@JioCare The date has now been rescheduled to 14th Jan. It will be 5 days without the Jio Fiber service. Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

@reliancejio Yes my jio fiber is also very slow. Nowadays the wifi speed and Mobile internet is so slow...to send a single msg in WhatsApp only it takes 5-10 seconds

@JioCare Jio support says to raise a request through app and the app doesn't take the location and when called technician, he says need go check port physically near your location and his tomorrow is still on the way since a month. Frustrating to pay money and suffer this way.
