When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@Airtel_Presence @JioCare I am unable to talk to any person using SIM Of both co. from my home as signals are very poor. Either voice echos, or call drops, or no sound. Have to rely on WhatsApp voice call.
