  When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

  @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

  @JioCare 4 days since I requested cancellation. Still no Disconnection SR or pickup scheduled for Account 410602490539. You took ₹1060.82 on 14-Jul, service died on 15-Jul (SR00003BPF29). Stop stalling on "Browsing Issue" tickets. Close account & refund ₹1060.82 now.

  @JioCare your temporary service disconnection issue takes 3 days to resolve and then service disrupts again. Hire technicals who know thing or two about issues And that automated ibr response shows you lack of concern. This is why in chennai people are turning to airtel Or any local service provider instead. Your service is pathetic to say the least

  @JioCare Its already 8 days till now no connection was installed and not received the phone calls from yesterday afternoon. If u cant provide the servicea to customer what's the use.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Update on SR00002NIBD4. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the customer care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.

  @reliancejio I claimed Jio’s 18-month Gemini Pro offer, but accidentally claimed a Google Student plan on the same account, which replaced it. Now Jio says the offer is already active on my number, while Google can’t re-link it. I’m stuck without the Pro I originally had. help.
