    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio @JioCare your network service is deteriorating day by day and is too weak in recent days.Please look into the issue otherwise pricing of the plans would not work always.

    @JioCare During MNP to Jio on 08-Dec, payment deducted twice due to technical issue. Despite regular follow-ups with sales agent and reminders to customer care mail ID, there's no resolution for 40+ days now. Please do the needful..
