When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare Internet speeds are slower than a goods train. The Jio helpline disconnects the moment one tries to speak to the helpline. An SMS message saying that there is a problem in my area(Noida) is auto generated. Today is the fourth day and there is no resolution

@JioCare after multiple complaints to jio care, and 198 my internet in still not working. Every time same nonchalant answer your problems will be resolved but nothing happens. This is happening for the past 3 months. Worst service ever.

@JioCare there is no network and speed problem in my area from 6 months, the network signal fully working only in night, I asked the nearest jio office, they said its RCOM bts we don't anything for you, So now i don't have any option ony switch to other operator, Mo 7007529957

@JioCare They are fraud, worst only did fake promises. The reason behind this is their poor service I have requested my jio fiber relocation on 4th July 2022 And still it is not relocated. They are fake don’t take services from jio.

@JioCare Mr. Varun. Providing the best means, not having any service break downs, if breakdown happens then fixing before 24 hours of TAT. Here you are crossing 2 days. How can it be the best. I am again asking will you reimburse this loss?
