  @reliancejio My internet suddenly showed 0 KB left without even using the data. Then I recharged with a ₹39 3GB/day data pack, but the internet still didn’t work and it again showed 0 balance. Seriously, how much more will customers be looted like this? Fix your system

  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI 1/2 This disconnection is due to your mistake. It was confirmed by your team that they have services at the new address. Now you have backed off saying there are no services available. Check the history of calls and service requests. Its upto you
