When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare This is cheating ur customer by not doing what they wanted. Instead, defrauded the client by doing for mor money without his consent or conformation by auto drawing from customer paytm account subject to punishable by court of law.
