    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    @JioCare And why? @TRAI what is this? Some telecom operators give for last 13 months and now Jio says they cannot give beyond 180 days?!? With no intimation to the customer?!? What the hell!!!

    @JioCare Irresponsive Customer Support Team. It has been more than 3 months since but no action on my request has been taken The customer care executives have only been committing to baseless dates and when contacted to follow up on their commitments, give silly excuses.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani @reliancejio It's been 6 days. I have paid the full amount but still the fibre connection is not setup even after multiple complains. Is this the customer service Jio provides. Do refund my money. I don't want such pathetic service.
