    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare @Logical_Launda worst service jio has. I am facing problem from last two weeks. Even after repeated complaint not get solved. Airtel network is far better and atleast they take complaints seriously. I have in total 4jio sim. Now in process to port.

    Internet speed - @airtelindia Best @reliancejio Good @VodafoneGroup Worst GROW UP "VI" IMPROVE YOUR INTERNET SPEED. All carriers are charging same but in terms of speed it differ a lot.

    @JioCare SR000016D5XK, what is the estimated time frame for a resolution. How far you have investigated on this case? What is your TAT for a resolution on a complaint?? Kindly confirm, if the Rs 2500 will be credited to my account or do i need to followup with the sales agent?

    @JioCare SR000016D5XK, please set a clear expectation on this case. Do i have to wait for the refund credit for the double payment? Or do i need to follow-up with the sales agent, who took our money? I shared all the details in my complaint.

    @JioCare Very worst service jio care give they hadn't given the refund since one month. Never take jio Fiber . Never not giving good service.JioFiber connection with order reference number NO0000HPPS9Z. No answer from staff only delaying not giving back money. @reliancejio
