    It feels like it’s impossible to port out of @reliancejio, first they didn’t consider the request until approached through Twitter. Now they have filed a request for closure of number and for port out. Horrible service. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hey varun it is more than 36+ hours.I hv no access to internet. And no engineer visited my premise. Atleast make a visit and start the work to solve the issue. Otherwise raise a disconnection request for me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i booked the coonection of jio fibre bt i cancelled it afterwards its more than a month but the refund is not initiated till noow indian tycoon brands like @reliancejio should be more good with customer problems
