    @JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

    I ordered a SIM card online at home delivery on 7th June 2022. I receive a daily call from Jio's management which will deliver the sim today and today. But I didn't receive a SIM card yet. Jio support team can't solve my problem. They don't record my issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    My Jio Fibre is down for the last 24 hour. I have called jio customer care atleast 4 times, they have not been of any help. I am paying for a premium service and this is the service I am getting. It's pathetic. @JioCare @reliancejio @PMOIndia

Training of the staff is same through out India. I am from kolkata and facing the same issue I have paid the money and my connection is not installed

    @JioCare No TL or mangers to attend the call canter agents who are working from home.Agent working from home r free n can’t transfer Esc calls to TL/manager instead they are disconnecting the calls siting network issue.Hello, forgot you are a telecom company? #pathetic #avoid
