My Biggest mistake in 2020 to choose your network @reliancejio @AmbaniTina ....I have no network coverage in Sweden..I am not receiving any single otp message during internal Travel. My 2021 resolution is to change my network again

Why cant the customer care agents of @ViCustomerCare and @airtelindia assist us with data plans and offers (for their dongle) on their helpline no. and suggests to go to their store, especially in this covid times? P.s. had no issues knowing the same from @reliancejio agents.

@Airtel_Presence @rsprasad my airtel network is operating with less than 2G speed ...I have upgraded my pack also... this is really bad from airtel I have lodged a complaint also for which no resolution is done @reliancejio I will now port to jio for better services

@reliancejio just now I got a call from someone saying from Jio connect and asked TeamViewer connect to rectify the problem. and funny the person was asking me to do a top-up of Rs.10 and he will remain connected for me to do the transaction.
