@JioCare Shocking customer service. 2 weeks of trying to get set top box/wifi collected, no action.Only bogus messages: JioFiber device for your service ID could not be collected even after several attempts to contact you. Your JioFiber account is now permanently disconnected..

In my experience of an internet user as of now, @reliancejio has shown me the worst customer service one could get. The agents when you apply for services promise you the world but when told to deliver, they stop answering the calls. Request Number- SR00001B1N0X
