    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    What a frustrating Experience I ordered sim card using myjio app on 12 May and still didn't got my order After multiple attempts to inform customer care they didn't take it seriously After 4-5th attempt they registered complaint still didn't got my sim @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hey @reliancejio, according to your customer care in 2024, 5G was "3-6 months away" for my village. It’s 2026. I guess your 6 months never ends? Every single surrounding village has had 5G for 3 years, but we are still stuck in the dark ages. Care to explain? 🤡⌛ Tower - Varanga

    @JioCare it's been a month now. Just process my refund, I don't want any assurance that an engineer will resolve the issue. I want to cancel my jio fiber connection. I have called the customer care a thousand times now

    @JioCare @reliancejio Thank you for the response. However, similar assurances have been shared repeatedly without any actual resolution or timeline. Requesting a specific status update and expected closure date, as the issue has been pending since 29 March 2026. #JioFiber #RefundDelay

    @JioCare I requested relocation, not a forced new connection or plan upgrade. My ₹199 plan was changed without proper consent and now I’m being charged more for poor speed/service. Restore my original ₹199 plan immediately or provide written justification for this unauthorized
