When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare To how many people do I have to message the problem I'm facing? Don't you people have any logs to know the customer complaint history? Don't you read a complaint before replying to the customer? How many times should I share my contact details and problems can you clear that?????

@JioCare Contact No. given on Customer Care is Switched Off. How can customer complain? Wifi is not working on our devices for last one week. No body to take care. Last year faced same problem. Very thankless job of your team.

Took the @reliancejio connection for fiber. Excellent speed but worst ping. Reported to @JioCare in email and twitter. They keep parroting the same question again and again asking me to do technical stuff as an end user. Conclusion: The service is bad. I'll be cancelling it.
