    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio If you can't answer to my complaints and you cannot rectify my issue please send someone to my home to take your modem and STB box. I don't want to use any services from a fraud company. #Jio #consumerprotection

    @reliancejio Once you have chosen the wrong recharge plan, you will never be able to change that plan again. No price paid to customer , Bad Jio Network.

    Really pissed off with the service of @JioCare. Constantly following up for a new JioFiber connection but the installation has been getting delayed for the last 15 days.local WiFi is already messed up bcz of the rainy season and mobile data everyday is becoming frustrating now.

    @JioCare i have raised request for slow internet speed 1 hour ago even than also no technician is being alloted and facing low speed (below 1mbps) from morning. No satsfactory answer from toll free . I that how you deal with jio fiber business users? Same problem always

    @JioCare Dear Customer, We are happy to inform you that your JioAirFiber Service Request no. SR0000363GLL has been addressed. We have identified and resolved the technical concern at our end, hence the scheduled engineer visit is not required. Kindly re-start your router Tried

    No response from @JioCare even after tagging them here and filing a complaint on their official website. This kind of service is unacceptable. Prepaid users are being forced to visit stores for conversion that doesn't even work. Time to switch to a more reliable operator. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Pathetic service. First your representative wastes my entire day with false commitments, disappears without responding, and then your team cancels the lead without my consent. If this is the experience before installation, I can imagine what happens after.
