When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare Are you able to provide outgoing messages to other network or not? Approximately since 1.5 months am unable to use this service already got 3-4 service request number but all are failed, without solutions they marked solved. This is bad sign for Jio to harass to customer

@JioCare it's very bad service from your end. My Internet is down since yesterday 5pm but u don't have an engineer to assign. First engineer was assigned to visit today at 11pm and now its rescheduled for 5pm. How can u treat a customer like this even after taking upfront payment
