When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@reliancejio Do not be fooled by these misleading advertising. Make an inquiry, staff will be at your doorstep in 30mins to collect your money. Ask for the promised service or refund ,they will drag you around for months. @JioFiberChennai
