@JioCare Why the jio tower not working in my village while the tower installation start before 4 months ago. Call disconnected automatically and the internet speed is very slow.

Please send your engeneers at my location to inspect the tower. Due to low or no maintenance the jio tower of my location is in very bad condition. The network quality is aslo very very bad. (1/3) @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioFibre @reliancejio I never thought that your service would be so worst. Your employees don't have manners to talk to the customers. Your support team is also of no use. From last 10 days I am again and again requesting for the device pickup, but as usual no response.

@JioCare You people are only stretching the issue unnecessarily. I took the connection on 25.12.20, cancelled it on 22.01.21, started following up from 26.01.21 onwards, got a message that device will be picked up on 04.02.21, when no one showed up sent email on 07.02.21, device picked up
