@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@JioCare What will you take to make the internet services in working condition? Why don't you work on the real issue instead of giving the excuses? Called at your customer care atleast 50 times in last 7 days to solve this issue but at the end only got the excuses.

Day by day the jio network is getting worse and worse. I think jio has intentionally decreased the speed and later they will increase the speed of 4G in the name of 5G. Presently 4G speed is the same as the 3G speed provided by other telecoms earlier.#Jiodown #jio @JioCare @TRAI
