@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@JioCare Hi Nelson, This is not acceptable. The technician has already missed the scheduled visit, and my JioFiber has been down since 21 April. I need the exact visit time today and confirmation that the engineer will reach without further delay.

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio claims to provide 5G, but the network is worse than 2G. The speed is slower than a turtle. They’ve been making promises for the last 5 years about building India’s fastest network — but honestly, I’d rather piss on those promises at this point.🤮.
