When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare for last one month, the connectivity in my area is pathetic. Data Speed is negligible, not able to make calls. Voice quality is poor. Requested so many times to @JioCare but all requests fall on deaf ear. Seems like time to port my number.

@JioCare it's been more than 24 hrs with no internet connection. Your pathetic customer support has just 1 solution, "24 hrs mae technician visit karlenge". But no solution till hour. You'll came into market to solve the cable broadband problem and now you are part of the problem
