    After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

    Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

    @JioCare Yeah I would love to. But since am under quarantine following my return from Oman, is it possible. Am not able to do my net banking too. I have been cut out from world by @VodafoneGroup. I have been using this mobile no. Since long and don't want to loose it.

    @reliancejio ,after one year with #jiofiber started facing serious speed issues and each time when call they r asking same trouble shooting, and disconnect call if they can't sort. Never expected this like a behaviour from jio

    @reliancejio Pathetic experience from jio.very bad connectivity even after repeated recharge.Especially when kids are having online classes and exams it s high time to switch to Airtel.Even vodafone has improved a lot with respect to connectivity and customer service

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's very disappointing to know that customer care is not able to resolve the queries due to technical issues. List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

    @JioCare has such terrible service took money no sim delivered. No reply. The person who was allotted the delivery work asked otp before even visiting. @airtelindia is so much better. Just online application once. Received sim next day. A female came to take my kyc. 👍

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Discontinued my Jio AirFiber but recharged after 2 days to continue the service. It’s been 3 days and I’m still chasing your team to restart it. Payment is already done, but MyJio still shows "No Active Plan." Please resolve this ASAP.

    Booked @reliancejio on May 7, paid ₹2.3K, and it’s been 12 days with no installation, no refund, and no proper response. Visited the Jio office, waited 1.5 hours just to face rude staff saying “wait.” Worst customer support and service experience from Jio.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Nice explanation, yester I recharge 1178/- and from today morning Internet not working, no one take responsibility to restore the same, every month facing same Issue. Did you compensate for the down time to customer?

    @JioCare Initially, you told me that the installation would be completed by 7 PM on May 19th; however, I have now received a new message stating that it will happen tomorrow. Jio Fiber is deceiving customers even before they have actually subscribed to the service connection.
