    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare Prachiti Thanks just got SMS Dear Customer, Service request no SR00001G7LZV has been raised in your account. You will receive an update for this request by 2022-12-26T14:02:34. To track the status of your service requests at your convenience, 26/12 seems to be too long wait.

    @anonymous_devll @reliancejio @JioCare The only fix is to get a new Physical Sim from a nearby Jio Store. Make sure the Sim has a manufacture date Nov 2022 or greater. Then aait 2-3 days for toggle to activate. Despite what Jio says, Some sims just have issues in getting 5G Standalone enabled.

    @JioCare @reliancejio +91 7028946026 Abhishek I don’t know who he is .. but he called me from Jio Mumbai office and language used was not at all appropriate. Absolutely not trying to understand what was the complaint and being arrogant & Oversmart. you failed at everything jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a Jio number which is my old one and It is showing Cross on the network so i registered a complement on Customer care, today i got a call from Jio Customer care (Akash Singh) he said you need to recharge with 3monts plan which is rs700+.Why this much?

    @reliancejio dear jio service in ghatkopar west above hindu sabha hospital & Jeevan jyot Hospital Building is very very poor. Voice is not clear and data is also slow but I really sad voice call what I do
