When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare Do I need to pay any amount for replacement of my SIM card. I went to JIO office in my area (Jamtara-815351) they charged me 100 rupees for that and extra cost of recharge of 149. Is it ok to charge? HELP
