@JioCare when shall you stop spamming customer? When it comes to taking fiber connection you insist that customer should take 6 months connection. On Taking the connection, it is not working fr last two days, your support team arranges a call when no will be at home.

@JioCare Now based on your explanation, if we are changing plan, it should only be above the current plan to get amazon prime, if downgraded to other plans, you won't get. It is a ridiculous strategy of looting a postpaid customer(2/3)

@airtelindia I tried calling bank customer care number but your network is not allowing to make the call..my number does have proper recharge...the same is allowed with @reliancejio Sim. Can u please explain what's the issue..
