When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

@JioCare sometimes your service is the most stupidest. Not able to make calls since last night. And don't tell me to msg/dm my number if you're gonna do nothing about it. Troubleshooted at myjio app and it says sim never used to make calls pathetic

Problem is not resolved by team jio , no service provide by them and day by day they increase there recharge price but service is worst, no executive listen your complaints they told you only "there are many users use internet at the same time " so what is our fault @JioCare
