When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare concern is voucher redemption is not working from past 2 months, I would have redeemed it before the bill generation and the connection should have been worked. Now because of fault at company end I have to first pay then reedem the voucher, how it's customer friendly.

It is amazing when you visit 6 times jio store and call 15 times jio care ,firstly they play the musical chair game and and the end they assure me that it will solve in 48 hrs.But today when I call customer care they are saying my no is disconnected @JioCare

Dear @JioCare My jio internet facility is very bad. Using a cell phone is a necessity. It is supported by the Internet. For no apparent reason Is interrupted. You have to answer for this. @reliancejio

i trusted @JioCare and ported my sim card to @reliancejio so now my both sim and my whole family sims(8) are jio. but i regretted because jio network is to much slow in my are since last 6 month still issue is not solved, iwas complaining since almost 1 year. #jionetworkdown #jio
