They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . It works fine at night, which means it’s a bandwidth/congestion issue in my area. Stop checking for a Green LED and actually check the speed logs for my Customer ID.
