When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

Have spoken with your support team in transferring my broadband connection and they suggested “move to Jio”. Funny thing, I have an active connection at home while your team says, we don’t cover your area. Great going @airtelindia Really happy to switch to @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence Hi, I wasn't talking about airtel as we don't have airtel tower and network in our area.. Here we have @reliancejio and @vodafone.. Even they don't have good services.. Weak network and internet worse than 2g..
