    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    My Jio Fiber connection with number CO0000NDM7EU was put on a relocation request. It has 6 requests and numerous customer care calls and still is not done. This is extremely rude, atrocious, and very unprofessional on Jio side to behave like this with a customer. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio ticket number SR00001C07RB. My jio connection broadband went off and I have raised this ticket mutilate time . One enginer came and he raised another ticket from his end saying that he couldn't fix the problem. And yet the problem hasn't solved as yet

    @JioCare From morning getting switched off who are all call me not received any OTP not able to call others. Not call customer support not able to login jio app. Don't know what to do @reliancejio @TRAI
