    @reliancejio @JioCare When I asked what technical issue, he says the third-party vendor cancelled the product????? I asked him to give me the location of the office and I will pick it up and then he goes dead silent for 2 minutes and then saying the "product is out of stock"??

    If your product is "out of stock" and you are not capable of providing them to your customer, why are you saying that "I made a request on the cancellation of the product"????? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare worst service, recharge of rs 719 failed, though the amount got debited from the bank yet no services or no refund. Worst contact centre support. Porting to @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare today your tech is saying "this is not the number", "you need to call the tech support"????? When it is mentioned in your email to call on 1800-893-3399???? The guy tells me it was cancelled due to a technical issue.

    @JioCare I will be posting every interaction I have with Jio Customer Care here. Have read horror stories on Twitter already. So want to document everything. If issue is resolved, as you have promised, by today, I'll update that too. At this point, i don't believe your empty assurances.

    @JioCare @jiocare Till yesterday the call used to be made in one go from Jio. Yesterday I got a call from customer care in which I told that the problem has been fixed. But from this morning again the problem is coming in calling from Jio. The call itself gets disconnected. #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I raised an issue with my JioFiber yesterday, your executive came and said to surender the Fiber connection as they won't fix it. Is this how you give customer satisfaction? My query has not been resolved yet. This is how customers should be treated. Right??

    Raised a request with @reliancejio for relocation of an already existing internet connection on 21st April. t's been 7 days now and issue isn't resolved the guys at Jio still saying , sorry for the inconvenience sir , we've escalated the issue sir , we understood trouble sir.
