@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

Its so difficult to reach @JioCare customer care that its far easier to book an irctc tatkaal ticket. I have never seen so pathetic customer service in my whole life whcih @reliancejio offers.

@JioCare At 7.45 I get a text saying now the exec will come tomorrow at noon. Called customer service again, no help at all. Kept repeating the script. Asked for a supervisor. Apparently they can't transfer my line. The bottom line was that no one would help me today. (Part 2)
