@JioCare I have been waiting to get it relocated from past 5days, and still have to wait for 2 more days. You just fix a new connection in 1 day, and you need 7 days to relocate the same. What an Hypocrisy ? Waah what a disgusting, poor service 🙄🙄 @JioCare @reliancejio #shamless

Dear @reliancejio ,how more ridiculous do you want to get? How many more customers do you want to lose? We raised a relocation request on 1st August '22 and it's 4th today. No technician called us and everytime we call customer care, all we get is 'Please wait till the day end'.

@reliancejio Wrong promises, delayed responses and what not. It's chaotic now to even expect you guys to actually work on customer satisfaction. It's WORK FROM HOME and you guys still care not what the customer might go through or lose.

@JioCare i have a raised a concern through DM and I didn't even get a single reply from you till now. What kind of service is this?? Instead of 100mpbs, my whole apartment people getting 3mbps speed and still u r not even replying to anyone through my jio app and even here.
