When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

Do not trust @airtelindia for eSim they have pathetic service and even worst customer support @Airtel_Presence team. You should better try @JioCare for esim.

Hello @jiocare network at my location is worst i am unable to receive or do any calls or even send a whatsapp msg. I have been complaining abt this for more than 6 months now. I will have to shift to other network providers if issue is not resolved

@JioCare JIO Mesh Extender worked nicely for few days but then after it doesn't work at all. All green LEDs on the device but still no connectivity. Raised complain and technician visited but he had no knowledge as how to fix that. Who should I escalate to?

For router installation Jio fiber team scheduled and changed timings multiple times like a joke but still no one responded. please revert my money back i don't want your irresponsible service. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup
