  @JioCare We urgently need internet connectivity here. Students are forced to go outside just to attend their online classes due to the lack of coverage. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

  @JioCare Services of Jio fiber are extremely bad in entire locality. 6 faults during 26July and 25August - more than 1/wk in. Latest- SR00002NPD3Q. No need to ask for DM. You may get all details and history from above. Folks, avoid them, they are overloaded and understaffed.

  @reliancejio @reliancejioCare For the past 8 days, Jio network service has been completely down in Village Khandiya, Post Khod, District Rampur, Uttar Pradesh – PIN 244927. The internet is not working at all, and even voice calls are not connecting properly. #JioDown #nonetwork

  My JioFiber connection has been completely unavailable for over 7 hours now. I’ve already tried every possible troubleshooting step, but nothing has worked. This is deeply concerning & completely unacceptable for a service that has become an essential part of daily life. A disruption lasting this long, with no effective resolution, reflects a serious failure in service reliability. Jio needs to address this urgently & provide a clear explanation for the prolonged outage. @reliancejio @JioCare
