  When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

  @reliancejio Here's the message: "It's been 3 days and my JioFiber internet is still not working. Last month it was down for a whole week. Do you guys think you can just make fools of people every day? What are you even eating? When I try to call customer care, the calls don't even connect.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor service! Ported my Airtel no to Jio on 25 Aug, paid 299, KYC done & SIM delivered same day. Still not activated. Customer Care sends me to Store, Store sends me back online. Who will resolve this?
