    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare a Lot of people uses jio for online teaching and learning. Though jio poor connection in these days. looting valuable coustomers money. @TRAI

    @JioCare Jio fiber ID- +91-3379638684 Jio fiber ID- 7980731929 Both these are not working whereas I recharged with 999rs plans for both. Whenever I try to reach you guys it's always an hassle or the rep says there's some servicing.The router works to be fine but the speed is below 10mbps

    @reliancejio @JioCare 2 days have passed & still neither an update nor a visit by a technician to fix the issue. I was promised it will be fixed by today (again) & nothing happened. If you can't fulfil the service requests please don't make false commitments.#Jiodown

    @JioCare Recently ported my number from Airtel to Jio. Network is very poor in my home location. Frequent call drops. Weak signal.

    @JioCare would not recommend #jiofiber to anyone as they do not send a engineer when the internet is slow. Poor service Jio. Done complaining on your customer care number.
