    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    Port request successfully submitted. No coverage for Airtel calls and data. Complaint registered before two years. No response. port to JIO @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @JioCare @VittalGopal @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why after 50% data is consumed the internet is not available ?? Even a single msg sent in WhatsApp takes more time. I need to put on airplane mode for every msgs. Why so poor #connection and #network #jio

    @JioCare @JioGigaFibre I had called regarding the complaint of my jiofiber to the customer care .At first time a male executive picked up the call and i described him my concern and asked for the resolution the answer was not satisfactory and he cut the call . very bad service.

    @JioCare is such a reckless service now, you are giving speed of about 20kbps. I wish you had evolved as a good 2G brand rather than a 4G one, because you suck largely at the latter. Porting it out right away.
