@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio SR00001E67KK - You have closed my ticket just mentioned temporary outage. I am facing issue from last couple of months, it means Jio has long pending issue not temporary outage. It seems Jio don't have proper coverage and infrastructure to provide service.

@reliancejio I'm so frustrated with the networking service.I can't even give a feedback on myjio app as it doesn't allow me to submit my complaint.I recharged it yesterday and I regret doing it.If it's gonna be like this then I guess I've no choice but to switch to other service.
