    @JioCare I tried availing your service. But your customer service team says it is not possible for them to install a box in the apartment in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Why is every customer service team of every internet provider ridiculous? Done and tired. Please let me know of a solution.

    @JioCare from last 3 days my fibernet connection is not stable. From 8am to 5pm is not working. Everytime when I try to contact @JioCare no response from them. I was happy with @ACTFibernet.

    @VetriVel44 @Airtel_Presence Either no network for @Airtel_Presence or they're looting the data. Everyday 2 GB data goes as waste or I need to run to the terrace to use it. Luckily I've a @reliancejio sim with 3GB/day which saves me. Hoping to pass next 60 days as I've already recharged. Later will Port.

    Hi @reliancejio i already raised a complaint 6 months back related to coverage issue. Now i contacted and same response to contact after 6months . Is 6months enough to solve a issue. A customer has to wait 6months to solve a network issue. Pin 641107

    The 3GB/day data of @reliancejio completed due to the unexpected software update. Now am left to use the 2GB/day of my airtel sim. But because of the excellent network service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #WorkFromHome is totally ruined.🙄 Let me recharge add-on data for Jio.

    @JioCare Your engineer visited and rectified the issue but after 2 hours again red light started blinking.. I am totally dissatisfied.. would like to cancel the connection and not any more to do anything.. Total waste of time

    @JioCare I just bought a new Jio Prepaid Sim from the store. I was asked to pay ₹99 for Prime Membership and ₹209 for 1st Recharge. I received a bill for ₹209 only and not for the ₹99. Can you help me get the bill for Prime Membership ₹99 ?

    I have been repeatedly try to explain the network issues with @VodafoneIN but every time they come up with any excuse and neglected my request. Now I am very much determine to Port the network with @airtelindia or @JioCare. Request your suggestion on network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, barely none of your representatives reach me till date. I belive reliance not intend to get new customers from other service providers. I could sense the customer support quality is pathetic before connectivity and imagining the support post connectivity.

    @JioCare Please refer to service request no SR0000334IV9. New Sim delivery was supposed to happen by 12th April...it didn't happen yet. I am just fed up now. Can we please cancel this and make a refund.

    @JioCare Worst network in Ravapar, Morbi since 1 year no signal, calls fail, internet dead. Multiple complaints, no action. Fix within 48 hrs or I’ll file a complaint with TRAI and i manage 15,000 people group in morbi so if problem is not solved then i port all user to airtel.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is beyond frustrating now. I reported severe network issues back in Oct 2025, shared all details via DM as asked, and it’s now April 2026 — still no resolution. I’ve raised complaints multiple times via calls and here on X. No action, no follow-up, no improvement.

    @JioCare just need a technician visit at my place as the customer care isn’t helping at all and they are not sending any technician to check just closing it saying we cannot send a technician as it shows no error from our end.@JioCare
