  When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

And even if they make you wait 10-15 days they will come. @airtelindia guys have hidden that option behind AI. I can't even request for a Router change!   Took JioFiber for the first time and already regretting it within less than a week. I was promised a 4-hour resolution, but it has now been 24+ hours with no proper accountability or support. Very disappointing experience. Regretting to opt jio. Worst service. @JioCare

  @JioCare My JioFiber connection linked with +91-1276316019 has not been working properly. A service request was raised on 21 May 2026 at 7:39 PM (Request ID: SR000036F96X), but it has already been rescheduled automatically twice without any resolution. Current status is on hold
