    @JioCare The scheduled time has changed 3 times in a single day even after escalation. Also the escalation request has been marked closed and you expect the customer to trust the service. Basic transparency is what we expect. Apart from this what is the resolution for the request?

    @JioCare I Recently ported my 2 numbers to jio from VI and after that the incoming and outing calls are not working properly. Tried to connect to customer care, but no success, hence tweeting. Can this be fixed as lots of calls getting missed?
