Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    New Marketing strategy by @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup. Postpaid to prepaid takes 5 days. System doesn't work for Jio and you end up paying the complete monthly plan of poor Jio Postpaid. Be aware Don't move to Jio Postpaid. You might never get a great Customer Service 2.

    @JioCare please cabled at C. I. T. Road, Kolkata-700014, so that we can take a broadband service. The leased line is not possible to install, only broadband service can be sanctioned by my management.
