    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @reliancejio No body visited to check the issue. No resolution provided. Every slot for repair has been reschedule citing noengineers is available to look after the issue.#fake 48 hr complain resolve promise#It is request to either resolve the issue by today or cut the connection

    @JioCare @reliancejio You cheat me .....I will cheat your company. Your internet is not able to send even just a whatsapp message. And am paying 3000rs per year for this. Why you cheating customers? Cancel my subscription and refund my money.

    @JioCare It is installed, It was mentioned as the installation is free but the service guy who came for installation has charged me 200 rs. Even the sales guy is not bothering about it. It's the worst experience and i won't refer this to anyone.

    Jio Fiber still not working complaint already logged since last 24 hours no resolution yet... Same issue since last 1 Year 5 months. @JioCare @reliancejio Please help the Ajabpur Dehradun network is unstable since long time. Worst Service by Dehradun Jio Team.

    @listenshahid @JioCare Very bad experience with jio , their customer care team does not work at all and instead offer new connections. Have switched over to airtel and it’s working fine……
