    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    Facing Ping issues only on @PlayApex PC using Jiofiber @JioCare And JioFiber Support is not able to connect with their technical (Backend) team. Will close the connection after my plan ends and shift to local fiber. At least they don't have these kinds of issues.

    @reliancejio Network is still slow. Going on for months now with no sign of improvement and daily empty assurances of restoring normal services. Waiting for another useless response from @JioCare about how they constantly work for their customers.

    @JioCare i recharged my jiofiber account via Simpl and the amount got deducted from my simpl account but in the jio app it said transaction failed. Now i have paid twice for my recharge. I’ve sent two emails regarding this to your customer care and there is no response. Help me.

    @JioCare There is no update, what is taking so long to fix the issue. Even a phone call update would work !! Daily engineer time is scheduled, but he never visits. Facing issue since 5 days!!! Pls escalate and get the job done!!!

    @JioCare Is this service you give to your customer. We called you from this number 093347 26278 for jio fiber connection but no one is picking the damn call. Two persons came on Friday distributing your advertisement pamplet. And when we call you no. Is busy out of network shows
