@JioCare Hi my request was cancelled as I come to know from customer care and yesterday they said within 26 hrs device will be picked up and after that within 7-14 days time refund will proceed but today I got msg that appointment is rescheduled so pls update on that

@reliancejio The services of Jio fiber appear to be very poor. The company does not entertain dislocation of the connection properly. UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000O49WBF is scheduled on 01-08-2022 : 19:00:00.

@reliancejio It's been 17 days since the complaint, the complaint resolve is closed without working and you have to bring 5G first give proper service to 4G.
