    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare From 5 days the internet is not coming proper and I am a student so I am facing so much problem. Please see to the issue otherwise I have other options to port my number as network of other companies is superb. Area- ISI - 2, Poornima Marg, Sitapura, Jaipur- 302022

    Even after expiry of so many days amount is not refunded by @JioCare Even complaint has been sent 5 times to Kapoor Guliani (Authorised as per TRAI) Even complaining too many times to @TRAI This is called One Man Show and Indians are in capture of loot by @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Took 5 mins to get an option to talk to customer care executive and then call was on hold for another 8 mins mins and then call disconnected. Worst IVR system ever. Wanted to know about #JioFiber but it seems don't need any customers that's why keeping hard.

    @JioCare im running behind my sim replacement since 2 months now ,people with no knowledge sitting there,always ask same invalid question they don’t read email properly, poor service you should close this department or choose people who can resolve things,pathetic service

    Quitting @reliancejio post paid for its slow internet speed and worst service in urban areas.They market it as 4G but actually it is not even like 2G !

    @reliancejio Very bad experience of watching FIFA World Cup on jio cinema, I wish any tv channel broadcast the same
