@JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

Pthatic service by @reliancejio @JioCare, 4 days and they are not able to verify documents for a business!! One attempt same document is approved while a different one is rejected, next attemp the doc approved before is rejected. They do not even say what was wrong to fix

@JioCare I registered for Jio Fiber connection 3 days back and paid the required fees. The Jio person who came for registration said it will installed next day. Its been 3 days but no installation has been done, they are not even picking up calls now. Please help
