When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

In my area jio network is too slow. My internet speed is 0 kb to 1 or 2 kb only that's why I complaint many times to jio customer care but they only said it will get better soon. Its almost 2 year. @JioCare @reliancejio Very bad service I have ever experienced. Worst.

@JioCare I'm unable to use jio wifi internet when I checked red light blinking on my wifi router i have also tried all the basic trouble shooting methods as mentioned in jio app when I tried raising a service request engineer visit scheduling after 28th need to resolve issue asap

Just on 17th sep my jio fiber wifi lost the connection now again on 24th Sep the same thing has happened When I raised this issue via jio app an engineer came but couldn't fix it and gave me the number of his head. His head is irresponsible @JioCare @TRAI This hampers my work.
