When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio must take some steps against all telecommunications industry about their network signals and tower management. Charging tariff for 4g but receiving only 3g speed due to poor signal.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI now jio communication have reduce signal and speed of the internet... While 1 year of their jio sim launch the internet speed and jio network signal was high but now bad signal even we are paying for 4g but using 3g speed.. I don't think so.

@JioCare Recently I have moved to Jio from Vodafone. But jio executive charged ₹500 as security deposit. As the postpaid user this should not be charged. Jio is not providing proper resolution for this. Very poor Jio.
