    In our locality and all over the area the calling experience is so bad . Call cutting, network issues, increasing day by day and it happens since 2 months. What's going on @reliancejio other network is good but jio is decreasing. Update your facilities and fix the issues.

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio WTF. Daily network outages for a year—down from 8 AM to 5:30 PM whenever there’s a power cut. Towers should have backup, so why the failure? Repeated complaints, no fix. Customers deserve reliable service or compensation. Urgent action needed

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber is not working properly for the last 1 month. Frequent disconnections and very slow speed. Multiple complaints already raised but no resolution yet. This is very disappointing. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare Funny how every “resolution timeline” you give just expires without any actual resolution. Since 11th April, it’s the same story-empty promises and zero accountability. If you can’t fix the issue within your own deadlines, what exactly is the point of raising a service request?

    @JioCare Apart from escalating my issue since past 2 days,you are literally not doing anything. You haven’t been able to assign atleast 1 proper engineer to fix my issue.Leave aside that you are not taking any accountability on behalf of the negligence of your jiofiber engineers @JioCare
