I have a savings account in Jio Payments Bank. They stated, they don't need minimum balance, they don't charge for SMS, but still they Charged me ₹25+GST for Account keeping. What is this Jio? Even though Your service has lots of issues. @JioCare

@reliancejio ,@JioCare pathetic service from Jio Fiber. I have raised a complaint on 21 Feb which is still unresolved and now cancelled by Jio team. Complaint number CO00029RZ3JU. Lost crucial meetings and money. @DoT_India need attention. I paid the money in advance for this.
