    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare I'm going to disconct my jio number Internet performance very bad I think 3G is better than your 4G

    @JioCare Jio Fiber is not available in my area. And I stay in a city not in a rural area so it should have been done by now. Jio Fiber is available 1 kn away from my place & even after repeated requests it has not been extended. Kindly help me out in getting the connection.

    Jio This is rediculus service iam facing network problem since last week . network connection is very poor in any time any where @JioCare if you don't solve my problem with in 24 hours.. if this continues i just port my number to any other networks like @airtelindia good bye.
