@JioCare @reliancejio I have opted for Basic plan of Netflix.I have changed Netflix plan back to Mobile plan on 23 July.But in bill,It is still showing me as Basic plan activated.I have raised request multiple times but no resolution.Please resolve it fast

@JioCare My mobile no is 9040060666 and it was applied with the name imran hussain. I recieved sms from jio . I called them but they never came from installation.. in my are jio service is also there and there jio office also next to my building in reliance trends.

@JioCare my mobile is 9664279410 I recently did mnp of my jio no to vi no. Let me know the status of mnp. Whether it has been processed or not? Its been more than 3 days i haven't been informed about deactivation period which trai require operator to inform its customer

@Pravirkumar15 @JioCare @reliancejio I got my jio connection cancelled and surrender device within 20 days of trail period due to network and service issue. It’s being more than 15 days of provide the NEFT details but my full refund is still not processed. Fraudulent behaviour.
