    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    @Airtel_Presence my broadband is not working since yesterday and no information has been provided that it will not work. And in the last 2-3 months it has stopped working in the name of servicing. How many times it requires maintenance. Its better to get @JioCare fiber than.

    @JioCare jio fiber is down, tired to set up an engineer visit, the guy on the phone said he did, but i haven't got any service id mgs yet. I am starting to think he just pretended to do it and i will have to live without the internet because of your incompetence
