    Hi @JioCare, My money has been deducted and I am not getting any support for the STB installation. The replies I am getting in the mail are very slow and doesn't make any sense. It's already been 7 days of following up. Please look into this. I expect better customer service.

    Hi @JioCare Facing network issues frm last 3 days wid Jiofiber. Hv tried 2 troubleshoot on app, reached out 2 service, etc. However, when i booked for new connection, d agent called himself & wishes 2 visit! Try help existing customers beside pooling new ones, maybe? #JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare raised Service Request Number SR000018ER8Z for JioFibre connection not working since afternoon & no executive visited till now service is pathetic, seems We shall shift to #AirtelXstream @Airtel_Presence or any local isp.

    My 2279669505 @jio fiber internet is down since Yesterday. It has been more than 25 hrs. They dont even revert on support chat. Local internet is far better then Jio, try revert. Not expected @reliancejio My Whole day salary is gone. @JioCare
