    @JioCare @reliancejio The after service support is very poor. I have been waiting for over 18 hours to get an issue resolved regarding my JioFiber connection and I still do not have an ETA. I have not been contacted by any technical representative for the same.

    What he **** is wrong with this @reliancejio network? There is a tower just 10 meters away from my house and I am getting only 1 bar of network and no Internet. I think its time to port to Airtel.

    @JioCare If you really want to automate your customer care experience please do call that number yourself and see if you get all the queries answered. There is absolutely no option to talk to a customer care executive.
