    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    How to cancel Jio Fibre & get a refund. There is no option available on their website & app. Also, there is no response from their Jio Fibre Tollfree number. @JioCare @reliancejio
