    @JioCare what's up with your mobile internet services? Non sensically slow speed at Thaltej, Ahmedabad that hit the rock bottom on Saturday and hasn't recovered since. This is very disappointing!!

    @JioCare I was expecting this same standard reply, no actual efforts to find the issue. It's not me individually, we all have jio sim in office and all are facing same issue. I had already mentioned area. I thought someone would take some initiative and send some technician to check.

    Even in Delhi, we’re struggling with poor @JioCare network. Calls drop frequently, internet barely works, and basic connectivity is unreliable. You promote 4G/5G, but we can’t even get a stable signal. Please resolve this issue permanently. @reliancejio @TRAI #Jio #Delhi

    My prepaid connection was converted to postpaid today without my consent. Please revert it to prepaid immediately. I never requested this change or agreed to pay ₹400. Kindly investigate and share the complaint number via DM. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Just tell me how many months the installation will take. If you can't provide a timeline, refund my ₹807. I'll switch to Airtel instead. Your service has been extremely poor, and there seems to be no one responsible for resolving customer issues.
