@JioCare @reliancejio If you are reading this tweet...do not use Jio. They are the worst service provider in the world and their customer support is just pathetic and v arrogant. From last 100 days as their user I can assure you to not join this so called 5G ready service. 2G was better than this Jio.

@bhardwajme @JioCare Clearing board exam is more easy than successfully registering a complaint on my jio app these days . You need to cross hurdles like chat bot, whatsapp, chat & even customer care executive but they won't give u a service request no. Try your luck some day.

@JioCare @reliancejio The person who installed the connection in my home said after a month when I called him for solving the problem directly said you can uninstall it and he cut the call Such a rude behaviour.Please DM me and solve the problem.Really disappointing for newpeople
