    @JioCare @PMOIndia @PiyushGoyal Please make rule to prevent corporate asking for name cell no etc when the complaint is about their general policy. I ended up making double payment (bcos of APP fault) but JIO shows only one. For my complaint but JIO did not even give acknowledgement

    Dear @JioCare I want an additional set top box for which I have dialled the help line number which do not have an option for the box as mentioned on the website. Also written an email on care which is replied by a bot and seems useless

    @reliancejio SCAM ALERT !! DON'T BUY JIO SIM I bought a new jio sim which offered 28days recharge.just now I opened the sim and it's showing recharge ending today at 5pm.i talked to @JioCare but that guy was extremely rude and told me, go buy new @airtelindia sim ,we can't help you.

    According to the latest @TRAI figures, the number of mobile users across the country by December 2021 was down by 1.28 crore compared to November. About 1.29 crore mobile users have disconnected from @reliancejio,And Large numbers of mobile users joined in @BSNLCorporate👍
