When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare Already explained many times to jio fibrr customer cares. The response at last was sorry for the inconvenience. We will take a complaint on the agent. I believe it will be the same here too

@JioCare Guys, it's more than 15 days since I got my SD refunded and I'm asking about the remaining. This Clearly says u people don't have a track of what's the issue has been. And I get reply from random agents, I don't know whether u guys maintain proper cases or not.

@JioCare @reliancejio My Jio fibre services are not working since 48 hours. Called 7 times to the customer care opened multiple service SR00001AI553 but issue still not resolve till yet. Now I am switching to airtel as Jiofibre provide worst broadband services in after sales.

@JioCare Please i beg you to install towers near Dahanukar Colony Area of Kothrud... @ViCustomerCare has network in this area but their service is so poor that is as good as not working. And I am not a billionaire rich to afford @airtelindia

@DoT_India Thaks @DoT_India for quick response and action and now Jio was forced to provide me setupBox on 18th April (pre-Payment done for 1st-30th April service) But money was paid for 30 days of service and I get 12 days or service for full amount. Hi @JioCare , I need partial refund.

@ACTFibernet one of the worst fiber net service in Bangalore. Paid for 75Mbps speed and getting 20Mbps . I literally regret I took such an pathetic service. @reliancejio @airtelindia do you have boardband good connections in Bangalore?

Poor Network @reliancejio @JioCare @_IshaAmbanis Despite residing in a prominent place, beside the main road - No Proper Network. Mobile data is too slow as like 2G or below. Can anyone sort out this or should I port to competitor Network?
