When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber connection (No. 7513163258) was already disconnected and all devices/router were picked up around Feb–Mar, but billing of ₹547.53 is still showing. I was also facing low-speed issues earlier. Please close the account and waive the incorrect charges

@JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.
