    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    Repeated @JioCare fiber issues again within 3 days of closure. Multiple complaints & visits done, but no permanent fix. Assigned person says he isn’t belongs to the team. Poor coordination & recurring downtime. I wouldn’t recommend going for Jio Fiber. @reliancejio @TRAI #down

    Recharged ₹999 on Jio because the plan promised live cricket access on JioHotstar, but even after 2 days it’s still asking for a separate subscription. Customer care couldn’t resolve it either. Extremely disappointing @JioCare @JioHotstar

    Dear @JioCare , you spam calling me in the afternoon every single day and asking to do recharge is only making me wanna switch to others, trust me. If you want folks to keep recharging maybe fix the damn internet speed

    @JioCare You didn't install today also. Second time. The local person simply says it's a server issue. Technician says different. Total chaos. I would advice people to double check or move to other service provider
