Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

So customer has to suffer one way or another. Now I understand why Jio guys are chill and relax and really dont care about the service @JioCare

Instead of a smooth closure process, I was pressured with statements like myou lose money pay for another full month.Customers should not be forced misled into continuing a service.
