.

    @JioCare Are you fraud or what why are you sending me same message again and again. If you can't solve problem then tell me or I will make a grievance against you. Already engineer visit is scheduled so how I reschedule and what is meaning of rescheduling when engineer is not visiting
