    @JioCare I have tweeted this same issue last month @JioCare , and I didn't get any refund for the number of days for which JioFiber was down. Resolve this issue ASAP or I'm discontinuing the JioFiber, no point in having a service that doesn't work😠

    My telecom complaint has been closed with an incorrect explanation Requesting @DoT_India @TRAI @reliancejio to kindly review this matter and ensure a proper investigation along with refund or compensation Complaint should not be closed with misleading explanations #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare I am repeatedly asked unnecessary questions, which is completely unacceptable and a waste of my time. This is a clear failure in service. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter to the consumer court and take further action.Treat this as urgent
