  @JioCare What exactly are the “approved conditions” or the “qualifying list” you are referring to? My Wi-Fi has been down for days, my work has been affected, and I have had to spend extra money on mobile data.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber If my internet service is not restored by then, I will be forced to escalate this grievance to the Consumer Forum and cancel my Jio Fiber connection permanently to switch back to a local service provider.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I'm already using a Jio 5G SIM on my 5G phone, and I regularly stream TV using its hotspot without issues. So the engineer's assumption that installation isn't possible just because the tower isn't directly visible appears unfounded. Kindly conduct a proper site survey.
