    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    @JioCare @reliancejio I never requested cancellation. Your representative promised a visit within 2 hours, then disappeared and stopped responding. Instead of resolving the issue, my lead was cancelled from your side. Extremely poor service experience.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio I re-registered for autopay at 9 AM today. Your promised TAT is 3 hours, it's been over 9 hours and my mobile services are STILL barred! This is absolutely unacceptable service. Why give a TAT if you can't honor it? #JioisTorture #CustomerServiceFail

    @JioCare I'm getting 4-5 OTPs per minute after this and have received more than 50 OTPs in past 1 hour. This is insanely incompetent and undignified behaviour from your customer care executive. Kindly ensure strictest possible action. Ready with my cyber complaint too

    @JioCare @JioCare This issue has already crossed multiple promised timelines despite payment, completed KYC, repeated escalations, calls, emails, and DMs. Kindly arrange SIM delivery today itself or initiate the refund process without further delay.

    @JioCare It's going to be 7 pm now and my problem is yet to be resolved. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICES AND HIGHLY INEFFICIENT SUPPORTING STAFF. Kindly refund my money, i would love to try some better operator!
