Standard call centre response over multiple calls: Escalated, sim to be delivered tomorrow. That tomorrow hasn't come yet.

Facing network issues for 2–3 months despite repeated complaints, with no proper resolution. I was finally forced to switch to another SIM. Shikhar (@ShikharTrades) reported@JioCare Again no confirmation on whether this is an AirFiber backend/tower routing issue or not. I asked a direct technical question but again received only a generic reply. After almost 3 months, customers deserve clear answers, not endless copy-paste responses.
