When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@reliancejio Once you have chosen the wrong recharge plan, you will never be able to change that plan again. No price paid to customer , Bad Jio Network.

@JioCare Dear Jio one help required from you. I know when my plan is expired and when I want to recharge. When my plan is going to expire you guys are start sending msg atleast 10 msg in a day in English and Hindi language. Can you pls stop this is, this is very irritating yr.

@fiber_jio @JioCare Pathetic service of Jio Fiber. Frequent drop in Internet connection. There is no way to escalate the issue only tutorials, bot and call centre where there are no answers and the calls can't be transferred to Manager.
