    @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio Thanks Akshay for takjng time and calling to understand the issue. I am really so raged by that incident on call. That is not he way to handle customers as customer is not a begger. Ur call however much delayed which wud have been done well before.

    The customer care executive gave the promise of resolution of the issue in 5 hr 42 min (how funny to see the precision by them). 36 hours gone and no resolution. A new chat initiated by @reliancejio @jiocare on the same day resulted in the reply of temporary issue again today.

    It's time to switch to jio from airtel.. No signal in my village issue not resolved even after many complaints...jio is showing full signal..calls internet both are working fine even in indoor. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI Very poor and bogus network in our areas. We can't do anything, I have compaint several times,but there is no improvement. Do something. Otherwise I change my operator.

    @JioCare I have Jio number also as secondary number. Soon I will port airtel primary number also to Jio. Airtel service response is horrible. @Airtel_Presence
