    @JioCare My JioFiber has been completely dead for over 122 HOURS (since Wed 11 AM). Your techs lied about a 6 PM fix on Friday, and standard support keeps pushing automated 24-hour delays. SR00002MEQDE

    @JioCare That I need to upload tonight, but the fiber is fcked. Can someone tell me how I can actually talk to their customer support so they can fix it ASAP? Whenever I call, they just hang up after saying, "We are assigning an engineer..." blah blah blah..
