@JioCare Guys, why is your customer service so pathetic!?. My jiofiber router is not working since 8am ......I have been given the service request number but why there is no action on it.. Do you want that i should disconnect my connection and port out all my jio mobile numbers??

@Airtel_Presence Thanks for @reliancejio new connection request raised , connection established and Internet restored in record 2 hours. Before @Airtel_Presence could repair the Broken connections in last 24 hours.

@JioCare Sir suffring from worst network condition at my area. Always call conecting prob and call drop occars.also worst gprs. No solution from jio helpline. Always sane response we will look after it. My complain no MR00013GD393. Pls help or suggest to port out Pincode 813206.

@JioCare They are constantly holding my req again and again stated that "service engineer did not get access to your premises".This is so much frustrating. It's been almost 4 days since my internet is down. I'm facing lots of difficulties due to this.
