@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@reliancejio Whenever there is no electricity in our area, your net never works.Your customer care people don't even have the guts to speak. Now that I have made a mistake by recharging for one year, cannot port before one year. What can I do in such situation?

@Rahuljais143 @reliancejio Don't go for this lier company, get a subscription of @airtelindia fibre. Jio makes false promises and gives lot of if and buts once u get their service. I today did recharge to get OTT subscriptions but after recharge they r saying u can't access these services without setupbox.

@JioCare What a pathetic service. SR0000177PA8,SR000017787D. Jio fiber is not working since Thursday. No resolution only rescheduled appointments. Don't provide service if you are inefficient to provide support. Switching to @Airtel_Presence if not resolved by today.

@reliancejio very bad experience with Jio. Everybody should leave Jio. Day by days network problems are increasing. We r paying bloodshed income to avail best network but ....they r vampire 😡😡😤 ALL SHOULD LEAVE JIO

@JioCare I didn't receive any information about 28 days policy while doing recharge. Kindly refund additional amount as I am not getting services which I paid. Hoping for customer resolution.
