@JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

@JioCare I've made an Internatiinak Riaming rhrg 501/- 24hrs back still not got activated infact tried calling the IVR plenty of time but they refused to tlk and decline the ISD people is unavailable we can't help you now. Is this your solution? @reliancejio

@JioCare SR00001BP71T ticket raised on 19th June. No solution provided till date. Technician mentioning false comments and closing the ticket. Never expected such things from Jio. It's been 4 days and I have not received any call from Jio even after escalating.
