    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    Facing extremely poor Jio network connectivity in Jawahar Nagar,Banda (Uttar Pradesh). Constant buffering, slow internet speed, call issues, and unstable connection for many days now. Even basic browsing and streaming are becoming difficult. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your JioHome app is broken. Didn't get the first OTP, hit resend, and now it says 'too many requests so we can't proceed.' How much money do you save by blocking users from your app? Fix it

    @JioCare Day 32 of waiting for #JioAirFiber since payment. Still no connection. No real support. No timeline. Only scripted replies and “please wait patiently.” Enough now. Give me an exact installation date or process the refund.

    Jio fiber customer care service is pathetic. For 3 days my fiber connection has not been working. My whole work is getting affected because of this. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I already sent multiple emails and raised 3 fresh connection requests,yet the Rajkot team is not responding.Even after complaints and emails to the Jio grievance team,there is still no resolution.Does @JioCare @reliancejio have any responsible employees to handle customer issues?

    @JioCare Till there is no reply from u r end ... Looks like u r also on same path of Airtel . U also no need for customer..so after 24 hrs no one call and not discussed for internet
