    @Yousuf_RAILFAN Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    What the hell happens to JIO network in almost every month? We pay for a whole pack still doesnt get proper network connection service(sometimes)........ Isn't this a betrayal or cheating with customers?? Where the hell is our compensation?? @reliancejio @RelianceDigital

    @JioCare Yesterday at Jio Store, I was charged Rs. 175 to get back my lost sim card which is yet to be activated. My number 7004191507 is still not working. Help.

    @JioCare I had booked a service request ( SR00001B6N29 ) because my Jiofiber wasn’t working. It’s been two days and no one has visited my premises. All my work has been stopped because the WiFi isn’t working. Also, your customer service is just a waste of time.

    @reliancejio My phone always shows no service. It’s been 6 months now since I have been complaining. No response from JIO. You people are not bothered about your customers at all. Worst network I have ever seen. MY PHONE NUMBER IS 9442611992 MY ADDRESS IS 178 DB ROAD RS PUR641002

    @JioCare I have visited jio shop as well as Myjio app tried got same answer unable to provide service in your aera.

    @anshul24mehta I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare days i decided to give him 200 but he is not ready to take 200. He needs 400 and he asked me to give complaint to CC and get it done when my turn comes. This is how your service is. Worst customer service i have seen in my entire life. Shame on your service and people..
