    @JioCare @reliancejio This is completely unacceptable. My Jio AirFiber service has been down for 42+ hours and counting. Despite multiple calls and complaints there is still no resolution, no accountability, and no clear timeline for restoration. Complaint No: MR0001RRZGEN.

    @reliancejio SR No.C00002JTAMYY. Service Enginer Manoj cms to collect devices after my request for disconnection. Says Set Up box serial nos does'nt match but ready to pick the router but no reciept. WEIRD. Did I manufacture this stuff at my home.Pathetic JIO. Happy to get Jio disconnected

    @Sanjeev_Sings @JioCare I have some very bad experience with Vi ( hutch ). Their staff was very shrewd and blunt. Never reached out to them again till date. Worked at Airtel and I know how they operate. Their model was very structures until some time ago when they just tried to survive the jio freebies.

    @JioCare @reliancejio last 11 days back we have shifted to other location. and paid online 1200 rupees for new set up box installation. Till now installation has not been done Ref Order No: NO0001ELE87A. when contacted service person he his denying to come and telling to complain

    Dear @JioCare, It's been 15 days since lightning struck the Jio tower in our village, and the network is still down. Villagers are facing serious issues with calls, internet, online classes, banking and UPI payments. Please treat this as a priority. Rural customers deserve better

    Dear Jio, I'm experiencing poor internet connectivity in my area for over a month. I've contacted customer support four times, and each time I was assured the issue would be resolved within 5 hours, but there has been no improvement. What is wrong with jio #Jio #JioCare
