    @JioCare Your customer care do not provide any clarity and now, even you are responding in the same language. I need a firm timeline when this internet outage on my connection will be fixed. Its down since 11/09/21 and am loosing my money and facing lot of inconvenience. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Have been facing an ongoing issue with internet via jio fiber for last 5 days. The complaint gets resolved by itself in your system, without providing actual resolution. Latest service request - SR000016NCMU. Absolutely pathetic service !!

    @reliancejio @JioCare have paid ₹20,000 for 300mbps and after getting 50mbps the advisor is saying this is “good enough” and it’s “up to 300 and not 300”. This is the quality service given? Shameful behaviour by Jio. #disgusting

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio worst net speed I ever faced by you even if I cannot able to use it running below 2g speed in 0.3kBs cannot browsing on net even google very worst speed that and u r customer service also very poor plz resolve this issue. #poorcustomerservice
