    @JioCare I was told that the service guys will be at my place yesterday but nobody arrived and now again today I was promised that they would come to fix but again no one showed up We dont hv 4G in kashmir and I was supposed to attend a meet on internet but unfortunately I missed it

    many time I have completed to jio customer care service about my data exhaust problem my 2GB per day data gets 50% at 2am and by 5pm it gets 90% exhaust I am sure many of them are facing the same problem so I request to @reliancejio @JioCare please resolve this issuel thank you.

    @JioCare iam having a lot of issues in my jiofibre connection , so much fluctuations in wifi , low latency. While calling to your customer care , call automatically got disconnected Several times 😠. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare this is worst to see that the company which claims to provide 4g ntwrk are providing service worst than 3g ntwrk when i contact calls are not connected & no help is provided neither call or internet work properly facing prblm since 3 year on same location
