When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@jiocare It is very difficult to reach your call centre or to reach to human voice...The automated voice keep engaging us without providing the option to speak with your call centre guys. If you cant provide service, no need to promote services????
