    Dear @reliancejio & @JioCare, I have recharged an IR pack on 22nd Oct for Nepal. Mobile data was off for all the time & yet you are charging me ₹8623 additionally! Being an postpaid customer for a long period, it is very sad to see what kind of treatment we are getting!

    @JioCare SR opening for last 5 days SR00001F7Y3Q. Charged ISD 501 plan for urgent call, but not able to make call. Says “Service not available”. 5 calls to customer care and long cost of no help. Every call just listen to Jio plans, future plans…
