@JioCare How many times do I need to send you the same information? Yet, you keep asking same details when a new service person sees the message, as if issue will be resolved now Please check the message thread yourself, I hope the company is working on single tool to address the issues

@JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber team am in 999/- plan and want to switch to 699/- plan, I was told by customer care it's not possible and if at all I want that plan, I need to cancel current one and book new connection. Is that so complicated?

@reliancejio @reliancegroup Jio is making a fool of his customers. My wifi is not working for 4 days in a row today. Daily there are issues and wifi is off for 10-15 hours. Jio is busing launching 5G but cannot ensure smooth operations of its 4G services. #JioTrue5G #Jiodown
