When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare worst experience…am not even able to get invoices for services availed. Put an email, made calls but to no avail. You are not ready to help with the invoices which are bare minimum that too for the current plan I am in. Appalled at the kind of customer service you have!
