@JioCare is there any customer service at jio from last couple of months I have been trying to log complaint to resolve network problems but there is no response over any alternative. After installing fibre network there is no visit by any technicians or engineer worst service

@kamaltyagitg There services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

@JioCare Purchased a jiophone on 17 March 2021 which was exchanged with 2 days due to restart problem and now again mic of phone not working. Jiophone is totally useless. Making customer fool in the name of offer.
