    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio Kindly our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor net work.

    @JioCare Hello sahil, We have been continuously chasing since march 2020, could you please give a time line?? If issue has not resolved, than how do you close the complaint and give the status resolved. Remain the complaint open till the issue resolved.

    @VodafoneIdeaIN Ticket# 4-129054417270 is marked resolved. But it's not resolved. Should I clear the payment? I have been experiencing network issues since I took VI. Need to port to @reliancejio .

    Talking to @JioCare is same as talking to rock or a wall. No quick resolution. Always says Wait wait. I didn’t expect this to a postpaid plus customer

    @JioCare : I need to cancel my jio fibre subscription as I am moving to New city. I have tried calling multiple times at call centre. Please help and stop charging immediately.
