    Team @reliancejio @JioCare I am behind your guys in technopark for a corporate postpaid connection for me paid by the employer. No one is bothered to sell, i have visited atleast 3 stores. Your sales team is probably the worst among competitors as they are ready to visit anytime.

    @JioCare still my issue is not resolved. There are people in my family too using Jio and neighbors as well. Nobody gets connectivity in this location. I have registered multiple complaints, but the response was disappointing.

    @JioCare Hi. Kindly please help me. Iam tweeting for my Frnd now. He can’t make calls from his Jio number. And also can’t send a text message too. Volte is enabled in handset. And he can use Internet also please help

    @JioCare my MNP request NO0000LV3F3Y on 10 Jun but no resolution after 5 days. Email complaint allots no request ref no,instead some stupid auto reply comes.I m without mob connectivity now. Jio cust care is very poor.

    To do a UPI transaction, I had to verify my account from registered SIM which happened to be the secondary SIM. Now, just to verify one SMS, I have to pay @reliancejio a ₹207 !! These are seriously times when we go WTF!!!

    @JioCare I am getting 2G speed in Pullanivila , Trivandrum city. I am not even able to 200MB out of my 2GB daily limit. Reporting this issue to Jio customer care for 2 months+ and they repeats saying like congestion is there and network team is.working on it.

    @JioCare I’ve put my registered mobile number in DM. Your service standards to a parting customer is condemnable. It’s a interest free deposit and you are withholding that. Even while registering request for terminating connection, 4 times the call center disconnected the call.

    @JioCare Extremely poor service... Called more than 12 times and waited more than 10 mins in a single call for international roaming assistance.. No support.. wasted my money by recharging the IR pack. Will port out after coming back

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have to request you again to improve the network coverage in our area. I am thinking to stop recharging all our jio accounts as we hardly have coverage to make calls or to use internet.pls note that I have already requested many times.

    @AadiAchint @reliancejio This is a standard SOP in jio. They kept closing my complain ticket even without resolution. I cancelled my connection with them for this situation. Now I am using competition and much happier.

    Hello! @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent Request to Restore My Jio Number My Jio number XXXXXXXXXX was asking for re-verification as per government instructions. I first completed the re-verification through the MyJio app, and it showed that the process was successful. However, after some time, it again started asking for re-verification. Then I visited a Jio Service Center and completed the re-verification again. It was also successful there, but the issue continued. On 5 February 2026, my number was completely disconnected. After that, I again visited the service center, and they informed me that the number cannot be reactivated unless a Tag Code is generated. I contacted Reliance Jio customer care, and they told me that I would receive the Tag Code within 24 hours so I could get my SIM reactivated. However, even after waiting more than 24 hours, I have still not received any Tag Code. The company is not providing it, and my number is very important to me. I request immediate help to restore my number as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber very bad sevice. Our time of schedule was changed from 02-May 1-2 pm to 04 May 11 AM. Why are we paying money for the days that we don't get the services. Everywhere they want to save costs and inform that it is written in the contract. 1413599686
