    Hello @JioCare, It’s been many days and my Jio WiFi connection is still not installed. Order No: NO0001D97NZC. Every time I get only excuses and no actual resolution. This delay is causing serious inconvenience. Kindly install the connection immediately or provide a clear update.

    @JioCare For the past week, this problem has persisted from 9 pm to 1 am. It's not a problem with indoor or outdoor equipment or any specific app or site, but rather a weak and slow internet connection.Which is also possible due to the large number of customers.

    @nagababuperaba3 @JioCare 3 months passed. Called customer care multiple times, and every time they said, “Yes, it’s a backend issue” and raised another Service Request. Multiple SRs have been raised, but still no refund processed. Even filed a complaint in NCH. #BanJio #JioRefund #CustomerComplaint

    @reliancejio is the most unhelpful service provider compared to any other mobile service provider. My recommendation to all jio subscribers to consider porting their numbers to providers like airtel earliest. They do not have facility of dKYC due to which if your number is ..2

    Pathetic support from @JioCare. The chatbot does not understand the query and cannot connect to an agent. With no network coverage, for most part of the past day it looks like deliberate denial of service before my recharge plan expires.

    @JioCare Durgesh I already mentioned you why the services got suspended because of your team fault and the main issue is of relocation of which I haven’t got any resolution. Why is anyone not taking it serious other than giving assurance only? Please please I request you to resolve it.
