    @JioCare This is third time i have been given a schedule. How many times is customer expected to wait for the promise of schedule to be kept. Please refund immediately considering the extremely poor services and no timely action. Also, please take necessary action on your authorities.

    @JioCare Finally got the issue resolved.. Thanks..Looks like Twitter is ur official support tool..addressed the issue 4 times on ur support numbers. Ur team has disconnected my call, when asked to transfer to superior.. That's the kind of response was given by ur support team.. Unethical

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofiber Pathetic service in my location, Gomti Nagar Lucknow. Raised complain two times and waiting for last 5 days but issue didn't get resolved. Not able to access internet. Customer care says please wait for next 24hrs, everytime.
