    Did recharge on my jio number, neither it showed successful nor failed but the money get deducted. In my plan section of myjio it is showing that I don't have any plans Even for tweeting this tweet my mother showed mercy on me by providing wifi Please help @JioCare @reliancejio

    Living in Greater Noida west and my land comes under @OfficialGNIDA and at this location majorly facing Internet connectivity issues, Giant companies @airtelindia and @reliancejio provide internet fiber in near high-rise societies but not in GNIDA-approved lands/ Plots why??

    @JioCare I had taken a jio fiber connection in may 2022. I was satisfied with service so i took new plan & placed a request for cancellation for old plan. 2 mnths since plan cancelled still no one to pickup device and no refund. Raised the issue 20 30 times, mailed multple time

    @reliancejio @JioCare Order ID : EO0000011QP5 Now again the service engineer came to us again, and started saying that your connection will be done, but extra charge will have to be paid for the wire.

    For 2 weeks am complaining, V. poor signals frm Jio .Getting many missed/drop calls Have to walk ( 35-40 ft) to balcony fr each call Its difficult for disabled Sr. Ctzn Jio Techie found almost 0 signals in house last Wk but No improvement.cant Port as Prepaid fr 1 yr. @JioCare
