    @reliancejio Sir, my Jio Broadband User Manual and other papers which were present in the Jio Router Kit box, are lost. That's the problem. Other things like the RJ45 cable ,LAN cable, Router all are present. I just couldn't find the papers.

    @JioCare Any update on SR000018PMAQ ??.... @TRAI @jagograhakjago ..please help, 3 months passed but refund not processed. Still giving excuses in the name of follow-up. I have provided enough info to check through quickly. Still they failed to met customer satisfication.

    @JioCare Requested Jiofibre ID-299745841104 & have been told by sales team that it'll be up and running by Wed,9Mar but no movement till this moment. Now it has been rescheduled without any reason to 13Mar. At least respond here & help me to connect with your customer care team.

    @JioCare What else we can do except patience as we know that our monthly rent is getting wasted still you expect patience from the customer. And the issue which is not resolved in 14 days then how i can think that it will be resolved so early so we have to be patient its obvious.
