When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@Airtel_Presence @MadhuBharathi_M Dont do that mistake.. I am paying to airtel past one year to keep my number active..But number not at all working.. whereas @reliancejio is active always and immediate customer support also.. FYI I am in US past one year.. so dont ever shift to airtel.
