They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . I emailed Jio on Aug 8 requesting cancellation effective from the Aug 11 billing cycle. On Aug 10, I received a call regarding request no SR00003DO8FJ and clearly confirmed that I wanted to cancel.
