@JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare It was rescheduled multiple times yesterday and twice again today. The worst part is that the latest message we received today has yesterday's date as the installation date. For how long are we expected to push out our other tasks and stay put waiting for your ppl?

It's been more than one week since i registered my complaint at jio fibre. They told they will send there employee but no one came till now it's been so problematic without internet. Worst thing is your operators don't pick the call. @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare
