When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Jio branch refuses to help because it was bought online.customer care gave wrong information. This is careless and unprofessional -resolve or refund.
