    @JioCare Hello, madam! I complain you only after have done all my homeworks. 10 kilometer around Haridwar, no where it's working. In my residence it is never going to work, I am sure about the quality of your service. So even in prominent places, it didn't work. Didn't Give number?

    I have jio air fiber connection. #jio has no high speed plan to work smoothly and customer care say we have plans. But there app doesn't show high speed plans. Kindly positive response to me for this issue. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Just take a look at the expected resolution time shown in the screenshot I posted. No one came yet. Please escalate this at the earliest. I need a solution for this today. Already 2 days gone without internet. This is not the support that I expected from Jio.
