@reliancejio Sir, my Jio Broadband User Manual and other papers which were present in the Jio Router Kit box, are lost. That's the problem. Other things like the RJ45 cable ,LAN cable, Router all are present. I just couldn't find the papers.

@JioCare What else we can do except patience as we know that our monthly rent is getting wasted still you expect patience from the customer. And the issue which is not resolved in 14 days then how i can think that it will be resolved so early so we have to be patient its obvious.
