    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    @JioCare Appreciate the reply Vidhi, but I’m on Day 5 with no internet. SR00002L8Z8S is still “On Hold” after missed 24-May appointment. Fix it today or I’ll raise to TRAI/Appellate Authority. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @reliancejio Pathetic service. Paid upfront and booked a sim on your app on 17th May. SIM was to be delivered in 48 hours. 10 day+ & SIM not delivered. Standard call centre response over multiple calls: Escalated, sim to be delivered tomorrow. That tomorrow hasn't come yet.

    @JioCare In my experience, Jio network service has been very disappointing. Facing network issues for 2–3 months despite repeated complaints, with no proper resolution. I was finally forced to switch to another SIM. If you're facing similar issues, consider checking other options

    @JioCare I hope the bribe asked by jio employees and paid by us would not impact the resolution. As harassment from @reliancejio is at its utmost level.

    @JioCare Again no confirmation on whether this is an AirFiber backend/tower routing issue or not. I asked a direct technical question but again received only a generic reply. After almost 3 months, customers deserve clear answers, not endless copy-paste responses.
