When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare I tried 1000+ times same in last 6 years, don't try to call for wasting my times, just make a feedback note that your 4g network is Just running on city electricity, after power cut it's completely stops to provide services, happening me where I travel, not a location problem 😤
