@JioCare If u not resolve this issue with in today tomorrow I go with airtel because I gave lots of opportunity to you worst service since September 2016

@Joginda38431097 @reliancejio Actually i have Airtel fiber wifi at home but i use jio sim when i go outside today i was outside and using internet but its very slow like I'm doing online payment at any store it takes to much time while using Spotify etc

@reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

@JioCare STB was sold with internet connection. It was after installation we came to know "LiveTv" service of STB is still not operational, even after specifically telling the sales guy I need LiveTv. He didn't informed LiveTv isn't available charged for the service that @reliancejio
