@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@JioCare Third class customer care services from India's largest mobile service provider. Myjio app is not working since last 20- 25 days and they are doing absolutely nothing. Even they are not giving courtesy reply. Now time to port the jio number.

@reliancejio should introspect rather blaming #farmers for people porting out. I made a mistake, Choose wrong plan to extend validity. @JioCare says no option to refund!!!!. Hard earned money went in gutters. Add this with poor coverage will be my reason to port out soon.
