He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

MR (@ridwan_io) reported@JioCare, my JioFiber internet has been down since 18th May, and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution. To make things worse, the engineer is allegedly asking for an extra ₹600 to fix an issue that should be covered under service. This is unacceptable

And even if they make you wait 10-15 days they will come. @airtelindia guys have hidden that option behind AI. I can't even request for a Router change! Why India does not have a proper global reliable ISP!

New SIM has no signal, and previous operator SIM sub is expired, so I can't even dial the IVR call! Jio closed my ticket claiming success when it's completely dead. Had to reopen.
