When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

@reliancejio What’s your nickname for #Jio4G Mine is ****! Call and network drops are too frequent for me and even BSNL 2G is much faster than your 4G Don’t even bother replying to this as it has been reported to you multiple times since over a year and you are committed to not solving it

@JioCare Nobody is still looking into this!! No calls no reverts!! Pathetic customer service!! Advising everyone to go prepaid or port from jio. No premium customer service and no care!! It's embarrassing to pay such high amounts for third class service

@JioCare JIO has now become a third class network. The server stays down for 16 hours in 24 hours which is worse than 2G, no site including YouTube is open. Every day the countrymen are enduring this oppression of JIO, the value of 4G net speed has been tarnished.
