When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@ViCustomerCare doesn't belong to be active. Its the worst ever. The Govt unnecessary bailed them out. Stock price was 195 in 2015 and 3 rupees later on. Doesn't deserve to stay in the Telecom Market. @airtelindia @reliancejio - profitable companies.

@reliancejio We are having higher education institution in kurla mumbai. In our campus & in jio has installed their routers for internet access to students in the year 2017-18 ( approx). But within a couple of months router has stopped working so kindly attend the our complaint
