@reliancejio recently I shifted my broadband and dth from another operator to jio. The jio setup box is giving very bad audio video output. I have a Chromecast connected in the same TV, it's giving way better AV output in TV. Can you fix it?

@JioCare Request tracking displays Issues resolved. JIO care representative confirms over call that the issue will be resolved to night. Appreciate if someone provide actual situation and how the service request closed without solutions? SR00001JP61S.

@Airtel_Presence worst technical team. Broadband is down for the last four days impacting my work. Calling the engineer or customer care team leads to nothing. Time to switch to @reliancejio broadband

@JioCare It shows 14 days validity for outgoing, but what about incoming ? There are not mentioning about Incoming calls, when the service stopped ? Kindly answer me rather than give me solution of call centre number.

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani it is funny that Jio ask for feedback and when it is bad, you cannot submit. On ground help to clients is nil. Sales people promise to help and then they disappear once you sign up. Greedy fellows
