When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare I have already recharged with rs699 plan (during extended period of jio fibre). As quota for first additional month over, the recharge should have taken effect now. Now there is no internet in my jio fibre Jiofibre +911179654121 Ensure Problem is solved immediately

@JioCare Have spoken through DM and also email & call and yet not a single response with regards to a resolution. This is getting ridiculous now. Third day without internet. How do people work from home? Why is the service so lax? Pls assist immediately
