When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@reliancejio really fed up with network issue. Tottaly wastage of money. Every time getting pills from customer care to resolve network issue. You people really call it 4G??? @airtelindia get your best postpaid plan ready. Will meet soon.

The so-called JIO internet cannot even load an Instagram post/stories, cannot even play songs on JIO-SAAVN. I would rate it 0.5/10 for service and connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Please either fix your connectivity issue or stop fooling people. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

@JioCare Sorry with so much delay and a complete mess. I am not going to wait further. Will you do it on a personal level I.e. waiting for 5 months. Would rather go for some other service with a competent service force.
