It’s a interest free deposit and you are withholding that. Even while registering request for terminating connection, 4 times the call center disconnected the call.

It looks like my account is stuck on an "expired/throttled" profile backend lock even though my payment was successful and the plan is active.Please reset my port connection and push the correct speed profile ASAP.
