  @JioCare It's been 15 days my Jiofiber internet is not working. Even after so many calls to customer care nobody came to attend my complaint. Every time customer care says it will be attended in 24 hrs. I think I am wasting my time & money on Jiofiber. Worst service!

  @reliancejio @JioCare i bought the first jio sim in 2017,but i used to have problem in making calls and data due to network issue so i am hearing from jio support since 2017 that work is going on in your area we are fixing Now in 2021 also I am hearing the same line from jio

  Over 48 hours have passed and still no resolution of the issue. What is the matter? My service request SR000016LT2G is still open. No one has visited my premises today. No communications of any kind from anyone. Please resolve asap. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare Have been facing connectivity issues since the 4th of September. Initially got a message saying it's a technical issue. Then a call saying issue is fixed. Despite this connectivity has not been restored. Noone at the jiocare has helped us out! Extremely poor service!!!

  I recently switched to @reliancejio @JioCare previously it was @airtelindia since the day I switched I’m unable to connect my any laptop through wifi. I never faced such issue with airtel. Tried to connect to you but no solution so far. #JioFiber #InternetOfThings #reliance
