    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio Since 7 days you are unable relocate my jio fiber connection. If you can't relocate give me a full refund. Your customer care advisors are disconnecting my calls with out providing a resolution. There is no single reply to my mails.

    @JioCare You still made sure that there will just a reply over my tweet but no resolution will be taken. As I already said, I have lost hope from your customer service which frankly you guys don't care. Didn't even try to call even once despite repeated issues. Pathetic!
