@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare Frustrating customer service. Customer care ask list of all technical questions to elder members of the family over call and refuse to add a compliant unless all questions answered for issue pertaining internet speed on #Jiofibre. #disgrace Shifting to other #ISP.

@JioCare What is there to investigate.....I just requested a RELOCATION and this how I was TREATED... NOT EVERYTHING IS MONEY..I CAN PAY HIGHER PRICE AND GET BETTER SERVICE AND TREATMENT.... I AM MOVING / WE ARE CLOSING ONLY BECAUSE OF MS.SASIKALA
