  When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

  @JioCare Everyday I have 3 to 4 time WiFi disconnection. Seems like you guys don't care any customer satisfaction. No one coming to address the issue. Complain being closed without fixing. Utterly disappointed
