@JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

Hi, it's been a year gonna going to me for suffering network issue with my nsp @reliancejio and no one from jio side try to resolve my problem even I also contact with jio complaint helpline or raise a complaint/service request but they are not interested in fixing my issue.

@JioCare For new connection, you guys send engineers within an hour but I am calling and chatting for two days to ur customer care but no one came to check & repair . Your customer care are only generating new service request numbers daily , cancelling previous one. How long this will go?
