When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@reliancejio I recharged my number 2 days back with 3 months data plan. Now I regret the same. Internet speed is horrible at my location. My location is Berhampur, Odisha. If the issues persists I will discontinue my number as soon as the data plan expires.
