    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare a Lot of people uses jio for online teaching and learning. Though jio poor connection in these days. looting valuable coustomers money. @TRAI

    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    @JioCare What exactly is the “barring date” here? My service was prepaid till 20 April and I was told “no dues” at the time of cancellation (14 April). So how can there be any pending charges before this so-called barring date?

    @JioCare The LED is ALREADY GREEN. That's the point! The connection is active but the speed is unusable during the day. It works fine at night, which means it’s a bandwidth/congestion issue in my area. Stop checking for a Green LED and actually check the speed logs for my Customer ID.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. My JioAirFiber has not been working for 5 days. Local technicians are declining calls, and no support from the helpdesk. I've tried everything—calls, emails, and WhatsApp—no response.I want to DISCONNECT my connection.Take action immediately.

    I have raised complaints 4–5 times regarding the jio fiber issue, but there has been no proper response from your side. Very poor customer service @JioCare @reliancejio
