    @UshaNirmala @reliancejio Tooj a Jio SIM because Vodafone sucks. Now cannot make a decent voice call. Jio Fiber has inconsistent connectivity. Had to take an Airtel Fiber connection as back up. Now use Vodafone SIM set to wi fi calling.

    @JioCare booked jio fibernet by making payment to your executive, They committed to install yesterday evening then said for today morning. now no one picking the call for installation.. Plz check the issue…

    @JioCare So I had a UPC which I gave to @ViCustomerCare and despite giving it 6 days ago they have no clue what to do when switch is not happening. Tomorrow I have to renew my Jio plan for the next cycle. How do I stop cancel UPC? Voda had enough time to onboard but they failed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI What's wrong with Jio Postpaid, chat with CC regarding calling issue since yesterday night,She said that call back within 10 Min its more than 1 Hr not received any call from Jio. Not able to call/ receive any calls It shows the Server unreachable

    @JioCare team, i am still awaiting resolution on my complaint lodged on 2nd April 2022. It's really pathetic to see that you guys are not able to provide resolution till date. Kindly arrange to collect my device and proceed further in order to provide security amount refund asap
