Rohitsai (@rohitcrills) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Paid ₹2221 for JioFiber on Apr 3 (Order: NO0001CN8LJ2). Installation scheduled Apr 4 but still not completed till today (Apr 11). Technician asked extra ₹700 (unofficial), no response since then. No support from customer care. Forced to run on hotspot.
