    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    @JioCare Thanks. 3 engineer visits later, the issue still persists. Line man blaming the device. And the device replacement engineer is blaming the line for poor signal quality. Plz fix

    @JioCare @JioCare How long does it take to activate one connection—1 month, 1 year, or a century? Check the full trail: only repeated scripted replies, no resolution. Despite payment, I’m still struggling. This is unacceptable and the worst service experience. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been facing internet issues for the past one week. I am raising a ticket daily, but it gets marked as resolved without any actual resolution. I have been struggling with this continuously, and my office work is getting affected. Why ticker marked as resolved daily

    One of the worst experiences with service, customer support, and installation by @JioCare. I raised a request for Jio Fiber on April 14, and now it's May 3. Whenever I call customer care, they just say it's "in progress."

    Jio STB uninstallation (SR00002KHWOW) scheduled on 14 April 2026 has not been completed. The assigned engineer is refusing to visit,saying the job is not assigned to him,despite multiple calls. Your customer care does a lot of nonsense and very little work. @JioCare @reliancejio
