Deduct the charges for the downtime, take strict action to fix the network issue, and restore proper connectivity immediately.

Customer care has given conflicting responses, and the amount is still not credited. I also not getting any reply.

After repeated complaints, new service requests, changing future dates, and endless assurances, there has been no actual action. I genuinely feel I made a mistake by choosing a company that
