Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     The FifaWc is on and the fact that for the entire day your network has been down and no signs of it being up speaks volumes about ur lack of preparedness for such emergencies. We should be compensated for this anguish. Thank God i had another Airtel ! @reliancejio @JioCare
