    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare Hello, You all come with excuses but no solution last 8days you were doing the same thing how many days to wait for just instalation of box. It hamper my office who will be answerable for it and if such kind of issues why you didn't inform during payment now you come with excuses

    @JioCare @reliancejio Really #disappointed by the service Jio has provided me. I cancelled my subscription within a month but still received only Rs.750 refund out of total Rs.2500 paid for jio fiber. Anybody will care to respond? Have lodged complaints 3 time & yet no response.

    @JioCare Date 9th April and time 12pm to 1.30pm. Called from my wifes no wch wil end up with xxxxxx2656. Tragedy is u guys are worried about the ur own employees issue but no thinking to resolve customer issue!!! Again and again ur team is closing the call and reopening it. What nonsense!
