    @JioCare dear X users plz take a note that Jio has developed a system to avoid customer grievance registration. If you face a perticular problem with your number you won't be able to connect to Jio care through that number . IVR will block you at a dead end with I fixed recorded

    @JioCare - Absolutely unacceptable behavior from @JioCare. My postpaid services have been barred despite me clearing the entire outstanding bill. When I contacted customer care, I was shockingly told that my services will NOT be restored unless I set up an AutoPay mandate.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare and Pawan, I moved from actFiber to JioFiber just because of google gemini pro offer and paid 3333 Rs for quarterly plan. Now half time over means you used 1700 of my money and not giving the offer as you promised and 46days over and no resolution. Is it fake offer?
