    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare . Had placed an order for jio fiber with MR akshay +919226563256 Installation promised in 24- 48 hours. 40 calls in the last 4 days and customer care but no response. Order Number NO0001D83YZ4 placed on 2nd May , advance payment done

    @JioCare this company and its service its the worst ******* company to deal with. Either their internet installation engineer are sleeping or doing time pass. 5 days and no resolution. I wish i had taken airtel internet service.

    @JioCare Does JIO FIBER advice customer to Recharge ONLY AFTER Switch Off ? Because earlier if the customer recharges, his monthly active period is reduced automatically by JIO FIBER ? I had recharged 4 days prior and Company reduced my active period and Reset new dates !

    Since yesterday there is no internet and mobile network is also not good near Vedvya, Rourkela. Tried reaching the customer care but see no response. This has been a consistent issue while there are power cuts in the area. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare : Jio is completely unprofessional customer care. They always give wrong information on customer care. The executive doesn’t know how to talk to customer. They should give correct information instead every executive have their own information. Shame on this loot company.

    @JioCare Mr Nelson, that is an issue actually no one actually visits on scheduled appointments and instead they block numbers so that we don't call them.
