I have tested the speed by placing phone beside the router only. Its definately your coverage issue due to increasing in no.of users.

Even with a tower just ~250m from my home, I barely get 1 signal bar — calls drop constantly and the internet is almost unusable.

I called fhe technocian and he says its not his job. Customer service rescheduled appt 3 times now. Yet, nobody has come. Paying 1000/mo for this?
