@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

I called ur customer care and they suggested me to keep my card in sim 1 and make default call settings to Jio only. But I want to keep it as ask me always to dail from which sim. Is there any rule at @reliancejio to keep sim in slot 1 always and always call from it?

@JioCare currently had conversation with jio care executive, He was very rude with me & when I asked him to close my number permanently, not temporary, he told me to buy this number again otherwise he won't close my number, I have to buy back this number, wtf is this @JioCare ?

@JioCare when my mobile switch on WIFI calling that time Voice is one way. I am facing lot of problems. Please check. Mostly problem come on WIFI calling. I will disabled the Wi-Fi calling. But company has invest lot of money in WIFI OVER eNB technology.
