@JioCare What a pathetic service by Jio care. Today Uninstalation appointment was scheduled a 9AM. Today I contacted Jio customer care four times but not satisfactory answer. Final now I tried and they told me that Today it is not possible and need to reschedule. Poor service

@reliancejio @JioCare worse customer care!for 2.5 hrs they are unable to find someone to talk to for esim on call!cust exec are arrogant and not listening! IVR menu are soo complex that it will even make GOD crazy to reach out to real human to talk and get his problems solved!

Nothing is provided for free by @reliancejio. If @JioCare cannot solve the problem instantly, validity compensation should be provided. As per my experience of using #jiopostpaid, the outgoing gets barred instantly if we are late even for a single day. @TuntunY83422296

I am unable to get my jio sim. Because i cant use my biometric authentication(aadhar). Customer care officer confirmed that i can use any of the proof of identity to get back my sim. But at the same time jio officer on store is denied to give me SIM. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare You engineer visit was scheduled on 15th Sep at 7 pm then on 16th Sep at 12:37 pm and then on 3 pm and at last 5 pm. Till now you people are just rescheduling the visit. If today issue is not solved, I am going to throw this Jio Fiber box and will file Case against you people.
