When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

It took me 3 weeks and 2 consumer forum complaints to port from jio Now still no refund of deposit/credit limit. @airtelindia please teach @JioCare how to respect and address customer issues.

@JioCare My contact number is 97800-97800 Issue is still with my 2 jio fibre connections. Which was discontinued after the dispute and no reply by any member of jio team (along with jalandhar corporate head and punjab corporate head (Mr. Devan) and grivence manager (Radha Nair)
