They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . When the problem is unresolved, they put IVR system in the front. When you are tired of trying everything, then these jokers attend to it.

Banamali Nepak (@nepak_b) reported@BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Even #BSNL is making much bigger blunders. You don’t get a proper network connection for calls, using the internet is almost impossible, and most of the packs don’t even include SMS. Yet they still charge competitive prices.

I was promised a fix within 6–9 months. A year has passed. How much longer should a paying customer suffer? Fix the network.
