    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare a Lot of people uses jio for online teaching and learning. Though jio poor connection in these days. looting valuable coustomers money. @TRAI

    @reliancejio i live in well populated and devloped area in jaipur but there’s network is wrost, internet is far issue cant even attend or do phone calls properly and you are talking about 5g. complained jio many times nothing happens and jio fiber availability is not available from last 1year

    @JioCare Priority, you didn't resolve it for 2 days. That's not a Big deal. The issue is your engineer wasted my time (3 hours) today. It's Dhanteras, i was supposed to go shopping my wife was shouting and he was not picking up my calls. At least he could say he is not coming.

    Hi Airtel and jio, 335th day with out proper network coverage in my area (PIN code 500072/500090) forgot about 4G and 5G networks there is no proper network coverage to make a call or receive one. Stop making False statements #Airtel5G #JioTrue5G @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    I am a user of Jio sim . It's been a week your network and internet connectivity is too low that it less than 2G and up-down all the time... I faced a lot of trouble in my work. I'll port to other operator if this problem isn't solved quickly. @JioCare @reliancejio
