    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    @JioCare "There is no such extreme weather in my area. Please stop giving false excuses and provide a genuine update. How long will you keep fooling customers with the same reason instead of providing a genuine resolution and arranging an engineer visit?

    @JioCare Hi Nelson, I no longer require the Jio AirFiber service. Kindly process the immediate disconnection of AirFiber No. +91 3621358427 and ensure cancellation before the next billing cycle is generated. Please share the service request number and device return procedure.

    @JioCare SR0000382GQN was incorrectly marked as a service call. Repeated unwanted calls are causing harassment and inconvenience. Please review the complaint and stop these calls immediately. @TRAI please give me more options where i can complaint against @jio
