@JioCare I've placed an order for 4K STB yesterday at 11am and I was provided with an appointment time of 12pm to 1pm, yesterday. However, I have not received the STB nor anyone from Jio has called or texted me yet. My Jio fiber no. 300635028417. Please help!

@reliancejio @JioCare I contacted with your customer excutive Mr.Arnindam for my problem facing calls and Recharges. He didn't respond well and disconnect the call without proper information, He was not oriented about his job ?? Who will provide me proper information?
