When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare Due to pathetic service on 21 August i initiated uninstallations of my jio fiber and it was uninstall on 17sep. Till 27 September i didn't get my rs1500 refund from jio fiber Not able to talk to coustomer support Registered no. 9934634659 #helptosolve #JioFiber

@reliancejio @JioCare does not care.. try this out. Thrice I called Jio Call Centre, said wanted to make customer complaint and voila call gets deliberately disconnected - guess some scam going on.. call is not disconnected if u want to talk about plans but only fr complains
