When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. This process must be strengthened to resolve customers issues on first visit. Also, hold code should be obtained by Eng from the customer to keep the ticket on hold not arbitrarily.
