    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @JioCare This is the 2nd time service person/technician visited my premises and was unable to resolve the issue. Clearly he has no clue. As per him "it is an issue at the backend and nothing he can do". Will it ever get resolved???

    @JioCare I have been waiting for resolution of my query regarding Jio Fiber installation -Order nbr -NO0000LW96YR since yesterday. There is neither any resolution nor any hearing of my plea in Jio. You have kept me stranded. At least have the courtesy to inform the customer about status.

    @JioCare @JioCare someone called me at 1:44pm IST that he will come for the relocation and now the same person told me that he wont do the job.The name of the person is Rajesh Das. Pathetic service. Give me resolution now.

    @JioCare I have replied as private message all the details asked for. Have to reboot my cell couple of times. Do note that having been facing this issue since last week but there has been no proper support or resolution. Do let me know the way forward
