    @reliancejio hey. Your customer support is pathetic. We are in digital age but it’s really hard to get any support from your team. I have billing issues and nobody seems to care. Tried speaking to multiple support agents so far, but the call disconnects in middle after sometime.

    @JioCare 5th failed commitment for service engineer visit at 9.45am today, Jhuma customer care executive asking me to wait for 24 hrs to get service engineer visit details. I hope you can understand WFH situation. Really feeling sorry for choosing Jio fiber @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio
