    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    @JioCare how come Jio care is such irresponsible that, even after a week of placing a service request for WiFi issues, won’t respond to calls, doesn’t solve the issues. If you can’t provide service, remove off your useless connection

    @JioCare It is since last 15 days no one has taken care from jio airfiber service support Inspite of repeated complaints even on appellate they dont bother to even contact. every thing is automated customer has to face only recorded voices . Very SURPRISED ..........

    @JioCare For context: ODU reorientation & reset were done around 4:30 PM, and I was told it would stabilise within 1–2 hours. It’s been several hours since then, and the connection is still unstable with very poor speed, in-fact worse than before. Clearly, this hasn’t been resolved.

    @JioCare Hi, I am raising request for activation of my Jio no. From outside India. My no. is on international roaming. I feel 8 change request forms and require documents also submitted but till time i don’t get solution.

    Third class services they take your money for three months in advance as if we’re some thieves & additional charges for other add ons but never show up for the installation citing “overwhelming” response ! @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar

    Jio 4G 5G connectivity issues - 100 MBPS connection, getting <40 with frequent disconnects. Billing every month charged fully. Pro rate as per speed. Tired of back n forth with resolutions. Oh plz rate the interaction so we can serve you better, joke! @reliancejio #jiobroadband
