    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare a Lot of people uses jio for online teaching and learning. Though jio poor connection in these days. looting valuable coustomers money. @TRAI

    @JioCare Hi team @JioCare @reliancejio this request is pending from 8th Aug. But no solution yet With reference to Service Request Number SR00001CSIPO for your JioFiber connection having, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 08-08-2022 : 19:00:00.
