@JioCare I've no internet since 24 hours now. My complaint was booked at 1.00 PM yesterday. Yor 1st exect told me thr ws problm at ur end. I however mad 2nd compln to be sure. The 2nd one told me tht technicn will visit bfr 1 PM today. No1 has called or visited.

@JioCare Tried multiple times but it is always a temporary fix. I should get a call from supervisor. Also I must get refund of annual plan if I decide to port during the plan start. Horrible service!

@JioCare Still no response, no one turned up. Called support again and got to know my request got closed without resolution. Given a new request SR00001549JL number with again 24 hours time to fix. #jio #WorstCustomerservice

@reliancejio @JioCare i am here in my village MURSUNDHA (767021)in Odisha from district Balangir. In my village MURSUNDHA, Jio network is not available here for almost 1 year, i am on work from home but it seems impossible in this pathetic network.

@JioCare @JioCare Yes, they are connected to JioFiber's network. To reiterate the problem, I think there is some backend problem. Can you generate and send me a link to activate Netflix as part of my plan.
