There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

A reply would have been nice @ACTFibernet Also, I want to report a conversation I just had with a CS rep, where he refused to let me speak and put me on mute when I did. This level of service is becoming unbearable. Really considering switching to @airtelindia or @JioCare

How to get @fiber_jio relocated : Cancel your existing account (that you’ve been trying to relocate for the 20 days now)dump your Rs 1000 security deposit into @JioCare fund. And buy another @reliancejio Fibernet connection for Rs 2500. No wonder Mr.Ambani is “richest of ‘em all”
