@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@LiveFromALounge @JioCare That is done my the auto generated voice software called the AI, no one did it but yes after you give a good feedback someone live human will reply your feedback, otherwise I m daily troubleshooting as per instructed by @JioCare , still poor bandwidth

@JioCare with ref. to poor internet issues, your team members rashmita,sanju etc are continuously sending reply which are irrelevant and not informative. I had already sent those information as per instructed. Don't understand why it isn't working after tweeting in public.

@reliancejio at my current location we are still waiting for proper 4G services almost 500 user suffers network issues no one is taking responsibility to resolve this issue, but we get a reminder for recharge before ending, money matters not the services.
