    @reliancejio @JioCare Almost everyone knows(Jio employees and subscribers) that your ROUTER is pathetic and offers extremely poor range and speed. Good companies provide newer models with better features and you @reliancejio replace old Routers (with better range and speed) with "Throttled" Routers.

    @JioCare It's enough, can you please initiate a cancellation request @JioCare @reliancejio . And refund the amount in my source account. As the issue has not been resolved from your end. And it's my final decision to initiate the disconnection.

    @JioCare There can't be anything worst then Jio Customer service. U people shud shut the business. Ur team has closed the escalation request without addressing it. Ur field engineer don't answer call.

    @JioCare Why can’t you guys give an eta! Should we wait for an eternity for it to be solved ! Rubbish, worthless support ever. Bunch of idiots. In a Tier-1 city it’s taking 3days to identify an issue.

    @JioCare Quiet frustrating. Last 7/0 days. Speeds fluctuate way to often. Streaming on YouTube Netflix etc is slow. Feels like jio is lagging. Why.

    @JioCare Nothing is happening. Only that is happening which you have decided . Why that guy Umakant who called not resolving. Because your guy said INTERNET AAJ NAHI AYEGA KUCH BHI KAR LO Why I am not getting call from customer care and technician? Is this ethical?
