@JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

@JioCare @reliancejio I did a recharge on my jio no. For Rs.750 on 19th Aug 2022, but rechrg failed also my account got debited. Still i have not got the refund. My service request number is SR00001DLBAW.

@JioCare Your engineer closed my complaint unfairly without contacting me even once, citing incorrect address as reason. Shame on you people to harass me like this. I'll be seeking legal options now against this behavior.
