@reliancejio complaint no SR00001I9CA8. Even though the remote was under warranty the service represetative and franchise sold a new one which amounts to fraud. After lodging the complaint the call center people are are not taking any action in this regard. #falseinfobyjio

@JioCare hell irritated with your network. Raised the SR for slow internet 2 days ago. Today wat the TAT. Despite of resolution, it has totally stopped working and now I'm even facing calling issue. Can't even connect to your customer care. Check your DM for my number.

@JioCare @reliancejio Internet is not working as someone has cut the cables. Your cabling is so pathetic that its kept totally open, kept at roadside and just at waist height. So even a small child can cut it. There is no concealed wiring. Need to have wiring concealed.
