    @reliancejio @JioCare super pathetic customer support .. I went to Malivya Nagar Delhi outlet to convert my postpaid jio to prepaid and I was advised to PORT to some other service provider and after 3 months come back to jio prepaid as the system is not working.. JUST AMAZING ..

    @reliancejio Is trying to make me believe that I've exhausted my 2gb internet high speed quota in just 30 mins when the speed of the internet itself is so slow that even twitter won't load properly! And when complain, they told me to recharge with a new voucher! Loot? 🙄

    @JioCare most fraudulent company ever, since 4 days internet is down and no response, service engineer doesn’t pick the call, call centre puts the call on hold and later cuts, service request number is SR000012YQTA keep robbing people’s money without proper service

    @JioCare #jio #realince #jiodigital This is such a unexpected answer from ur Applete that you have to wait for more days we cant commit the date now and this same statement they are giving since May 28 approx 180days+ and in last applete they asked me to wait for 40 days for the solution
