    @JioCare Its been three days, jio fiber not working, unable to access internet. continuously trying to connect with Jio team and scheduled appointment, no one coming to fix the issue. Called many time to nearest jio service providers, no help, no support. Need resolution.

    after two to three days but whenever I travel to a different district the same issue starts with the change in area providers.. the data starts getting consumed in sleep mode .. whereas the data add on issue is never resolved.. 6/6 @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare worst customer service. Yesterday my additional data voucher was exhausted first while my daily data quota was still remaining. When I called CC they disconnected call, and @JioCare isn't responding also.

    @JioCare if you can't provide good service at least don't make fake promises. It's been e month and i still haven't received my solution. Done with your fake promises. Now it make sense why airtel is better.
