    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Its been two weeks, this Jio executive had taken the payment for my fiber order. He assured me installation the next day. Jio has lost it's reliability and trust for me.Things are soo bad that they are not only ignoring my calls but also cutting them off.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Both. I don't want any template answers. Ether give me 4 days extra validity or give me 200rs coupon on next recharge and confirm me this issue won't be repeated. Sametime how dare u can close the complaint without advising me?

    @JioCare Hello, the worst service provider, are you responsible to resolve my issue ? My complaint ID is MR0000ULF5BB. Two days have been passed. No response despite having full balance. After getting the payment you have nothing to do with the customers' issues.

    @JioCare @JioCare have already discussed me no. Of times. I think it is the policy of JIO to discuss the problem for a year without resolving. Your service is very pathetic GHATIYA, poor. I was using airtel from last 8 years. You stand no where in comparison to Airtel. GHATIYA SERVICE

    @JioCare There should be proper timeline for anywork, already 3 days have done without any proper solution. Kindly arrange proper team to sort out the issue with proper timeline. As u need to understand that at present lot many students online studies is getting affected
