There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

instead I'm getting different dates of installation. Talking with your staff, they said that I am left with 0 slots in OTB box installed near my house tu activate the same. But if this was the problem they should've informed me before taking the payment. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Been waiting for days since booking my #JioFiber. Appointments keep getting re-scheduled & your engineers don't care to call. Area officer keeps making false promises & blatantly ignores calls. I've reached out to customer care & they also don't have any resolution.
