    @JioCare I just bought a new Jio Prepaid Sim from the store. I was asked to pay ₹99 for Prime Membership and ₹209 for 1st Recharge. I received a bill for ₹209 only and not for the ₹99. Can you help me get the bill for Prime Membership ₹99 ?

    @VetriVel44 @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio I didn't get any signal problems so far with jio. But airtel in chennai it's slow and in hometown it's Useless. Can't call , receive call or receive messages. Only for OTPs am using this. Running to the window corners or terrace during calls (if I receive miraculously).

    @JioCare My Jio fibre connection 4223592720. Applied for Home shift on 1/12/20.Till date no acknowledgment, reply or action despite calling everyday to call centre. As there is no escalation mechanism available,In time of WFH & Online class, depending on Jio service is miserable.

    The 3GB/day data of @reliancejio completed due to the unexpected software update. Now am left to use the 2GB/day of my airtel sim. But because of the excellent network service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #WorkFromHome is totally ruined.🙄 Let me recharge add-on data for Jio.

    @cr_arvind @akashstephen I didn’t have this issue on my iPhone XS Max, but had this issues on my Apple Watch.. done hard reset on watch and the issue got resolved.. May be try @JioCare or @AppleSupport be able to help you on this

    @JioCare from last 3 days my fibernet connection is not stable. From 8am to 5pm is not working. Everytime when I try to contact @JioCare no response from them. I was happy with @ACTFibernet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your request will be serviced by Arunkumar P (Mob - 6383677104).Your OTP Code 647143 needs to be provided, only after your request has been successfully serviced. But he will install only new connection it seems, what a great customer support from #JioFiber

    @VetriVel44 @Airtel_Presence Either no network for @Airtel_Presence or they're looting the data. Everyday 2 GB data goes as waste or I need to run to the terrace to use it. Luckily I've a @reliancejio sim with 3GB/day which saves me. Hoping to pass next 60 days as I've already recharged. Later will Port.

    @JioCare Also for the call issues raised a ticket yesterday and got a response as 'We have checked the network strength in your area and have found it to be optimal' If it was was optimal I would have not raised the concern at first place. Worst response.

    @JioCare Hi Shireen... The problem is your service engineer Tamizharasan never used to respond calls when I am available at home and always visit when no one is available at home! Excellent service.... Efficient Engineer! Shame on you!!!

    @JioCare Highly impressed with ur incompetent team! Even the replies are not real time but template based. If I ask to discontinue the service you say the payment will lapse, while taking no cognizance of my loss since 3 days. Will you provide compensation for it @reliancejio @JioCare
